Abstract: The present invention provides a system that allows for a single panel of the invention to be easily modified, preferably without the use of tools, to fit on a server rack, where the single panel is so modified as to cover the desired amount of open space on a server rack as a single piece, where the panel is preferably fire-rated, and where the modified panel may be easily installed onto the server rack to as to cover any open space thereon, and prevents the circular flow of warm air output from entering the cooler air input of the servers housed on the server rack.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus is provided for mounting a slide rail to a rack post defining a number of through holes. The mounting apparatus includes a mounting bracket and a clipping member. The mounting bracket includes a sliding portion slidably engaged with the slide rail and an end plate perpendicularly extending from a front end of the sliding portion. Two inserting pins extend from the end plate through corresponding through holes of the rack post. The clipping member includes a first end fixed to the mounting bracket, and a second end approaching the end plate. A tab protrudes from the clipping member and is adjacent to the second end of the clipping member. The second end or the tab of the clipping member abuts against a side of rack post opposite to the end plate to avoid the inserting pins to disengage from the corresponding through holes.

Abstract: Storage systems and methods of use of the same are disclosed. The storage systems are configured to be connected to wall structures and to be modular in construction, so as to be able to use a plurality of horizontally disposed hang rails and/or a plurality of vertical standards, and/or modular storage components that are received on a hang rail or a vertical standard, or that may be connected directly to a wall structure.

Abstract: An adjustable shelf assembly having a plurality of ribs, a rib cam associated with each rib, and a support beam having a substantially I-shaped profile. The rib cam has a transversely extending slot including a floor. Each rib has a shelf-retaining surface, a T-shaped downwardly-opening aperture, and two inwardly extending opposing rib cam flanges. The beam has two upper beam flanges and two annular channels. The upper beam flanges slide into the upper recesses of the aperture such that the rib is captured on the beam, and each rib cam flange extends into a respective one of the channels. The rib cam slides into one of the channels with one of the rib cam flanges captured in the slot. In the channel, the rib cam is rotatable around its longitudinal axis between an unlocked position and a locked position in which the slot floor bears down on the rib cam flange thereby locking the flange to the support beam.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a track assembly being of a hollow profile construction and having superior strength and stiffness. All functional components of the track, including joining means between tracks and between the track and end brackets, anti-tilt means, and levelling means, are located either inside or beneath the track. The track assembly upper surface is therefore aesthetically pleasing and free from tripping hazards.

Abstract: A display rack for displaying one or more sheets of posterboard or other similar sheet material has vertical columns supporting vertically spaced apart tiers, each tier having a perimeter frame having side rails secured to and supported by the vertical columns and front and rear rails. Corner guards are secured to the perimeter frame at the intersections of the side rails and the front and rear rails and positioned for respectively receiving a corner of the posterboard, each corner guard having a bottom wall, a side wall, an end wall deployed for holding posterboard on the tier. Corner guards at the rear corners have side walls that taper or flare outwardly. Clips adapt the corner guards for retrofitting to display racks.

Abstract: Disclosed is a tool rack set fastener, which includes a first fastening structure, which has mounting base fixedly fastened to a vertical wall or upright support and a coupling unit formed integral with the mounting base, and a second fastening structure, which is connectable to a tool rack set to secure the tool rack set to the first fastening structure and has a coupling base connectable to the coupling unit of the first fastening structure.

Abstract: Discussed herein is an improved furniture assembly, where stretchers are secured between beams of a shelving assembly using brackets. The stretchers include at least one hollow slot that is sufficiently wide to allow the slot to be slid over a protruding surface of the bracket. In embodiments, the brackets have a protruding surface that is substantially parallel to a base surface of the bracket. The bracket has one or more lock members allowing the bracket to be secured to punches on the beams. The brackets are capable of being secured to the punches without the need for special tools. After the brackets are locked within the beams, the stretcher is connected between the beams by simply aligning the slots of the stretcher over corresponding protruding surfaces of the brackets and sliding the stretcher over the brackets by sliding the slots over the protruding surfaces.

