Abstract: There is provided a machine tool capable of housing workpieces of different sizes in a same workpiece storage unit without requiring a new workpiece storage unit. In a machine tool including a workpiece storage unit having a plurality of housing spaces housing workpieces and a processing machine processing a workpiece supplied from one of the housing spaces, the workpiece storage unit is structured so that the size of each housing space is changeable.

Abstract: A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed. The pusher mechanism of an exemplary embodiment includes a pusher surface and a pusher floor that extends forward of the pusher surface. A flat coiled spring or other biasing element may be operatively connected behind the pusher mechanism and extend across a divider and to the front of the shelf In use, the product to be merchandised may be placed on the pusher floor. With this configuration, the pusher surface is prevented from tipping or bending backwards during operation. In an alternative aspect, the end of the coiled spring may be mounted to a retainer, or alternatively, may be mounted to a divider.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a shelf system or assembly, and a shelf module therefore. The shelf module defines a pair of substantially parallel, lengthwise extending edges and a pair of substantially parallel end edges, and comprises an array of lengthwise extending slats spaced apart across the width of the module, and an array of spaced apart ribs extending between these slats which are spaced apart along the length of the module, at least a pair of the slats having outwardly and oppositely directed partition retaining connection means at or toward an upper edge thereof, between which a portion of a partition can be secured. Each of an associated partition, display strip, shelf connector module and shelf end module are also disclosed, where each of these is for removable attachment to the shelf module.

Abstract: Shelves and other load supporting panels are releasably mountable between pairs of uprights by sandwiching the rear ends of the panels between an upper, rear mounting bracket and a lower, forward mounting bracket at each end of the panels. Each pair of upper and lower mounting brackets are mounted to an upright so as to be in opposed facing relation to another pair of upper and lower mounting brackets or an adjacent upright. A protuberance on one mounting bracket of each pairs engages into a corresponding indentation on the panel to prevent the panel being inadvertently slid outwardly horizontally from its position cantilevered from between the uprights.

Abstract: Retrofitting shelves attachable to a shelving system, shelving systems, and methods of displaying items on a shelving system. In one form, the retrofitting shelf includes a supporting unit, pivoting mechanisms attachable to the supporting unit, and a continuously adjustable device for dividing items on the shelving system which is attachable to the supporting unit. In another form, the shelving system includes a base, vertical members attached to the base, and a retrofitting shelf attached to the vertical members. In yet another form, the method for displaying items on a shelving system includes attaching a retrofitting shelf to the shelving system and placing items on the supporting unit of the retrofitting shelf.

Abstract: A product display tray configured for use on a shelf is disclosed. The product display tray includes a base and at least one side wall. The base includes a front end, a back end, a left side, a right side, a lower surface and an upper surface for supporting items. The side wall is selectively positionable a distance from a side of the base and is substantially parallel to the side.

Abstract: Storage drawers become more cumbersome to use as multiple objects are placed in the drawers without proper compartmenting. The invention uses multiple H-shaped beams of various lengths to create modular compartments in multiple types of storage drawers. The H-shaped beams have notches in them allowing multiple attachments to be placed depending on how the H-beams are aligned with respect to each other. The H-beams can be connected at the lateral ends to extend the compartment lengths and at points perpendicular to a primary H-beam. The invention may additionally use H-beam trims to prevent the attachments from inadvertently being removed from the notches in the connected H-beams.

The base plate has an integral one-piece configuration including a plurality of strengthening or reinforcing vertical and/or horizontal ribs disposed on the second side. A plurality of securing members are disposed in a parallel relationship on the first side. Each of the plurality of securing members has a plurality of snap fit openings. A plurality of rollers that each comprises a centrally disposed cylindrical portion and a pair of connection rods extending from opposite ends of the cylindrical portion. The connection rods are removably and fixedly insertable into a pair of oppositely disposed snap fit openings of adjacent securing members, thereby forming a row of rollers disposed on the base plate.

Abstract: A stand alone divider for a shelf is provided. The stand alone divider includes a first and a second retainer arranged to grip a first and a second edge of a shelf. The stand alone divider may be installed on and removed from a shelf without the use of tools. The stand alone divider may have an adjustable length.

