Abstract: Pie crust protector or pie shield for protecting the outer edge of a pie crust during baking is disclosed. The pie crust protector includes an annular section with a first flange segment and a second flange segment, each of which encompasses first grooves and first cut sections. The first grooves and the first cut sections allow each of the first flange segment and the second flange segment to easily flex and receive a pie and/or a pie pan. The pie crust protector includes a C-cross member segmented on the top and bottom sides. The annular section encloses the outer edge of the pie on three sides and the C-cross member encloses the remaining portion of the pie. The pie crust protector protects the outer edge of the pie during long bake times in standard or convection ovens, regardless of the location of a heating element.

Abstract: A fluid container for holding a fluid, specifically adapted for improved user handling by reducing the risk of fluid spillage in combination with easy extraction of the fluid comprised in the container. The present disclosure also relates to a fluid container system.

Abstract: Portable cooking assemblies are disclosed herein. The portable cooking assemblies include a windscreen and a cooking vessel assembly. The windscreen includes a body that may be movable between a ready-to-use configuration in which the body defines an inner volume configured to receive the cooking vessel assembly and a compact storage configuration. The windscreen may be configured to fit inside the cooking vessel assembly in the compact storage configuration. The windscreen may include a releasable fastening mechanism that is configured to selectively hold the windscreen in the ready-to-use configuration. The windscreen is configured to hold the cooking vessel assembly above a flame, serving as a base for the cooking vessel assembly. Specifically, the windscreen may include one or more support members that extend radially inwardly from the body when the windscreen is in the ready-to-use configuration, and that are configured to hold and/or center the cooking vessel assembly.

Abstract: A storage container includes a slide frame and a drawer movably disposed in the slide frame. The slide frame includes a bottom plate, at least one column and a top plate. The column is disposed between the bottom plate and the top plate. The opposite sides of the bottom plate and the top plate are provided with insertion grooves. One side of the inner wall of each insertion groove is provided with a clamping groove. Clamping plates are disposed at the top end and bottom end of the column. The ends of clamping plates far away from the column extend into the insertion grooves. The clamping plates are provided with clamping blocks connected to the clamping grooves.

Abstract: An electrical/electronics power distribution cabinet is disclosed which includes internal components enabling the cabinet to be quickly and easily reconfigured for allowing all cabling to exit an upper end of the cabinet or a lower end of the cabinet. The cabinet includes fully isolated top and bottom panelboard circuit breaker areas and a movable internal wall portion that helps to form an isolated compartment to route electrical cabling within the interior area of the cabinet, while keeping the cabling associated with the two panelboard circuit breaker areas fully separate from one another. This enables access to one of the top or bottom panelboard circuit breaker areas for service or reconfiguration without the need to access the other.

Abstract: A storage basket used for storing and displaying food products and packages in a refrigerator or freezer unit may include a single-material first portion including a bottom wall and an upright wall that extends away from the bottom wall. The bottom wall and the upright wall are imperforate, thereby creating a solid barrier to transfer and fall-through of materials contained in the storage basket. The storage basket may also include a single-material second portion coupled to and extending from the upright wall, and the second portion may include a plurality of perforations. The plurality of perforations may permit airflow around and about the materials contained in the storage basket.

Abstract: A hollow extension collar for a flowable material dispensing box, fits over a prior art dispensing box and can be locked in place to increase the enclosed volume incrementally. The incremental increase is determined by the height of walls from which the extension collar is formed. Multiple extension collars can be stacked on top of each other and filled with flowable material.

The base sidewall includes at least one thread disposed thereon. The base bottom wall has a substantially planar bottom surface. A body section has a cylindrical body wall and a bottom opening. A shoulder section has a cylindrical shoulder wall including a taper. The shoulder section is disposed between the neck section and the body section. The body section can threadably and removably engage the base sidewall of the base. A removable cap includes a cap sidewall surrounding a cap cavity. A top wall is disposed above a cap opening, and the cap cavity extends between the top wall and the cap opening. The cap sidewall can threadably and removably engage the neck section and includes a knob and an extension.

Abstract: A protective bottle enclosure includes a base portion defined by a base sidewall secured to a base bottom wall and has a base opening disposed opposite the base bottom wall. An upper portion has upper sidewalls surrounding an internal cavity. The upper portion has a cylindrical body section and the neck section is narrower than the lower section. The lower section ends in a lower opening and a lower thread. The neck section narrows in diameter between the body section and a neck opening and has a neck thread. The lower section can be inserted into the base opening and can threadably engage the base side wall. A removable cap can threadably engage the neck section and includes an elastomeric stopper connected to a cylindrical sleeve. The combination of the removable cap, the upper portion, and the base portion can surround and enclose the bottle.

Abstract: A crimped strip of thin sheet metal (such as aluminum foil) or metal composite material that surrounds a pie crust from the body of the pie to the under edge of the pie crust. and protects it from burning or over-browning while cooking. The two outer edges of the strips width are crimped so that the final product, when viewed from the side, assumes a circular appearance. The crimped and moldable strip accommodates a variety of pie diameters and pie crust heights and designs because of its easily adjustable and moldable qualities. The crimped and moldable pie baking strip is malleable, the length can be cut to size, and the ends can be folded together to secure its position. It is designed primarily as a single use item to address an unmet market need.

