Abstract: A tool container assembly includes a base container, a cover, rollers, a removable tool tray, and an extendable handle. The base container includes a storage space, and an upwardly facing opening into the storage space. The cover is movable between a closed position in which it substantially covers the upwardly facing opening and an open position in which it exposes the upwardly facing opening. The rollers are connected with the base container to enable transport of the tool container assembly. The removable tool tray is constructed and arranged to be removably carried by the base container and the tool tray is configured to store articles or tools therein. The extendable handle is operatively connected to the base container to facilitate tilted rolling transport of the tool container assembly. The removable tool tray is constructed to securely engage with the handle when the handle is in an extended position.

Abstract: An improved radio frequency transparent utility meter cover for an automatic meter reading (AMR) system. The cover is manufactured from a strong and chemically inert polyolefin or polypropylene copolymer and includes a non-corroding lock to secure the cover to the meter box frame. The underside of the cover includes a plurality of ribs that lend strength and rigidity to the cover while increasing mounting points for meter unit interface devices.

Abstract: A primary container (PC) cap or closure that includes a separate fastener for a separate inner container (IC). A liquid, powder or crystal is stored in the inner container ready for use. One purpose of the invention is to provide two separate containers mounted together with different ingredients for admixture at the time of use. A handle assembly has a handle and depending components. The depending components include a projection with keyways. A recipient sleeve supports the projection. The handle assembly has keys in the aperture of the center support.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-purpose cap for drink containers to facilitate mixing an additive with a liquid such as water. The cap includes a chamber for housing the additive and a mouthpiece from which the liquid can be consumed. The cap is preferably configured to mate with the mouth of a standard water bottle. In some examples of the invention, twisting a mouthpiece in a first direction urges a plunger downward and against a seal, breaking the seal to spill the contents of the chamber into the water. Openings in a housing forming the chamber allow water to flow through the mouthpiece even while the additive remains sealed within the chamber.

The area of the lower surface of the lid is greater than the total area of the recesses in the plane of the lower surface. A metal film is formed around the complete peripheral region of the opening of the connecting hole, and a thermo-melting material is joined to the metal film to close the opening of the connecting hole so as to seal the element in the evacuated space. Before closing the opening of the connecting hole with the thermo-melting material, the space is evacuated, and simultaneously, the thermo-melting material is melted by heat and left until completely degassed in a vacuum.

Abstract: The present thermoformed containers are recloseable and resealable. This is accomplished primarily by providing a thermoformed container with a threaded neck and the use of a conventional type of closure on the threaded neck of the thermoformed container. The threads are on the neck and preferably also on an outwardly extending peripheral edge on the neck. This outwardly extending peripheral edge is created in thermoform molding. The neck preferably also is in the form of a two or more ply structure and in a further preferred embodiment the neck is reinforced by the closure. The closure in the embodiment of external threads on the neck has a reinforcing plug. In this embodiment the reinforcing plug fits into the neck adjacent the inner wall of the neck while the threads of the closure contact the exterior wall of the neck. In the embodiment of internal threads on the neck the closure can have a skirt which is in close contact with the exterior wall of the neck. This will likewise reinforce the neck.