Abstract: A self contained retail pusher is provided. The self contained retail pusher is situated on a retail structure in a typical retail environment. The self contained retail pusher may be quickly incorporated into permanent or temporary retail structures such as retail shelves having existing adjacent dividers and a front fence without having to completely disassemble the shelf, dividers, and front fence. The self contained retail pusher also optimizes retail structure space usage by allowing the user to selectively incorporate a single self contained retail pusher or a plurality thereof in a retail structure. Due to its modularity and ability to mount separately and independently from an existing shelving divider system, the self contained retail pusher may be supplied as a stand alone unit, and without a new divider system.

The magnetic divider system includes at least one rail member for defining one or more sub-compartments in the interior region of the compartment, the rail members having a base portion, a distal portion, and a channel extending therethrough. The magnetic divider system further includes one or more attachment members comprising magnets for fixedly restraining the rail members in the interior region of the compartment. The attachment members are disposed in the channel to magnetically attract the ferruginous surface of the interior region of the compartment to, in turn, restrainably affix the at least one rail member to the ferruginous surface of the interior region of the compartment.

Abstract: A vertical file folder rack adapted for mounting on a wall and holding various sizes and shapes of files, posters, drawings and like items. The vertical file folder rack includes a plurality of triangular-shaped wire frames mounted and equally spaced along a length of a rectangular shaped elongated wall base. The wall base is adapted for vertical attachment to a wall. A top portion of each wire frame is pivotally attached along the vertical length of the wall base. A center portion of the wire frame includes a pair of support arms, which extend downwardly and vertically. A lower portion of the wire frame includes a pair of outwardly extending file support arms with an upwardly extending arch-shaped file keeper disposed between the two support arms. A file is received on top of the support arms and held therein between the file keeper and the two support arms.

Abstract: An adjustable depth merchandising apparatus includes an elongated mounting member operationally securable to an associated shelf and extending parallel to a longitudinal axis thereof. An adjustable divider system is selectively connected to the mounting member. The divider system includes a first divider portion and a second divider portion. Each portion contains connecting elements, which selectively engage each other to operatively connect the first divider portion to the second divider portion, thereby enabling the divider system to be employed on associated shelves of varying depths. A trackless pusher system is selectively received on the mounting member. The pusher system includes a mounting clip engaging the mounting member, a coil spring connected to the mounting clip and a pusher body slidably mounted in relation to the mounting member, wherein the coil spring is supported by the pusher body and connects the pusher body to the mounting clip.

Abstract: The present teachings relate to a device configured to secure an instrument and to be removably mounted to a platform. The device can comprise a mounting base platform, a guide rod plate, and a securing means. The guide rod plate can be slidably secured to the mounting base platform, and the securing means can be configured to slidably move the guide rod plate with respect to the mounting base platform. The device can secure an instrument within, for example a firearm or a scope. The device can be mounted to a platform, for example, a camera tripod.

Abstract: Provided are compartmentalization panels for attaching to other compartmentalization panels and forming compartmentalization systems for positioning and compartmentalizing object carrying cabins, such as drawers and car trunks. A compartmentalization panel includes a support bar having an insert interlocking element on one end and an end slot interlocking element on the other end for engaging to such ends of other panels and extending the length. A compartmentalization panel also includes multiple side slot interlocking elements attached to two opposite sides of the support bar in between the two ends. The side slot interlocking element of one panel is configured to engage with the insert interlocking element of another panel such that the two panels are supported with respect to each other at the right angle. Spaces in between side slot interlocking elements of one module may receive such elements of another module to extend the length of the panels.

Abstract: A merchandising system that improves the merchandising of product by limiting the number and the frequency with which product can be removed from, for example, a merchandising shelf. The merchandising system may include a base configured to support product and a housing configured to engage the base. The housing may comprise a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a front retaining wall. The system may further include a spring-urged pusher movably mounted on the base and a dampener assembly mounted to the spring-urged pusher configured to control the rate of speed at which the spring-urged pusher is urged forward.

