Abstract: A paint color analysis station has a main body with a front exterior surface and a rear exterior surface. A paint sampling portion and a drying portion are disposed on the front exterior surface of the main body. The paint sampling portion has a paint sampling surface extending outwardly from the front exterior surface of the main body at an angle that is less than 90 degrees. The drying portion has a main body and an overhang disposed directly above the paint sampling portion. The overhang includes an opening configured to receive a drying device. At least one hanging portion and at least one storage portion are also disposed on the paint color analysis station. The at least one hanging portion and the at least one storage portion are configured to conveniently organize and house various paint analysis tools and accessories when not in operation.

Abstract: A modular container holder comprising a backing panel and a basket portion, the backing panel has a magnetic mounting means adapted to detachably secure the modular container holder to a vertical mounting surface, the basket portion projects forwardly from the backing panel and is adapted to receive and retain a container. A contiguous modular arrangement of multiple modular containers positioned in column or row configurations allows multiple containers to be stored, while the basket portion is tilted forwardly to prevent the obstruction of basket openings when the modular container holders are vertically stacked in the column configuration.

Abstract: A mounting system for mounting a piece of furniture in a movable manner to a modular wall system includes a side support bar that has a channel extending therethrough. The side support bar can be mounted to a modular wall system. A roller assembly is connected to the piece of furniture. The roller assembly includes rollers that can be positioned and moved within the channel to enable the piece of furniture to be selectively repositioned along the modular wall system.

The handle includes a third locking element that engages the first locking element. Abstract: A tabletop system for detachably engaging a railing provides a tabletop with a substantially planar upper surface and at least one bracket assembly. The bracket assembly includes an elongated member that is removably engaged with the tabletop and is configured to span over a handrail of the railing. The bracket assembly also includes a bracing member that is coupled with an end portion of the elongated member and extends downward proximate spindles of the railing. An engagement device is coupled with a lower portion of the bracing member and is configured to detachably engage an adjacent pair of the spindles for rigidly securing the bracket assembly to support the tabletop.

Abstract: The invention relates to a versatile accessory holder for a barber chair and method to attach the versatile accessory holder to the back of one of a plurality of barber chair types. Certain embodiments of the invention have a plurality of slots that may be used to receive an appendage in the form of a tongue or one or more sets of pins to attach the versatile accessory holder to the back of a chair. Certain embodiments of the versatile accessory holder have a tray with compartments to receive accessories, such as clipper blades. In some embodiments, the compartments have an opening at the bottom, and some embodiments have compartment stops to enable hair to fall from a blade resting in the compartment onto the floor. In some embodiments, the outer wall of the tray has a strip adapted to fasten a magnet to the outer wall of the tray.

Abstract: A storage sheet having a plurality of pockets which includes a flexible sheet, a plurality of pocket strips, and a fastener. The plurality of pocket strips allow for the storage of personal or professional items. The plurality of pocket strips are shingled to save space as well as to display the contents of the pockets. The storage sheet is flexible to able to be rolled and secured or bundled together through use of the fastener. The display system includes a support frame, a plurality of shelves disposed on the support frame, and a plurality of divider walls moveably secured to each shelf. Each shelf includes a base defining an arcuate upper surface having one or more channels formed therein. The divider walls are selectively positionable in a deployed position and/or a stowed position. In the deployed position the divider walls extend above the arcuate upper surface and in the stowed position the divider walls are disposed in the channel and are recessed below or level with the arcuate surface. In the deployed position, pairs of the divider walls cooperate with one another and the arcuate upper surface to define a lane therebetween. The lane is dimensioned to accommodate a front to back column of merchandise items.

The device has a generally convex shaped front face and a generally concave shaped back face that serves to create a generally crescent shaped chamber for holding documents. The front and back faces are in a substantially sealed relationship to protect the documents from exposure to harmful moisture. The device is adapted to be stably secured to a holder at the top and bottom portions of the device.

Abstract: A product display tray and associated mounting bar and bracket. The mounting bar and bracket are configured to minimize space occupied in a front to back direction and enable mounting of a tray in a manner to maximize the number of products displayed. The mounting brackets allow the bar to be turned end for end to adjust the vertical position of the bar by one-half spacing in order to maximize vertical density of the packaging display. The tray has specially configured, rearwardly opening recesses at its back edge to receive the mounting bar while allowing a base of the tray to extend underneath and behind the bar. The tray, bar and brackets are also uniquely designed to enable a tray to be mounted on two adjacent, aligned mounting bars, to maximize horizontal density of the packaging display. Other disclosed features enhance the usefulness and efficiency of the display.

The guide members are slidably mounted to further support the tray and prevent it from tipping.

Abstract: The invention disclosed is a positionable utility tray. The tray apparatus is adapted to be mounted in the interior of an automobile and can be fixed in a chosen position by locking a securing mount into a vehicle receiving socket, such as an auxiliary power outlet. The invention utilizes a securing mount using a tapered plunger and expanding collet to force fingers outwardly onto the socket inner surface, thereby securing the utility tray. The utility tray further utilizes fastener projections to mount tray accessory components such as trash cans, mobile device holders, and the like.

Abstract: A horizontally mounted shelf assembly includes an elongated support rail, at least one accessory slidaby connected with the support rail, and at least one stretch releasing adhesive strip arranged between the support rail and a wall for securing the shelf assembly to the wall. Each accessory may also be separately mounted on the wall using stretch releasing adhesive strips.

