Power Control By Receiver Patents (Class 141/159)
  • Patent number: 10940633
Abstract: A method produces a filled and closed container by the blow-moulding, filling and closing method. An initially open container part (52) is held in a mould (46) and has been vacuum-moulded and/or blow-moulded by a blow pin and is filled successively with media (74, 76) of different types, in particular viscosity, by metering units (12, 14) via its free, upwardly directed container-part opening (54). The filled-in media (74, 76) are separated from one another in the container part (52), and subsequently, by closing of the top mould halves (56, 58) of the mould (46). A container top part (60) is moulded, and the container part (52) is closed, forming the container.

  • Patent number: 10155650
Abstract: A liquid dispenser comprise a nozzle comprising an inlet in fluid communication with an outlet to form a flow path, a thermistor in fluid communication with the inlet, an actuator rod comprising a gasket rod tip viton, at least one centering pin to center the actuator rod in at least a portion of the flow path, a flowmeter in fluid communication with the inlet, a double acting pneumatic cylinder comprising a first pneumatic inlet and a second pneumatic inlet operatively connected to the actuator rod, and a switch lever operatively coupled to a micro switch, wherein the nozzle opens when gas enters the first pneumatic inlet when the switch lever is activated by pressing on the micro switch and closes when gas enters the second pneumatic inlet when the switch lever is deactivated. Portable and non-portable liquid dispensing systems comprising the liquid dispenser are also described.

  • Patent number: 5397540
Abstract: A system for injecting liquid into containers moving through an inspection station at variable speeds without spilling liquid over the outside of, or between, the containers for inspecting the containers for the presence of certain substances such as potential contaminants, such as ammonium salts or amine salts in glass or plastic bottles. The movements of each container is tracked with sensors upstream of a high speed injector, and one or more nozzles is timed to inject liquid in a narrow, high velocity stream only while the top opening of a container is under the nozzle(s). The liquid is employed to enhance liberation of vapors from within the containers for detection of the contaminants in the containers.

  • Patent number: 5297597
Abstract: A container filler indexing counter is provided for an automatic filling machine, which consists of a conveyor having a belt and guide rail for carrying a plurality of containers therealong. Two cylinders are spaced apart and adjustably mounted to the conveyor, in which the first cylinder is positioned as an incoming stop gate, while the second cylinder is positioned as an exit stop gate to form a filling area therebetween. Two fiber optic sensors are spaced apart and adjustably mounted to the guide rail of the conveyor, in which the first fiber optic sensor is positioned as a counter for the containers entering the filling area, while the second fiber optic sensor is positioned as a counter for the containers leaving the filling area.

  • Patent number: 4407340
Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for pressurizing containers by injecting predetermined amounts of liquified gas into the containers. This device includes an injection unit having a combination float-pressure regulating means which employs the vapor pressure of evaporating liquified gas to its gaseous state from its liquid state to control liquified gas level and gas pressure within the device.

  • Patent number: 4300602
Abstract: A no pouch - no fill device with a memory system is disclosed for controlling two spaced filling valve systems at sequentially filled products into a pouch when the pouch is at different filling stations in response to the detection of a properly opened pouch by a vacuum detection system located at a pouch opening station upstream of the two filling stations. If no pouch or an improperly positioned pouch is sensed at the opening station, the no pouch - no fill device will prevent actuation of the filling valve system when the absence or improperly positioned pouch eventually enters the filling stations.

  • Patent number: 4249388
Abstract: The liquid ice system comprises an icing machine in the form of a compartment for receiving water and ice. Pulverizing means are provided for crushing the ice and uniquely oriented paddles stir the water and ice mixture to maintain a homogeneous mixture of liquid ice. A circulating conduit is provided in combination with a conveyor system and ice applicator devices connected to a portion of the conduit supported on an overhead structure of the conveyor. Boxes of vegetables or poultry are appropriately refrigerated for shipment by applying liquid ice to the boxes as they pass along the conveyor. Switches may be provided for automatically actuating the ice applicators when the box passes therebeneath.

  • Patent number: 4125138
Abstract: An improvement in the generation of foam from a mixture of foam-forming material in a structure having a preferred configuration. Conveying means are used to convey the structure along a horizontal path. A plurality of foam gun heads are mounted in spaced relationship to each other over and transverse to said horizontal path. Each foam gun head includes a foam dispensing outlet and valve means for controlling the discharges of the foam-forming materials therefrom. First, sensing means are provided upstream of the foam dispensing outlets for sensing the passage of the structure thereby. A plurality of second sensing means are positioned upstream of the foam dispensing outlets in spaced relationship to each other in a direction transverse to the horizontal path, each one of the second sensing means being associated with one foam gun head for sensing the presence of the structure in a vertical direction.