The divider spans from the first wall to the second wall when in the engaged position. The housing and the divider establish at least one first bin receiving area when the divider is in the engaged position. The housing establishes a second bin receiving area when the divider is in the disengaged position. The second bin receiving area is larger than the first bin receiving area.

The front retrieving section contains bottom parallel rods spaced from each other a distance smaller than the tennis ball diameter. The container has horizontal retrieving and vertical dispensing positions. The container includes a compartment capacity regulating element for dispensing balls individually. First method of retrieving, collecting and dispensing tennis balls includes repetitive transferring a substantial group of balls from the retrieving section towards the collecting section.

Abstract: A drawer partition kit is described. The drawer partition kit comprises at least one partition board and a partition rack. The partition rack, applied in a drawer having a space, has a U-shaped space for storing things. The U-shape space has a size. The partition rack has slots under the U-shaped space for positioning the partition board and for reducing the size of the U-shaped space. The partition board has a first side plate for being positioned and has a vertical plate capable of being moved to change the space of the drawer. A plurality of such partition racks may be connected with each other. The materials of the partition rack may alternatively be metals or other materials having excellent weather-resistance and supporting forces.

Abstract: A filler panel for a rack includes two latching regions that mirror each other. The latching regions include a pair of guide posts configured to enter both round-shaped and square-shaped holes and guide the filler panel into a rack. The latching region further includes a pair of locator walls configured to enter square shaped holes along with the guide posts to guide the filler panel into a rack. Each latching region includes one or more latching members having surfaces for engaging a railing of a rack. At least one pair of latching members includes an angled stepped surface configured to engage railings of different thicknesses.

Abstract: A positioning device is connected between an equipment unit and a vertical support column and includes a first board, a second board and a connection portion which is connected to the first and second boards. A first positioning portion extends from the first board and a second positioning portion extends from the second board. A hook extends from one of the first board, the second board and the connection portion. The hook contacts a rear end of the side wall of the equipment unit and the first and second positioning portions are connected to the vertical support column of the rack.

The compliant member is deflectable towards the top surface upon engagement with a portion of the base.

Abstract: The invention is embodied in an shelving system especially useful for carton flow warehouse shelving systems. The new system provides for carton flow lanes by mounting a series of shelf slotters along the replenish side shelf rail. Goods, typically in boxes, are placed into slots or lanes on the shelf platform, as guided by the shelf slotters. The series of parallel rollers allows the goods to travel down the shelf platform. Once the goods are directed into a lane by the shelf slotters, they will travel under the force of gravity down the roller tracks without significant deviation in their path, eliminating the need for a lane divider and reducing the labor involved in re-profiling a carton flow shelving system.

Abstract: A cabinet assembly is provided that can be quickly assembled and disassembled inside side racks used for the purpose of housing computer systems. The assembly comprises a plurality of side plates that can be secured to inside rack sides, preferably through flexible flanges, a plurality of top and bottom plates that can be secured to the side plates, and a mid-plate is disposed substantially horizontally between the top and bottom plates. Each row then has a front wall to hold in the card, yet is short enough to still view a portion of the greeting card above the wall. Because display fixtures are manufactured to have a specified amount of rows or levels at a specified depth, in order to adjust the specifications of a display fixture, other pieces may be used, for example, by attaching to the display fixture a convertible row to add another level or tier between set rows of the display fixture. By providing another row using a convertible row, another set of greeting cards may be displayed between cards displayed on other rows of the original display fixture, increasing the density of the overall display.

Abstract: An adjustable shelf assembly having a plurality of ribs, a rib cam associated with each rib, and a support beam having a substantially I-shaped profile. The rib cam has a transversely extending slot including a floor. Each rib has a shelf-retaining surface, a T-shaped downwardly-opening aperture, and two inwardly extending opposing rib cam flanges. The beam has two upper beam flanges and two annular channels. The upper beam flanges slide into the upper recesses of the aperture such that the rib is captured on the beam, and each rib cam flange extends into a respective one of the channels. The rib cam slides into one of the channels with one of the rib cam flanges captured in the slot. In the channel, the rib cam is rotatable around its longitudinal axis between an unlocked position and a locked position in which the slot floor bears down on the rib cam flange thereby locking the flange to the support beam.

