Thus, when the water is poured outwardly from the upper bottle body of the upper container, the solid beverage item is stopped by the strainer of the upper container to prevent the beverage item from being dropped outwardly from the upper bottle body of the upper container to facilitate the user drinking the water.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a container cap with tissue used for drinking container. According to one preferred embodiment (FIG. 2), the container is a bottle (10) and the bottle cap with tissue of the invention comprises a bottle cap (11) a pre-compressed coined tissue (12), and a shrink wrap (13). The outer diameter of the tissue (12) is smaller than that of the cap (11), thereby the tissue can nicely sit on the bottle cap (11). After the bottle (10) is closed by the cap with tissue, both the tissue and the bottle cap are covered by the shrink wrap (13) that is heated to cause shrinkage and tight fit to the shoulder of the bottle. As a result, it is possible to protect the tissue from dirt and contamination and keep it clean and hygienic for end consumers.

Abstract: A storage device has a second cap for actuating a rod and permitting a fluid to flow through that cap. The storage device has an outer container and an inner container. Mounted at one end of the inner container is a first cap that rotates open and closed for allowing the contents of the inner and outer containers to mix together when desired. The other end of the inner container has an opening that is enclosed by the second cap that is operable to actuate the rod. When actuated, the rod pushes against the first cap thereby opening it in order to mix the contents. Moreover the second cap defines a plurality of holes adapted to permit a fluid to flow through them. Thus the second cap actuates the rod, yet also is disposed at the same end of the outer and inner containers from which the fluid can flow.

Abstract: A mug with replaceable pattern is provided. The mug has a mug body, a pattern jacket, and a bottom base. The mug body is covered by the pattern jacket on a surface thereof. The bottom base is locked to the bottom of the mug body to prevent the pattern jacket from departing from the mug body. By replacing pattern of the pattern jacket, a mug can be created of the same mug body model with a different outlook.

Abstract: Environmentally-friendly tamper-evident safety closures used on various containers and are optionally personally identifiable are disclosed. The invention includes a combination of a semi or fully perforated retaining ring and cap, and an un-perforated section between the two that acts as a tether keeping both pieces from separating after the tamper evident perforations have been broken loose. The tether portion is designed to stretch without breaking to allow the removal of the cap from the bottle.

Abstract: A personal identifier device for a beverage container is provided. The device has a display member having a top surface with a personal identification indicia such as a logo printed thereon. An elongate fastening member having a tip is used to pierce the cap of a bottle to attach the device to the bottle cap such that the indicia is visible from above. The tip is blunted for safety reasons. The tip and elongated member provide a means to allow the device to effectively pierce and seal so as to prevent unwanted leakage of the container's liquid contents while the device is attached. The tip and elongated member provide a means to allow for the quick and easy evacuation of the container's liquid contents, upon manual squeezing of the container, once the device has been temporarily and replaceably removed. The device ensures that the user can identify his or her own beverage container in a reliable, effective and safe manner.

Each of the first and second beverage identification elements may define a ring-shaped body, and the first and second identification elements may be elastic. In addition, each of the first and second beverage identification elements may be the same color, and/or each of the first and second beverage identification elements may have substantially identical patterns thereon. Further, the first and second beverage identification elements may be removably coupled to each other.

The retainer means is pivotable between an open position in which the it does not engage the stopper and an operative position in which the retainer positively engages with the stopper so as to retain the stopper in the neck of the bottle. The stopper is preferably provided with engagement means such as a groove on at least one surface thereof external to the closed bottle. The retainer means in its operative position positively engages with the engagement means of the stopper so as resist movement of the retainer means relative to the stopper away from the operative position.

Abstract: An adapter designed to sealably couple a standard baby bottle nipple and cap to a beverage bottle, such as but not limited to a plastic water bottle. The adapter includes a generally cylindrical shaped base having a passage therethrough facilitating fluid flow. The adapter further includes a sealing disc extending in a perpendicular plane from the base and is of sufficient diameter to engage with the threads of the cap. The sealing disc engages with at least a portion of the bottom of the nipple disposed within the cap to substantially inhibit leakage. The adapter further includes a lip circumferentially disposed around one end of the base that is proximate the nipple when the sealing disc is engaged with the cap.