The standard has an end portion slidably receivable within an opening of the track, such that the position of the standard relative to the track is slidably adjustable along the track.

Abstract: A new method of creating a shelving system is disclosed which utilizes vertical supports in a flexible method of positioning horizontal supports. The method of installing the supports is a twisting “T” slot design which firmly locks the support in place in a manner that provides a high support strength. The supports may be installed in a variety of incremental positions rapidly, and is useful for permanent storage or for displays of items which involve rapid assembly and disassembly.

Abstract: A packaging system includes a tray that supports candy canes in a side-by-side presentation while maintaining the candy away from the outer walls of the packaging. A template of cardboard stock is cut and folded to define a candy can support tray that is covered by a transparent wrapper or inserted into a box. The tray includes a bottom base and sides that are folded upward and end portions that fold inward with tabs align to create the rectangular tray with an open top. A first end of the tray includes a portion extending downward from the top edge to the base at an oblique angle with orifices receiving ends of the candy canes. At an opposite end of the tray, a second support portion has a portion extending downward at an oblique angle from the end wall to the base of the tray.

A retention device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes stepped features and a dual locking mechanism that are configured to engage standard apertures of rack systems. The locking mechanism is configured to extend beyond the surface of a pin when in a normal position, but may be depressed to allow the retention device to be easily inserted or removed without the use of tools.

The supporting ledges are a snaked press fit in the sheet metal of the sidewalls and the sidewalls are secured to upright rack stanchions. To define a storage rack ensuring exact positioning of the supporting ledges, it is proposed that the rack stanchions comprise horizontally protruding pegs engaging cavities in the supporting ledges.

Abstract: A product display system and method includes a support and at least one product container supported by the support. The packages are tilted such that the front faces of the tilted packages face at least partially upward, such as toward the illumination source, so as to provide enhanced illumination of the front faces of the tilted packages. The tilted packages may be supported at a support arm or the like, and have a center of gravity located behind a header for suspending the packages from the support arm, causing the packages to angle or tilt with their front faces angled somewhat upwardly, such as toward the illumination source, when suspended from the support arm.

Abstract: A modular display system comprises a plurality of block members connected together along edges to form an enclosed display area. Each block member is formed of a pair of planar members removably connected together by magnets secured to each planar member to form a dual-layer arrangement in which the planar members abut each other at mating planar faces. The magnets associated with each planar member align with the magnets of the other planar member in order to secure the planar members together. The aligned magnets, in turn, align with magnets on a neighbouring bock member in order to secure said block members together. In this way, the block members may be assembled into a display enclosure.

Abstract: A safety device for a storage rack can include a length of webbing configured to span across a rear side of the storage rack. A sensor device can be coupled to one end of the webbing and a signaling device can be configured to communicate with the sensor device. The signaling device can include a selectively actuatable alert indicator. The sensor device can be operable to sense an increase in tension in the webbing when an item is placed in a position on the storage rack so as to engage the webbing. The sensor device can generate a signal indicative of the increase in tension and communicate the signal to the signaling device. The signaling device can be operable to actuate the at least one alert indicator responsive to the communicated signal so as to provide an indication of a position of the item relative to the storage rack.

The track includes a first flange overhanging a first longitudinally extending channel and a second flange overhanging a second longitudinally extending channel. The anti-tip assembly further includes a second bracket having a first flange extending into a second open end of the open ended channel, and a second flange extending into the second channel of the track. The first and second brackets are slidable inside the open ended channel and coupled together with a maximum spacing therebetween. A biasing member biases the first and second brackets outwardly away from one another within the maximum spacing.

A pallet retainer of the present invention includes at least a plurality of spacer members and at least one upright member, wherein each spacer member includes an opening through which the upright member passes and wherein the spacer member positions the vertical member to substantially prevent a pallet being placed to deeply within a pallet bay.

The spacing of the slots in the back wall and of the slots in the partition members is selected to permit a range of spacings of horizontally adjacent partition members and a range of spacings of vertically adjacent floor members. By suitable selection of the spacings, a large variety of bin sizes can be obtained.