Each floor member includes frangible break-away portions for adjusting the overall length thereof, and each divider member includes a frangible break-away front product stop member as well as a plurality of frangible break-away rear portions for likewise controlling the overall length of each divider member.

Abstract: A storage unit having a back panel, a top panel attached to the back panel, a bottom panel attached to the back panel, a pair of opposing side panels attached to the back, top and bottom panels so as to define a housing having an interior, and a plurality of shelf members positioned within the interior of the housing and arranged in a vertically oriented fashion. The shelf members are removably mounted to the back panel and opposing side panels. The storage unit further comprises a plurality of divider members removably positioned between (i) each pair of consecutive shelf members, (ii) the top panel and an uppermost shelf member and (iii) the bottom panel and a lowermost shelf member. The divider members define a plurality of compartments. In one embodiment, the compartments function as drawer-receiving spaces wherein each drawer-receiving space is sized for receiving a corresponding drawer. Each divider member can be repositioned to provide compartments of varying sizes.

Abstract: A manual open bottom shelf allocation and management system for allocating shelf space among rows of products and for moving the rows of products toward the front of the shelf includes a plurality of adjacent shelf allocating and managing units. Each unit includes a pair of side dividers extending away from a front to a backstop defining an open bottom, wherein at least one row of products may be positioned on the shelf between the side dividers and wherein the side dividers provide for substantive lateral support for the product. Each unit is manually movable between the front and the back of the shelf and is adapted to advance at least one row of products toward the front of the shelf. The side dividers of two adjacent units may be in vertical alignment with one another.

Abstract: A ventilated shelf divider comprises a downwardly opening frame assembly including laterally diverging wire walls that are releasably mountable to laterally spaced shelf wires. Each of the wire walls includes a plurality of spaced legs that extending to couplers for gripping the shelf wires. The legs may be manually moved towards one another and positioned between the shelf wires, and, upon release, the legs bias the couplers into gripping engagement with the shelf wires.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for distributing at least one displaying accessory on a goods display surface, such as a shelf surface, cabinet or the similar. The displaying accessory can be a separating partition or a goods display cabinet formed of a carriage sliding on a tracking path. The device includes at least one first guide fixable to the proximal part of the display surface and extendable over the surface, generally along the longitudinal axis thereof. The first guide interacts with a clamp of the displaying accessory for fixing the accessory to the display surface. The device also includes a holder provided at the level of the first guide and, in the first release position, the holder enables at least one displaying accessory to be moved or even to be released. In a second position, the holder strongly fixes at least one displaying accessory to the first guide.

Abstract: This invention discloses a network device including at least one rail element disposed at both sides of the network device at positions adjacent to the rear of the network device respectively to form a slide rail on each side, and two fixing elements each having a locking portion and a support portion, wherein the locking portion has at least one locking hole and is coupled perpendicularly to the support portion, such that when the network device is installed in a rack and the front of the network device is fixed to the front of the rack, each support portion can be extended into each corresponding slide rail, and each locking portion can be secured to the rear of the rack through each corresponding locking hole.

Abstract: A combination display tray and divider member are disclosed. The display tray includes a rear wall, a support portion depending outwardly therefrom, and a forward lip for retaining items placed on the display tray. The rear wall includes a channel therein for receiving a base portion of the divider member. A divider portion extends outwardly from the base portion member and generally perpendicular to a longitudinal centerline of the channel of the display tray when the base portion of the divider member is slidably received in the channel.

Abstract: A gravity feed shelving system is provided in which specially configured tiers contain necked-down channels for the receiving, storing and dispensing of series of flexible packages such as flex bags. Each channel is configured with relatively wide receiving and dispensing portions at the rear and front of the tier, respectively, and a narrowed intermediate portion that partially compresses the flex bags and restrains them against their removal from the channel until the flex bag passes from the intermediate portion into the dispensing portion. The tier has an operatively sloped orientation so that, once placed within the receiving portion of the channel, each flex bag is urged along the channel and into the intermediate portion by the force of its own weight.