Abstract: Containers are mounted in rows on a display rack having shelves inclined upwardly so that articles on the shelf tend to slide forwardly. The containers arranged in rows located side by side across the width of the shelf are formed of board or as transparent plastic jars. Each container has a base on the shelf, upstanding front and rear walls and upstanding side walls with the front and rear walls inclined at a wall angle to a plane at right angles to the base the base so that with the base sitting on the inclined shelf the front and rear walls stand substantially upright. The front wall is higher than the rear wall to provide an exposed strip of each container of the row so that all strips can be seen in front elevation. The strip can be marked with a bar code.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to a system for storing and/or transporting platforms of pipette tips. The system includes packaging in which a stacked tower of platforms may be transported. Embodiments of the present invention further include a loader for transferring platforms from the packaging to a rack for holding pipette tip platforms. The loader transfers the platforms by accessing the uppermost platform in the stack.

Abstract: A caddy for use in bathrooms is disclosed. The caddy can include removable shelf assemblies and/or accessory units for holding common household items. The removable shelf accessories can include knobs which can be turned to secure and free the shelf assemblies from a support member of the caddy. The accessory units can snap into place on the support member. The support member can include a telescoping section and biasing element which permits the caddy to adjust to different sized bathrooms. A sliding member can be incorporated to provide additional areas for attachment of shelf assemblies or accessory units.

Abstract: A tray system has a trunnion carriage mounted to a recess in a housing. A trunnion body is rotatably mounted to the carriage. A push member is slidable within the carriage. Moving the push member from a first end of travel to a second end of travel transfers a force against the trunnion body to move it to a deployed position. When the push member is at the second end then it locks the trunnion body against movement out from the deployed position. Moving the push member back to the first end transfers a force against the trunnion body to move it to the retracted position. A tray coupled to and movable with the trunnion body retracts vertically in the recess when the trunnion body is in the retracted position and deploys horizontally outward from the recess when the trunnion body is in the deployed position.

A storage device can be coupled to the second end of the storage device connector. The storage device can be an actuatable holding system for a bicycle, or other storage device such as a basket or a storage shelf.

Accordingly, it is possible to freely change a layout in which the cigarette packs T are arranged and displayed in the vertical and lateral directions so that cigarette cartons K or the like having a shape which cannot be accommodated in the magazine unit 100 can be displayed as well. As described above, the present invention provides the cigarette display system 1000 having a structure in which the layout of the cigarette packs T to be displayed or the like can be changed in various forms.

Abstract: The disclosure shows a retail display stand that can be used to display products sold in tapered packages. The display stand has at least one row of upper product apertures and a corresponding row of lower product apertures. The lower product apertures have a lateral dimension that is smaller than the corresponding lateral dimension of the upper product apertures. The stand also has distinct forward and back sets of product apertures. The back apertures have a lateral dimension that is smaller than the corresponding lateral dimension of the forward apertures. The difference in sizing causes tapered packages in the back row to sit in an elevated position with respect to the packages in the forward row of apertures, improving purchaser visibility of the back row of products and creating a better retail display.

Abstract: A removable display rack for items of merchandise includes a U-shaped mounting bracket having a pair of spaced sidewalls and a topwall and is secured to a support structure by tightening thumbscrews which extend through the sidewalls and against the support structure, clamping the display rack firmly to the support structure. Extending vertically from the topwall of the mounting bracket is a square tube with an open end. A round tube extends vertically from a bottom wall of the tray and is inserted into the open end of the square tube. The tube is secured by another thumbscrew extending through the square tube, and clamps the tray at a desired vertical position. Merchandise is placed on the tray and held by sidewalls extending vertically from the bottom wall of the tray. The display rack is easily adjusted by loosening the thumbscrews and repositioning the rack vertically and horizontally on the support structure.

Abstract: An expandable display system that has an expanded position for displaying products and a compact position for efficient shipment. The expandable display system includes a product tray and a graphic panel, with the graphic panel being configured to rotate around the product tray so that the expandable display system can move from the compact position to the expanded position and vice versa. In certain embodiments, the expandable display system includes a locking mechanism that prevents the graphic panel from separating from the product tray when the graphic panel rotates around the product tray as the expandable display system moves from the compact position to the expanded position.

Abstract: A desk caddy intended for grade school children sitting at a desk having a storage bin. The caddy includes a box with integral front, back and opposite side walls and one or two internal dividers. One of the dividers, along with the front back and a side wall defines a water bottle compartment having raised ribs in the floor so that the bottle sits up off of the floor of the compartment. At least one hanger hook is integrated with the back wall so that the box may be hung on the edge of the storage bin. Alternatively, means are provided to slide the caddy onto the edge of a desk top. The unit is preferably made of injection molded plastic.

The first and second legs extend from the spacer surface and are adapted to attach the spacer surface to at least two uprights of the storage rack so that the spacer surface is offset from the uprights to form a vertical flue space within the storage rack. At least one of the legs may be adapted to attach to a lateral surface of an upright. The flue spacer also may be adapted to extend across multiple storage racks. A shelving system using the flue spacer is also provided.

Abstract: A shelf structure adapted to be detachably secured adjacent a windowsill to provide a perch for a cat(s). The shelf structure comprises a tray having a floor. Walls extend upwardly and peripherally from the floor. A plurality of vertically adjustable adjustment tracks is disposed on an exterior surface of one of walls of the tray. A thin, flexible, elongate adjustment and retaining strap adjustably extends from each of the adjustment tracks. A collapsible support strut assembly depends from the undersurface of the floor of the tray. The support strut assembly is adapted to engage the vertical wall adjacent the windowsill.