With the mounting hole adapter, the mounting rack structure can be used with different types of fastening elements to save the cost for making different molds.

Abstract: A collapsible material is provided which maintains a predetermined strength and shape until it is heated and increased in temperature to a desired temperature and then can collapse, after a lapse of a predetermined time. The collapsible material of the present invention is characterized by comprising a base formed of a hydrate of a hydraulic material and unexpanded vermiculite particles dispersed in the base. In the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that the hydraulic material is formed of at least one of cement and gypsum and the unexpanded vermiculite particles are contained in an amount of 0.5 to 15 wt %. Also, in the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that ash balloon particles are contained in an amount of 0.5 to 20 wt %. Further, in the collapsible material of the present invention, it is preferable that a coating film formed of a hydrate of the hydraulic material and silica powder is formed on the surface of the base.

Abstract: A self contained retail pusher is provided. The self contained retail pusher is situated on a retail structure in a typical retail environment. The self contained retail pusher may be quickly incorporated into permanent or temporary retail structures such as retail shelves having existing adjacent dividers and a front fence without having to completely disassemble the shelf, dividers, and front fence. The self contained retail pusher also optimizes retail structure space usage by allowing the user to selectively incorporate a single self contained retail pusher or a plurality thereof in a retail structure. Due to its modularity and ability to mount separately and independently from an existing shelving divider system, the self contained retail pusher may be supplied as a stand alone unit, and without a new divider system.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a shaped notch for supporting a shoe. The shaped notch has a “U” shape and a sufficient width and depth for retaining a toe strap of the shoe within the shaped notch, for retaining a connecting portion of a shoetree within the shaped notch and for retaining a toe portion of the shoe about the shaped notch. Left and right vertical extensions are joined to the shaped notch with left and right arcs for elevating the shaped notch. The left and right vertical extensions have sufficient lengths for enabling the shoe to hang freely from the shaped notch without deformation to an upper portion of the shoe. Each of the left and right arcs is rounded and generally forms an arc of 180 degrees. The left and right arcs and the shaped notch generally form a lazy “M” shape.

Abstract: A drawer partition kit is described. The drawer partition kit comprises at least one partition board and a partition rack. The partition rack, applied in a drawer having a space, has a U-shaped space for storing things. The U-shape space has a size. The partition rack has slots under the U-shaped space for positioning the partition board and for reducing the size of the U-shaped space. The partition board has a first side plate for being positioned and has a vertical plate capable of being moved to change the space of the drawer. A plurality of such partition racks may be connected with each other. The materials of the partition rack may alternatively be metals or other materials having excellent weather-resistance and supporting forces.

Moreover, the first upper end is joined to the proximate end of the top support member and the first lower end is connected to a shelf. Similarly, the second upper end is joined to the distal end of the top support member and the second lower end is connected to the shelf. The top support member has a non-linear portion to provide further upright support of the packaged absorbent articles. The non-linear portion shape may consist of curves, triangles, rectangles, random patterns and combinations thereof.

Abstract: A combination shelf includes a plurality of upright posts, a plurality of mounting sleeves each detachably mounted on the respective upright post, at least one mounting frame mounted between the upright posts and detachably locked onto the mounting sleeves, a plurality of mounting brackets each detachably mounted on the respective upright post, and a plurality of support boards mounted between the upright posts and supported by the mounting frame and the mounting brackets. Thus, the mounting brackets are detachably mounted on the upright posts to support the support boards so that the support boards are selectively mounted between the upright posts, and the number of the support boards can be adjusted freely and randomly according to a user's practical requirement.

Each vertical member is adapted to receive a plurality of support brackets, and each vertical member has a bottom portion which is angled forward. Angling the bottom portion of the legs moves the center of gravity forward and thus stabilizes the unit when it is leaned either (1) against a wall, or (2) back-to-back with another unit. The vertical members may also each contain a continuous slot that allows movement of the shelf brackets so that they can be fixed in place at any position on the vertical members.

The inner casing is secured within the outer casing by two end caps, each slidable engagable with the outer casing at opposed ends thereof.
