Abstract: Provided are a manufacturing system and a manufacturing method for an optical display device, which are enabled to adhere upper and lower optical films to an optical display device by using two rolls having optical anisotropies such as absorption axes in the same direction, so that the optical anisotropies may be orthogonal to each other. In the manufacturing system for the optical display device, the optical films are adhered to an optical display unit (W). The manufacturing system comprises a feeding device (M2) for a first optical film (F11) to be fed after cut to a predetermined length, and a feeding device (M5) for a second optical film (F21) to be fed after cut to a predetermined length.

Abstract: An automatic nose strip bonding apparatus for a face mask is disclosed, including a nose strip providing mechanism, a nose strip turnover mechanism, and a press-to-bond device. The nose strip providing mechanism drives a nose strip forward and carries out stamping operation on the nose strip, and applies a bonding agent to the nose strip. The nose strip turnover mechanism serves to turn over the nose strip that has already been applied with the bonding agent to allow the surface of the nose strip on which the bonding agent is applied to face a face mask. The press-to-bond device includes a first bonding device and a second bonding device to attach the nose strip to the face mask and to carry out a secondary bonding operation, respectively, to ensure firm bonding of the nose strip to the face mask.

  • Patent number: 7748423
Abstract: The cover film sticking device is capable of securely sticking cover film pieces on specimen samples on all slide glasses stored in a basket, which starts to stick the cover film pieces formed, by cutting off long cover film unwound from a film roll to a specified length on the specimen samples on the plurality of slide glasses stored in the basket 26 taken out from a load tank 12 filled with a volatile protective solution. The sticking device is characterized by cover film length securing means for unwinding the long cover film from the film roll and extending the same until reaching cutting means so as to secure the cover film of such a length that can form the cover film pieces to be stuck onto the specimen samples on the maximum number of the slide glasses storable in the basket 26 taken out from the load tank 12.

  • Patent number: 7527084
Abstract: An apparatus for affixing glue strips to both the top and bottom sides of folded, yet-to-be assembled cardboard containers. The apparatus, which is loaded prior to use with a wide roll of release coated paper, slices it into two strips. Each strip is then cut into many short strips of the desired length and glue applied to these short strips just prior to their being placed on folded containers. The release coated paper than forms a protective cover for the glue until the containers are used. The use of the release coated paper not only is much cheaper than pre-glued paper but also eliminates problems associated with storing and handling narrow pre-glued paper strips.
