  • Patent number: 11239034
Abstract: A remote drive with a support element for a top-hat-rail mounting. Opposing actuators disposed on the support element alternatingly act on a displaceably mounted slider by rod-shaped anchors. A slider passage receives a first lever arm of a rocker lever pivotable about a rotational axis parallel to the top hat rail length and nearly passes through a rotational point of a shift lever of a switching device. A carrier rail on a second lever arm is parallel to the top hat rail length, the shift lever engaging the carrier rail to the side of the second lever arm. When the slider is displaced, the rocker lever flips simultaneously activate the shift lever. In a remote drive assembly, two remote drives are disposed adjacent to one another on a top hat rail with a locking mechanism. Alternatively, individually controlled actuators act on first and second legs of a T-shaped rocker switch.

  • Patent number: 11112128
Abstract: The wireless wall thermostat of the present invention utilizes a push-contact mechanical system that allows a user to raise or lower the temperature within a space by applying a force on the top or bottom center of the front of the thermostat. The perpendicular force applied by the user generates a moment arm around pivot connectors, which rotates the thermostat clockwise or counter-clockwise. When rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise, contact buttons attached to the back of the thermostat come into contact with the trigger tabs of a stationary trigger plate mounted to a wall through use of an electromagnetic attraction between a steel disc and a magnet. When the trigger tabs press the contact buttons, the contact buttons send a signal to the central processing unit of the thermostat's internal circuit board to modulate the temperature setting. In addition, the wireless wall thermostat can be detachable by utilizing a magnetic release smart mount.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotational control mechanism for an electrical tool comprising a micro switch having a triggering portion, a frame to securely dispose the micro switch, a revolver pivotally connected on the frame via a rotating shaft, and a triggering element disposed on and paralleled with an inner lateral wall of the revolver to trigger the triggering portion of the micro switch of the frame. The rotational control mechanism is benefited via the revolver pivotally connected with the frame, and the triggering element disposed on the inner lateral wall of the revolver and parallel with the wall to trigger the triggering portion of the micro switch, therefore overcomes shortcomings of the existing control mechanism including the revolver being unable to rotate and the triggering portion tending to be false triggered easily, and achieves technical effects of flexible and reliable control, stable performance, compact structures and reliable transmission.

Abstract: A lamp apparatus include a lamp body, at least an alternating current light-emitting diode and a plug. The alternating current light-emitting diode is disposed on a lamp body. The plug is electrically connected to the alternating current light-emitting diode. In lamp apparatuses utilizing AC LED, heat generated thereby is almost concentrated on chips. Compared with conventional lamp apparatuses utilizing DC LEDs, heat generated thereby is distributed on chips and outer rectifier. In lamp apparatuses utilizing AC LEDs, heat generated thereby is almost concentrated on chips because AC LEDs operate directly with AC electric power, omitting a rectifier and preventing power loss during operation of power rectification. Therefore, the heat accumulated on the chips of the AC LEDs is enough to be used to evaporate essential oil. In another embodiment, the invention utilizes low-resistance pure water surrounding the AC LED to dissipate its heat.

Abstract: A push button structure includes a casing and a button body that are integrally formed by injection molding. The casing has an opening that extends through the surface of the casing. The button body is formed within the opening, and has an outer periphery spaced from the inner periphery of the opening and has an outer surface exposed on the surface of the casing and an inner surface extended by the curved lever. The curved lever has one end fixedly connected to an inner wall of the casing at a position adjacent to the opening such that the button body is movably positioned inside the opening. When the button body is pressed, the elasticity of the curved lever allows the button body to move toward the inside of the casing and thereby trigger an electronic switch in the casing.
