A pair of side panels are provided with guides or rails to enable sliding engagement and assembly of the side panels with the bottom panel. The side panels are also provided with guides or rails that extend toward the bottom panel when the side panels are assembled to the bottom panel. Front and rear panels are provided with guides or rails so that each of the front and rear panel can assemble between the assembled side panels, sliding into engagement in a direction toward the bottom panel. A lid has an integrally-molded hinge member that engages with an integrally-molded hinge member of the rear panel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage box or container which is formed from a combination of wood and resin or plastic components. The front, back, and sides of the storage box are preferably set into a channel on a base of the container. A circumferential member is secured to the top portions of the front, back, and sides of the storage box to retain these members in alignment. A top member is hingedly secured to the circumferential member, which enables ready access into the storage box. The storage box is formed from components which are capable of being packaged and shipped in a knocked-down state and constructed into a storage box on site, thereby saving shipping space and costs.

Abstract: The invention provides a modular and foldable recycling apparatus for home use. The apparatus contains multiple modules attached in series, which can be separated into individual modules. Each module is made of a foldable frame to hold a container, such as a bag, for the containment, separation and transport of recyclable materials. The apparatus can be folded like an accordion to allow for convenient storage.

Abstract: A reusable container has four vertical side walls affixed to a rectangular base that can be moved between an extended position and a folded position. When the vertical side walls are in the extended position, the vertical side walls form a rectangular enclosure about a rectangular base. The rectangular enclosure can be divided into two sections by one or more movable members positioned within the rectangular enclosure for transporting different-sized documents, papers, or files. The vertical side walls may be moved into a folded position when the reusable container is empty to reduce the space required for transporting the empty containers. The reusable container interlocks with other reusable containers stacked on a dolly in either the extended position or the folded position such that stacks of reusable containers can be pushed on a dolly up inclines and over bumps without any restraints.

The bottom surface (232) of the base panel (202) comprises a matrix of pedestals (236) with the ground-contacting face (244) of each of the corner pedestals extending to the cornermost portions of the respective pedestal. The side panels (204, 206) include lateral flanges (254, 274) which overlap to form “double-thickness” corners. The side panels (204, 206) also have upwardly extending tabs (266, 286) and the base panel (202) has notches (242) so that, when a plurality of the bulk boxes are stacked one on top of the other, the tabs of a lower bulk box are received within the notches of an upper bulk box.

The lid includes a concave center section and a seal surface disposed radially therearound. The lid seal surface is positioned radially towards the chamber, and is placed opposite the chamber opening seal surface. An annular seal is interposed between the housing chamber and lid seal surfaces.