Abstract: A water bottle adapter (6) fits securely onto a water bottle (1) which is used to isolate the water within the bottle from a common water supply. The adapter (6) is fastened to a mating device by means of a threaded neck (7). The neck (7) includes two longitudinal tensioning ribs (37) that promote a retaining function between the neck (7) and any device that has been affixed to the neck (7). A pressure relief valve (13) having a valve stem (14) is formed within the lid (8) of the adapter (6) to permit the escape of air from the bottle (1) when in use. A series of ribs (19) is formed within a bore containing the valve stem (14) to dampen noise produced by the operation of the valve (13).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device which can be detected wirelessly by one or more sensors in a security system when located within the coverage range thereof. The aforementioned device includes storage means for storing customized identifying data for each bottle and is designed such that data can be wirelessly read or read and written by the sensor(s) belonging to the security system and/or by other sensors that do not form part of the system. The device preferably includes an RFID label and the wireless channels are established by means of radio-frequency. According to the invention, the device is placed in the cap and is destroyed or malfunctions when the cap is opened, such that fraudulent use can be detected.

Abstract: A beverage bottle carrier and handle which may be used with bottle as both a handle and a carrier. The invention includes a top ring having a circumference slightly smaller than the outside circumference of the bottle which is connected by a handle to a bottom ring having a circumference slightly smaller than the outside circumference of the bottle. The bottom ring is pushed down over the body of the bottle to a point below the midpoint of the bottle and the top ring is pushed down over the body of the bottle to a point above the midpoint of the bottle such that the handle may be used to manipulate the bottle. The bottom ring may be pushed to a point above the midpoint of the bottle and the handle then forms a loop which may be used to carry the bottle.

Abstract: This invention provides an attachment for mounting electromagnetic identification tags onto the necks of bottles. The tag has a portion which provides a receptacle portion for an RFI tag. This receptacle portion is connected to a portion that embraces a neck of a bottle to attach the receptacle portion, and thereby, the RFID tag to the neck of the bottle. The identification tag may be formed from a material that does not interfere with electromagnetic signals.

Due to the device's contrasting colors, the training of the infant's visual acuity can be enhanced.

Abstract: A synthetic resin bottle with a handle of this invention comprises a biaxially drawn and blow-molded PET bottle and a handle, an injection-molded product of the same PET resin, which is fitted firmly to the bottle as an insert. The up-and-down property of the surfaces of the handle inserts, which come in contact with the PET bottle, is adjusted in response to the softening and drawing state of the PET preform that is deformed and molded into the bottle. This adjustment causes the friction resistance to be reduced between the handle inserts and the blow-molded PET bottle. The finely textured up-and-down pattern can be easily formed through the tests and adjustments by the surface treatment inside the mold cavity used for the injection molding of the handle. Thus, the optimum surface properties can be obtained in response to the bottle sizes and the handle shapes. Therefore, this invention requires no separate process, such as thermal crystallization.

Abstract: A baby bottle is disclosed containing a beverage that may be ready to consume. The bottle includes a receptacle for receiving a liquid beverage for feeding to an infant or small child. The receptacle may have an opening with a safety seal covering to protect the beverage from contamination. A cap with a nipple may be placed over the opening and a cover may be placed over the cap and nipple to keep the nipple sanitary. A ring seal may be used to attach the cover to the receptacle to indicate when the cover has been removed. Beverages such as milk, formula, juice or water may be packaged in the bottle in a condition ready to consume. After the beverage has been consumed, the bottle may be disposed or cleaned for repeated use.

Abstract: The present invention has a radius rectangular base with a platform lying in a base plane. Four slots are through, the base in a generally rectangular configuration around the perimeter of the base. Four members are provided, one for being removeably inserted into each slot. The members preferably snap fit into the base, and have lengths that upstand from the base. Each member has a wall lying in a respective plane. The members are resiliently deflectable throughout their respective lengths that upstand from the base. Each side member deflects so that the top of a container received within the present invention rests on the surface of the base. The side members engage the body of the container to keep it in an inverted and vertical orientation. The center of gravity of the container is kept as low as possible in this regard.

The bottle system permits a user to mix powdered formula directly inside a non-rigid liner. Abstract: A container insert includes: (a) a cup member having a central axis, the cup member being defined by a center base and a plurality of radiant support members, the radiant support members extending outwardly and upwardly from the center base with space therebetween; and, (b) a rigid stem member having a first end and a second end, the stem member being connected to the cup member at the first end along the central axis and extending downwardly therefrom away from the radiant support members. The cup member center base may be flat, tapered or otherwise and may include or exclude sidewalls. The cup member base may be circular from atop view, or could be some other configuration. Any workable shape may be utilized, such as a hexagon, pentagon, or shapes including straight edges and arcuated edges. A handle may also be attached to the base or a support member.