Abstract: A structural support for supporting a food guard shield includes first and second spaced apart sheet-like arms and at least one spacer positioned between the sheet-like arms. The first and second sheet-like arms can be securely connected to each other or to the at least one spacer to form a substantially rigid structure for supporting the food guard shield. The support can have a variety of shapes, including shapes resembling alphanumeric character and logos.

Abstract: A standardized or basic product display device is provided with a standard front barrier for identifying and restraining a spring-urged column of displayed products in conjunction with a plurality of secondary barrier elements which can be easily and securely mounted onto the primary barrier to accommodate reconfiguration and enlargement of the display device. The secondary elements have lower portions of inverted U-shaped configuration which can be selectively applied over external edge margins of the primary barrier and secured thereto by locking detents. The secondary barrier element enables the front barrier of the display device to be enlarged, both in width and height to accommodate larger product packages than contemplated for the standard display device in its minimum configuration. In one form, the secondary barrier element has a vertical extension of narrow width, providing effective restraint of tall packages while maximizing visibility of the front of the package.

Abstract: An adjustable shelf assembly, which may be a rack mount shelf, that can adjustably accommodate a plurality of electronic devices. In an example embodiment, the shelf assembly is designed to hold several electronic devices, oriented vertically. This is accomplished by providing a shelf with multiple adjustments, including partitions to adjust the width left to right of each receiver receptacle. In addition, a rear slide mechanism adjusts front to back to accommodate the depth of the electronic devices.

The front stop wall is formed along a lower edge with a tongue portion and a plurality of clamping member spaced behind the tongue portion, so that a retaining space is formed between the tongue portion and the clamping members for engaging with a transverse front metal-bar set of the metal-wire shelf therein. The side stop walls each are provided along a lower edge with a plurality of C-shaped clamping members for each receiving and holding a transverse metal bar of the metal-wire shelf therein. With the stop wall structure mounted to the metal-wire shelf, articles positioned on the metal-wire shelf are protected against falling therefrom.

Abstract: An adjustable filler panel assembly, configured for use in an electronic equipment enclosure, includes a first panel and a second panel, each adapted to block airflow. The first panel has pairs of horizontally aligned adjustment openings formed therein, and the second panel has a pair of horizontally aligned attachment members disposed near one end. The first and second panels are connected to one another in an overlapping arrangement to form an air-blocking panel assembly with the attachment members of the second panel being aligned with and connected to a pair of adjustment openings of the first panel. In addition, the first panel and the second panel are telescopically adjustable relative to one another such that a length of the air-blocking panel assembly is selectively adjustable to fill at least a portion of an opening in the electronic equipment enclosure, thereby blocking air from flowing through the opening.

Abstract: A variable shelf organizer glide system for merchandising products therefrom capable of being assembled to accommodate any shelf length and width and any product dimension including a plurality of cooperatively engageable adjustable floor members having a plurality of transverse projection members associated with each respective track rib, the transverse projection members extending laterally across only a portion of the respective longitudinal slots formed between adjacent track ribs, and a plurality of adjustable divider members, each divider member being selectively engageable with the transverse projection members to form any number of segregated product channels for arranging products therebetween. Each floor member includes frangible break-away portions for adjusting the overall length thereof, and each divider member includes a frangible break-away front product stop member as well as a plurality of frangible break-away rear portions for likewise controlling the overall length of each divider member.

Abstract: An appliance is provided that includes a storage compartment comprising a storage container, a partition, and at least one fastening mechanism located on the partition configured to secure the partition to a portion of the storage container. The partition is configured to be removably installed at different locations within the storage container. The at least one fastening mechanism includes an area between a first portion and a second portion to secure the portion of the storage container. The at least one fastening mechanism includes a third portion protruding from the first portion and a fourth portion protruding from the second portion. A distance between the first portion and the second portion is less than a second distance between an end of the third portion and an end of the fourth portion which provides an expanded area for locating the at least one fastening mechanism.

Abstract: A product display includes an elongated member having at least one channel extending in a direction substantially parallel with the length of the member, a product support engaged with the elongated member, and a product divider engaged with the elongated member. At least one of the product support and the product divider is at least partially received within the channel. The product support and the product divider are independently movable relative to one another along the length of the elongated member to adjust the respective positions of the product support and the product divider relative to the elongated member.
