  • Patent number: 5240123
Abstract: Three preferred embodiments of a baseball cap holder are disclosed. Each embodiment includes a chamfered button ring for retaining a cap by the button typically found at the top of the crown of the cap. All three embodiments in a preferred method of manufacturing are die cut and crease scored from a single sheet of material, such as polypropene plastic. The first embodiment mounts and displays a single baseball cap and comprises a vertical base mounted on a wall, a horizontal cap shape holder and a parallel and spaced chamfered button ring for slidably receiving the cap button. The second embodiment is a cap holder strip, which utilizes a plurality of similar button rings aligned along an elongated axis. The third embodiment comprises a circular pattern having a base for vertical mounting on a wall or the like, a horizontal cap supporting member and above and parallel to the cap supporting member, a button ring.

  • Patent number: 5169007
Abstract: A hat hanger includes a hook and a crosspiece suspended by its middle from the hook. The crosspiece has ends from which depend a first pair of downwardly extending forward legs, and a second pair of downwardly extending rear legs are supported by the ends of the crosspiece and are disposed behind the first downwardly extending legs. These second downwardly extending legs have rearwardly extending bends intermediate their length and they terminate downwardly in a forwardly extending loop interconnecting lower ends of the second downwardly extending legs. The hook is swivelly connected to the crosspiece for horizontal swinging movement of the crosspiece relative to the hook. The first downwardly extending legs terminate downwardly in free ends that have enlarged protectors on them to protect a hat against damage from the free ends.

  • Patent number: 4616747
Abstract: A hairpiece storage and carrying case includes a divider for partitioning the hollow interior of the case into a hairpiece receiving compartment and an implement receiving compartment. A frame member in the shape of a human skull is disposed in the hairpiece compartment for supporting a hairpiece so that the front portion of the hairpiece is positioned between the frame member and the divider, and the rear and side portions of the hairpiece are disposed between the frame member and the side walls of the carrying case. A landing interconnects the frame member and the divider and defines a support surface in spaced relationship from the bottom wall of the case to support the front portion of the hairpiece at a desired height above the ends of sides and rear of the hairpiece to maintain the hairpiece in a simulated natural style of arranging hair. Preferably, the divider, frame member and landing are constructed as a one-piece plastic unit adhesively mounted within the interior of the case.