Abstract: A compost retention unit with removable partition is provided. The compost retention unit includes mesh retention material secured to interconnected frame structures such that the mesh retention material and the plurality of frame structures can cooperate to retain compost within the unit when the unit is fully assembled upon a generally flat surface. The removable partition can be secured to provide separate enclosures, and can be removed to facilitate transfer or turning of the compost. Preferably, the compost retention unit can be collapsed for storage or shipment and expanded to assemble the retention unit for use. Preferably the compost retention unit includes three rectangular frame structures which pivot to assemble the compost retention unit for use. Most preferably, the frame structures are made of four lengths of wooden “two-by-four” or “two-by-six” framing materials, and the mesh retention material is preferably a wire mesh material.

Ring pairs which alternately have inward and outward sloping conical walls nest within each other for shipment or storage. A lid is shaped for use with the topmost ring to cover the opening irrespective of which conical shape the ring has.

Abstract: A height-adjustable container is configured such that an upper body and a lower body thereof are rotated from side to side in a zigzag form while coming into close contact with each other, so that the height of the container can be easily adjusted. The present invention enables the height of a container to be adjusted, whereby it is possible to make better use of a space of a refrigerator, a cabinet, or the like, in which the container is stored.

Abstract: Embodiments of methods and systems of transferring proppant for fracking to reduce risk of production and release of silica dust at a well site are provided. An embodiment of a method can include positioning a plurality of containers each having proppant for fracking contained therein onto a conveyor at a well site, downwardly discharging proppant from each respective container of the plurality of containers, funneling proppant from the one or more outlets of each of the plurality of containers through a plurality of conveyor hoppers, receiving proppant onto the conveyor belt, conveying proppant on the conveyor to a chute, and depositing the proppant into the chute for use in a blender or other location at the well site.

Abstract: A semi-flexible device configured to act as a spout or funnel for medium to large size containers. When flat, the device is trapezoidal in shape, with the top narrower than the bottom, and the sides angled to connect the top to the bottom. When used as a spout, the device is semi-circular in profile, configured to follow the shape of a container rim. When used as a funnel, the device is circular in profile, configured to fit into a hole such as the opening of a jar. The device includes at least one edge that includes two lips or rims close together but separable, the gap between which is configured to receive the rim of a container. At least one of frictional force of the lips on the container rim and pressing force of the device pushing against the more rigid container holds the device onto the container rim.

Abstract: A proppant discharge system has a container with an outlet formed at a bottom thereof and a gate slidably affixed at the outlet so as to be movable between a first position covering the outlet to a second position opening the outlet, and a support structure having an actuator thereon. The container is removably positioned on the top surface of the support structure. The actuator is engageable with gate so as to move the gate from the first position to the second position. A conveyor underlies the container so as to receive proppant as discharged from the container through the outlet. The container is a ten foot ISO container.

Abstract: A container for storing welding electrodes includes a container body and a container cap constructed via thermoplastic injection molding. The container is constructed with walls that define an interior region and complementary upper and lower surfaces. When multiple containers are stacked together, the upper surface of one container engages the lower surface of an adjacent container thereby restraining lateral movement between the containers. However, the configuration of the upper and lower surfaces allows for longitudinal movement between the containers.

Abstract: A container structure is disclosed. The container structure may include a container body and two movable supporting units. When the container body is used as a regular container, two movable supporting units has not been extended from the container body; and the covering rod, extending rod, connecting rods of the movable supporting units are conjugated with the horizontal supporting columns and connecting posts respectively to reinforce the structure of the container body, so that the reinforced container body can have a better status to sustain heavier weight. Furthermore, the movable supporting units can extend to expand the space of the container body to receive more items to reduce the transportation costs; and when the container is not used for storage purposes, the expanded space can be used for other purposes.

Abstract: The invention relates to a large load carrier (1) including a pallet-shaped base element (2) and at least one detachably fastened side wall (5a, 5b). According to the invention, the large cargo carrier includes at least one pedestal element (4a, 4b), which is configured so that the pedestal element is detachably fastened at the pallet-shaped base element and is detachably fastened at the at least one side wall. The invention further relates to a kit for constructing such a large cargo carrier.

Abstract: A height adjustable shipping container usable as a building structure. The container having vertical corner columns and at least three side walls which may be transported at a reduced height as a shipping container and expanded at the receiving end. At least some of the vertical corner columns expand in length during expansion of the reduced height shipping container. The shipping container is able to transport therein structural components, such as wall, panel, roof and even fittings to build a building structure that is the equivalent in floor area to that of at least two shipping containers.

