  • Patent number: 11661707
Abstract: Disclosed are multi-ply tissue products comprising a non-crosslinked binder that are durable and dispersible. The products generally have a Slosh time less than 2 minutes, such as less than about 60 seconds, such as less than about 45 seconds. Surprisingly, the foregoing Slosh times are achieved despite the tissue products having relatively high cross-machine direction (CD) wet tensile strength, such as greater than about 100 g/3?. Typically, increasing wet tensile strength, particularly wet CD tensile strength, negatively effects dispersability and increases Slosh time. Despite this trend, the present invention surprisingly provides a tissue product having a relatively high degree of wet strength and good dispersability.

  • Patent number: 10446412
Abstract: A sheet-fed system designed to print multilayer PCBs is introduced. The system consists of four main blocks; a drilling station, a patterning station, a stacking/bonding station, and a sintering zone. The substrate PCB is shuttled between these various stations, to have vias drilled, to be attached to stacks of previously-processed layers, to be covered with conductive paths by means of the aforementioned ink, and to have the ink sintered under a controlled temperature and atmosphere. Patterning is accomplished by means of a novel two-step method involving both high-temperature conductive elements, low-temperature conductive elements, and flux. Two such compositions are successively applied and individually sintered to form a single conductive path; the second application serves to fill the porosities of the first layer. By this method, a highly-conductive trace is obtained without requiring high temperatures, which in turn allows use of common substrates including polymers.

  • Patent number: 10293547
Abstract: A three-dimensional (3-D) printer includes build and support material development stations positioned to transfer layers of build and support materials to an intermediate transfer surface. The intermediate transfer surface transfers a layer of the build and support materials to a platen each time the platen contacts the intermediate transfer surface. A sensor detects the thickness of the layer on the platen, and a mechanical planer is positioned to contact and level the layer on the platen as the platen moves past the mechanical planer. Additionally, a feedback loop is electrically connected to the sensor and the mechanical planer. The mechanical planer adjusts the amount of the build material and the support material removed from the layer based on the thickness of the layer on the platen, as determined by the sensor.

  • Patent number: 10052863
Abstract: A printing screen and a sealant printing method are provided. The printing screen includes a frame, a mesh/screen fixed on the frame, and a film formed on the mesh. The portion of the mesh that is not covered by the film forms a feeding port in a rectangular ring shape. The rectangular ring includes two opposite first sides and two opposite second sides. The width of an upper opening of the cross section across the first sides is less than or equal to that of an upper opening of the cross section across the second sides. At a first height, the area of the cross section across the first sides is greater than that of the cross section across the second sides, the first height being less than the thickness of the film. The printing screen and the sealant printing method solve the problem of poor height uniformity of sealants.
