  • Patent number: 11661288
Abstract: A dynamic, reconfigurable, and modular cleaning device utilizes software, sensors, and modular components to provide a one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning conveyor belts. The cleaning device secures to a body or frame associated with a conveyor belt, in which an associated cleaning head cleans the conveyor belt's surface. The cleaning head has an arm that extends from its body and inserts into a corresponding opening on a connecting frame associated with the cleaning device. The cleaning head is then secured in place via a cylindrical pin that extends through aligned holes on the arm and the connecting plate. Insertion of the pin connects the components together, and removal of the pin enables a user to disconnect the cleaning head and swap a new one in its place, such as to provide a different cleaning action.

Abstract: The present invention provides a clamper and a lighting fixture. An elastic layer for contacting a panel is disposed on a rotatable clamping portion. In addition to that, a distance from a lowest point of one end of the panel clamped by the rotatable clamping portion to a carrier plate supporting a polarizer at one side of the panel adjacent to a thin film transistor is greater than a thickness of the polarizer. Accordingly, the present invention prevents the panel and the polarizer at one side of the panel adjacent to the thin film transistor from being damaged from clamping.

Abstract: Disclosed is a flow-driven antifouling device for a seismic marine streamer cable. A cylindrical housing is circumferentially mounted to a submerged, circular cable. Fluid flow over the cable provides motive power to rotate the device around the outer surface of the cable, preventing barnacles, marine growth and other fouling accumulation. Interior wheels contact the cable outer surface to disrupt fouling growth and control the direction of travel along the length of the cable. Radially-protruding vanes utilize the local fluid flow over the cable to apply a rotation to the device, powering its movement. The orientation of the inner wheels determines corkscrew direction, allowing forward and aft travel along the cable. Continuous and uninterrupted motion prevents fouling development, which improves the fidelity of seismic sensors and decreases drag on the cable.

Abstract: In a method for cleaning a material jet spray head having outside material jet spray cycles, an absorbent member and a wiper are positioned so that at least a section of the absorbent member is interposed between the wiper member and a material outlet device. The absorbent member and the wiper member thus form a cleaning assembly. Relative displacement between the cleaning assembly and the material outlet device occurs along a cleaning plane substantially perpendicular to the elevation direction so that the wiper member scrapes the material outlet device substantially simultaneously with absorption by the absorbent member.

Abstract: The present invention aims at providing a foaming tool capable of highly efficiently producing creamy foam containing ultra fine bubbles in high proportion. The foaming tool includes a double-layered cloth body composed of vertically overlapped cloth bodies obtained by plain weaving synthetic-resin-fiber warp and wept yarns so as to cause them to alternately position up and down with weave textures of ?300 ?m length and width. The double-layered cloth body has an air layer interposed between the vertically overlapped cloth bodies. The double-layered cloth body is folded once at an appropriate center in the longitudinal direction thereof and thus joined edge portions are assembled and are stitched together to thereby provide a tab portion of gather. In such a constitution, below the tab portion, a foaming auxiliary portion produced by assembling of a cloth body having the same quality as that of the cloth described above is provided.
