Abstract: A lid assembly for a beverage container is provided. The lid assembly has a lid base, a mouthpiece and a lid dome. The mouthpiece is connected to the lid base and has an extended annular member with a first end and a drink aperture extending through a center of the annular member. The lid dome is pivotally connected to the lid base and pivots between an open position and a closed position. The lid dome has a protrusion that extends from an inner surface of the lid dome, and a seal surface that operates to seal against the first end of the annular member of the mouthpiece to close the drink aperture when the lid dome is in the closed position. A drink spout extends from the inner lid. The outer lid may be latched into a closed position covering the drink spout. A push button can be selectively actuated to release the latched outer lid, permitting the outer lid to open to access the drink spout. The push button moves a lid slide containing a catch extension that engages a catch notch in the outer lid to latch the outer lid closed. Actuating the push button moves the catch extension out of engagement with the catch notch, thereby opening the outer lid. A push button lock selectively prevents the push button from being depressed and the lid slide from being actuated, thereby locking the outer lid in a latched and closed position.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein describe systems and methods for a reusable pharmaceutical waste container with a restrictive lid. In embodiments, as the amount of pharmaceutical waste increases to a pharmaceutical waste threshold, the pharmaceutical waste may interact with a flywheel to vertically move the axis of rotation of the flywheel from a first position to a second position. Responsive to the axis of rotation of the flywheel being vertically changed to the second position, a first of a plurality of fans of the flywheel may lock the restrictive lid, such that the restrictive lid may not open internally within the restrictive lid so no additional waste may be placed on any of the plurality of fans.

The warning position is angularly displaced from the closed position by at least five degrees. In another embodiment, the hinge includes a pin integrally molded with the top or bottom, and an open knuckle integrally molded with the other of the top and bottom. The hinge is adapted to urge the top into closed and dispensing positions in selected angular ranges.

Abstract: A lid structure for use with a container for storing personal care products is disclosed. The lid structure includes a lid-activation button that when pressed allows the lid top to rotate about the lid base giving a consumer access to the contents of the container. Additionally, the lid-activation button functions so that the lid top is released independent of where the lid-activation button is pressed by the consumer. To create better and more consistent opening of the lid top portion, an inner longitudinal edge of the lid-activation button may be attached to the lid bottom via a living hinge that is formed integrally with the lid base. A strengthening rib is attached to the living hinge that keeps the main body side of the living hinge immobile and encourages the button side of the living hinge to flex when the lid-activation button is depressed.

Abstract: A container includes a bottom and a plurality of walls that form a storage cavity. A primary lid is disposed over the storage cavity. The primary lid includes a top surface that defines a dispenser portion through which items within the storage cavity may be dispensed. A dispenser lid is pivotally attached to the primary lid. The dispenser lid has a closed position in which the dispenser lid is pivoted downwards relative to the primary lid to cover the dispenser portion and an open position in which the dispenser lid is pivoted upwards relative to the primary lid to expose the dispenser portion.