Abstract: An adjustable reusable modular packaging crate and assembly kit is purposed for safe transportation of preferably mostly two-dimensional items. Several latching corner subassemblies each hold two perpendicular frame extensions that may be locked into adjustable lengths to make crate frame sides. Sets of adjustable clamps interact with the item to be shipped and the crate frame, to assist in securing the item to be shipped. Extendable frame components allow for a frame that adjusts precisely to the size of the item to be shipped. Frame locks securely fix the dimensions of the packaging crate. Gusset subassemblies and cross-corner struts add rigidity to the crate. Corner, frame, strut, and gusset components interlock to create a rigid packaging crate. Frame links enable crate frame sides to be connected side-by-side, adding to the depth of the crate frame. The modular crate may be easily disassembled for low-space storage between uses, and easily reassembled for reuse.

The electrical box comprises a mounting structure attached to at least one wall of the electrical box. The mounting structure is configured to mount the electrical box to a vertical wall structure such that the open end faces substantially parallel to the vertical wall structure. At least two extendable first rings each continuously surround one of the two open ends of the electrical box. The at least two extendable first rings are each slidably coupled with the electrical box via the sliding mechanical cooperation of one or more guides with one or more tracks, such that sliding either of the at least two extendable first rings in relation to the open ends of the electrical box expands the electrical box from the first depth to a larger second depth.

The foldable container has a panel, multiple folding line sets formed on the panel, and a joint. The foldable container can be transformed by folding along the multiple folding line sets. The joint connects to the sidewall of the body. The foldable container module can be held in one hand by a user, and the other hand of the user can swing freely or take the solid food from the foldable container, such that the user can also suck the liquid from the body by the straw at the same time. Moreover, when the foldable container module is to be stored, the user can fold the foldable container along the multiple folding line sets to reduce a volume of the foldable container.

Abstract: An expanding food storage container includes a base and a cover. The cover includes a support ring and a dome having a side wall closely received in the support ring. The support ring includes spaced tabs extending toward the side wall of the dome. The outer face of the dome sidewall includes a plurality of camming threads and support threads extending outward along helical paths. There is a pair of threads for each tab, with the threads spaced peripherally to closely receive the associated tab therebetween. Rotation of the dome with respect to the support ring causes the threads to ride up or down the tabs, raising or lowering the dome with respect to the support ring. The upper and lower ends of the threads include a horizontal slot which closely receives the associated tab. The tab includes a depression near its end which receives a lock button extending outward from the dome sidewall within the slot.

The top portion includes a circumference slightly larger than that of the bottom portion, enabling a nesting attachment.

Abstract: A modular enclosure that can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be ganged together in a multiple unit configuration. The enclosure system consisting of a base frame and front door with open sides which can accommodate various side covers or attachments all using the same common mounting. The common mounting used to attach the various covers or attachments provides a unique design for attaching and sealing the side covers or attachments while providing a water-tight and dust tight seal between the interior of the enclosure and the exterior of the enclosure. The apparatus includes a container having a bottom and a longitudinally extending sidewall extending therefrom and a panel positioned proximal the container. Abstract: A system for catching and containing a spill of a liquid from a rail tank car consisting of a series of catch pans attached end-to-end and placed between the rails of a railroad track is provided. The end walls of each catch pan are shorter than its side walls, with the catch pans located at either end of the series having an end wall extension attached to raise the height of the end wall to that of the side walls. A sealing gasket is placed between adjacent catch pans, and at least one opening extends through the end walls and the sealing gasket between adjacent catch pans. A drain is located in the bottom of at least one of the catch pans.

As the container is filled with the liquid, the foam generated during the dispensing of the fluid rises back into the discharge end of the hollow tubular body. In the hollow tubular body, the foam is received and captivated therein such that when the hollow tubular body is removed, the foam may also be removed from the container.

Abstract: A riser kit for a grease interceptor having upwardly extending walls, an open top and a cover to close the open top. The riser kit comprises at least one collar extension having, a lower edge for engaging an upper edge of the upwardly extending walls of the grease interceptor, a middle portion forming an upward wall extension for the grease interceptor, and, a top edge sized and shaped to engage the cover to permit the cover to be secured to the extended grease interceptor. The riser kit also has a means to secure the collar extension to the grease interceptor. Also disclosed is a latch assembly for securing a cover onto a container, the latch assembly comprising a catch member secured to the container transverse to a container wall at an upper end thereof, a latch member pivotally mounted to the cover adjacent an edge thereof and positioned to register with the catch member.

Abstract: A transport container system includes a stackable crate having a bottom element and four side wall elements which are of a dimensionally and pressure stable structure. Each of the side wall elements has a foldable attachment element connected to it. When folded up, the attachment elements of the four side wall elements will form an attachment which will increase the volumetric capacity of the crates. The attachment elements will each bear on an upper side of the respective side wall element and be retained in the folded-up position by guides provided on the side wall elements. When folded down, the respective attachment elements can be integrated into the respective side wall element in such a manner that the attachment elements at least will not protrude substantially over the thickness of the side wall elements.

Abstract: An article of manufacture includes (a) a three-dimensionally shaped edible candy including chocolate; and (b) a hollow container including a wall defining an exterior surface and an interior surface, the interior surface defining a hollow portion having a shape which substantially conforms to the three-dimensional shape of the candy for releasably securing the candy within the hollow shape of the container, wherein the container includes at least two portions removably secured to one and the other for releasably securing the candy, and further wherein the container includes a plastic material, such as a thermoformed plastic material.
