Abstract: A packaging case for a windshield wiper blade includes an elongated wiper blade receiving section including a perimeter wall defining a blade-retaining channel. The perimeter wall includes inner and outer wall segments. At least one aperture is formed within the outer wall segment of the perimeter wall. An elongated cover section is pivotally coupled to wiper blade receiving section and configured to pivot between an open state and a closed state. The elongated cover section includes first and second lateral walls and first and second end walls defining a cover compartment that fits over the elongated wiper blade receiving section. At least one projection is formed on an inner surface of the first lateral wall for engaging the at least one aperture formed within the outer wall segment of the contoured wall, thereby retaining the cover section over the wiper blade receiving section.

Abstract: A tool holder holds one or more tools when not being used. The tool holder comprises a body with a plurality of tool retainers for removably receiving a tool and a plurality of posts for securing the tool within the tool holder body when the tool holder is in a closed configuration. In some embodiments, the tool retainers are holding tubes, pockets or slots. In order to couple a tool with the tool holder, a lock door is moved to an open position and the tool is inserted into a tool retainer of the tool holder. Then the locked door is moved to a closed position where it is positioned over the tool and the tool is secured within the tool holder. The tool is securely held within the tool holder body and is not removable when the tool holder is in the closed position. In some embodiments, the tool holder is configured to hold a L-shaped hexagonal or round tool. In some embodiments, the tool holder is able to hold a plurality of tools of different sizes.

In one aspect, the invention includes a package having a body with a side wall and at least two detents extending inwardly from the side wall. In addition, a surgical blade tip is provided having an adaptor with a blade extending therefrom. The adaptor includes at least two recesses formed therein. The surgical blade tip is disposed in the package with the detents being at least partially inserted into the recesses. Also, the detents are configured to apply a retentive force to the adaptor to retain the adaptor in a first position and configured to deflect with a predetermined amount of torque being applied to the surgical blade tip so as to permit the adaptor to rotate from the first position to a second position where the detents are not inserted into the recesses.

The receptacle defines a cavity therein for holding the scoop device. A liner is adapted to line the cavity so as to prevent waste-contaminated litter particles that fall from the scoop device from collecting in the receptacle. In one embodiment, the liner is removable from the receptacle, and is separately cleanable. In another embodiment, the liner is affixed to a liner housing, and is outwardly extendable therefrom for cleaning the liner.

Abstract: Surgical appliance kit and system for releasably securing a surgical appliance to a surgical field and method of assembling the surgical appliance kit. The surgical appliance kit and system comprises a surgical tray having the surgical appliance and a plurality of hook-and-loop attachment members disposed thereon. A cover is attached to the surgical tray and covers the surgical appliance and the plurality of attachment members. In use, a “hook” attachment member is adhesively attached to the surgical appliance and a “loop” attachment member is adhesively attached to the surgical field. The hook attachment member is placed into engagement with the loop attachment member. In this manner, the surgical appliance is releasably secured to the surgical field, so that the surgical appliance will not inadvertently fall from the surgical field.

Before the case and the hand tool is purchased the hand tool is prevented from being removed from the case; however, the handle can be rotated with respect to the case when the case is in a closed position. Abstract: A novel display package, packaged product, and method of packaging a product are hereby provided. In one illustrative embodiment, a package includes a base, a case, and a card that may be fitted together, for packaging a product positioned on the base and within the case. The base may include bottom and top engaging elements. The case may include a top end engaging element and a bottom end configured to engagingly fit with the top engaging element of the base. The card may include a lower section and an upper section, the lower section of the card configured to engagingly fit with the bottom engaging element of the base, and the upper section of the card configured to engagingly fit with the top end engaging element of the case. Display packages, packaged products, and methods are also disclosed in a variety of other embodiments.
