Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for attaching pool accessories, such as LED light strings, to a pool liner. The systems and methods for attaching pool accessories can comprise a re-sealable pocket attached to a pool liner where the re-sealable pocket can hold a LED light string or another pool accessory.

Abstract: A tent apparatus and method of manufacture are described herein. The tent apparatus may comprise a tent body, a frame, and/or other components. The tent body may include a first portion configured to be substantially enclosed within the bed of the pickup truck in an as-used mode of the tent apparatus, and a second portion that extends from the first portion such that the second portion is exposed to an environment above a bed of a pickup truck in the as-used mode. The frame may be integrally coupled to the tent body, and configured to articulate between a closed position and an open position. The frame may comprise a central hub coupled to the tent body at a central coupling point; and support members that extend from the central hub to coupling points on the tent body to integrate the frame with the tent body.

Abstract: A two-piece pole holder includes an insert and a base. The insert is embedded within soil or concrete. The base is threadingly connected to the top of the insert to form the pole holder. The insert has a solid bottom end for receiving a pole. The bottom end of the insert can also include a drain opening for allowing water to drain. The pole can be an outdoor umbrella pole or volleyball net poles. The inner diameter and height of the insert and the base are selected such that improved stability is provided to the pole such that the pole does not tip over in strong winds. The pole holder can be installed in a water feature, such as a swimming pool.

The portable ground blind stand can be used with a blind for hunting and/or observing, for example. The portable ground blind stand includes, for example, a case and a stand platform. The case is configured to carry other components of the portable ground blind stand when the portable ground blind is being stored or carried and is configured as a floor or floor covering attached to a stand platform when the portable ground blind is assembled. The portable ground blind stand can be stored in the case and is light enough to be carried by hand by a single person. The portable ground blind stand can be assembled without tools in some instances in a few minutes.

Abstract: A net support system for supporting a net may include a support pole configured to hold up a net, one or more stakes configured to hold the net to a ground surface; and a shape disrupter configured to interface with the support pole and to hold up the net. The support pole and each of the one or more stakes are non-metallic, non-conductive, and radar transparent. Each of the one or more stakes may have a central rib. The structure is suited for placement above and over a compromised sub-sea structure for collecting and recovering to surface fluids which may be leaking therefrom. A method for containing and recovering such fluids from a compromised sub-sea structure is further disclosed.

Abstract: A barbed stake is an apparatus used to secure tarps, tents, and other items to the ground or to other surfaces. The barbed stake includes a stake body, a head, a stake tip, and a plurality of barbs. The head and the stake tip are positioned on opposite ends of the stake body. The head provides a large area to strike for driving the barbed stake into a surface. The head may also be used to pry the barbed stake out of a surface. The stake tip provides a pointed end to the barbed stake which helps the barbed stake to pierce a surface. Each of the plurality of barbs is laterally connected to the stake body and is aligned parallel along the stake body. In order to balance the barbed stake, each of the plurality of barbs is diametrically opposed to a corresponding barb.

The frame includes support members, at least one connecting member, and posts. The support members are pivotally connected to the connecting member. When in the unfolded state, the posts are mounted to the support members, respectively. The posts are detachable. The support members are limited by the ball net and the corresponding stop portions to retain the goal frame in the unfolded state. The assembly of the goal frame is simply. The goal frame can be folded quickly and conveniently by pivoting the support members. The cost of the components is low.

The ribbed member includes a tab for vertically flexing the ribbed member to clasp the clip assembly onto an object.

Abstract: A ball rebounding device has high tension netting that is efficiently assembled, pulled taught and held in place within a frame using a tension rod system and a manufacturing process that uses levers between the frame and tension rods within the frame. The invention can be used in producing new ball rebounder and in retrofitting existing rebounder frames. The frame provides a perimeter support and an interior space. Tension rods are run through the cells of the netting and positioned in the interior space. A lever system is connected between the tension rods and the frame to pull the tension rods toward the corresponding sides of the frame, thereby drawing the net taught within the frame. Once the netting is pulled taught, fasteners hold the tension rods in place next to the sides of the frame. The frame can be rigid or may have flexibility and act like a spring.

Abstract: A portable hunting blind having a fabric panel supported and retained by a blind frame, which together bound a concealed space is provided. The blind frame includes two spaced apart horizontal members and a supporting framework for holding the two spaced apart horizontal members parallel to each other and above a supporting surface by a predetermined height, wherein all components of the blind frame are assembled by slidably mating. The fabric panel is dimensioned and adapted to be supported by an exterior of the two spaced apart horizontal members and the supporting framework so as to bound the concealed space.
