Abstract: Provided is a foot ring secured to a tank having a collar, The foot ring includes a base having an inner and outer surface, a central portion, and an outer peripheral portion, a plurality of circumferentially spaced deflectable longitudinal lock tabs extending around the base for securing the foot ring to the tank, and a plurality of circumferentially spaced deflectable rotational lock tabs extending around the base for preventing rotational movement of the foot ring relative to the tank. Each of the circumferentially spaced deflectable longitudinal lock tabs have a first projection and a catch extending from the first projection for engaging a flange of the collar, and each of the circumferentially spaced deflectable rotational lock tabs have a second projection configured to be received in a respective notch in the flange.

The at least one attachment portion is disposed on a second surface of the second member. The first surface and the second surface are disposed on opposite sides of the second member. The second member is removably attachable to the first member via magnetic attraction between the first and second magnetic members.

The supporting portion inclinedly connected with the inner surface of the abutment portion, formed as a ring-shaped and has an inner edge and an inclined surface. The cushion case can be mounted on a bottom edge of a container, which protects the bottom edge of the container or supports the container fixed on a desk to reduce loss when the container falling down by accident.

Abstract: A specimen collection container includes inner and outer tubes. The inner tube includes a bottom end, a top end, and a sidewall extending therebetween defining an interior. The sidewall includes an inner surface and an outer surface having at least one annular protrusion extending therefrom. The inner tube includes at least one funnel portion adjacent the top end for directing a specimen into the inner tube interior, and an annular ring disposed about a portion of the outer surface of the sidewall adjacent the top end. The outer tube includes a bottom end, a top end, and a sidewall extending therebetween, the sidewall having an outer surface and an inner surface defining an annular recess adapted to receive a portion of the annular protrusion therein. The inner tube is disposed within the outer tube and a portion of the top end of the outer tube abuts the annular ring.

Abstract: A closure for a beverage cup. The closure comprises a lid having a drinking opening and a rotatable member in rotatable engagement with the lid. The rotatable member swivels laterally of the lid between an open and a closed position. The rotatable member being adapted to close the opening in the lid when the rotatable member is in a closed position. The closure also comprises a vent in the lid that vents into a void under the rotatable member. When the rotatable member is in the closed position the void is sealed to an outside of the closure and when the rotatable member is in the open position the void is open to the outside.

Abstract: A container apparatus for removable attachment is disclosed. The container includes a reception portion having a base and one or more dividing walls configured to separate items within the reception portion, and one or more brackets longitudinally adjustable along the holder, the brackets comprising hooks for selectively clasping ends of the elongated sides. The reception portion comprises integrally formed elongated sides extending from the base and end sides extending between the elongated sides to form an open container. The apparatus is configured to receive items therein allowing efficient exchange of sportsman items when coupled to a tree, tree stand or interior of a boat.

Abstract: A storage system includes a tray that can be stored on automated storage and retrieval racks. A tub is removably securable to the tray. The tub includes a bottom wall, a pair of opposed side walls and a pair of opposed end walls. The bottom wall of the tub is removably secured to the tray. Thus, some of the trays in the storage system can be provided with tubs for the storage of loose items.

Abstract: The invention relates to a foot for a container (1) which is detachable from and attachable to the container and which consists of a vertical elongated foot stem (2) which will be situated against the container and which has attachment locks (3, 4, 4b) which will be situated in the container. One attachment lock (3), which preferably is the lower lock, consists of a fixed locking tongue (5) which is in the foot stem and which can be pushed (6) into the locking corner in the container (1) and which can be turned (7) into the locking position, at which the foot stem (2) becomes locked into the container. The other attachment lock (4, 4b), which preferably is the upper lock, is a hook shaped locking bolt which can be locked into another locking corner in the container.

Abstract: An apparatus for production testing. According to one aspect, the apparatus is modular and suitable for transport and assembly in the field. The apparatus comprises a platform and one or more pressure vessels. The platform includes a mounting bracket for the pressure vessel and the mounting bracket includes a guide mechanism. The guide mechanism allows the pressure vessel to be lowered into the mounting bracket and coupled to the platform for example using a load sling on a helicopter. According to another aspect, the pressure vessels comprise spherical containers and the spherical containers are configured to be heliportable to a field site.

The container has an inner chamber, further having an upper inner chamber and a lower inner chamber. The bottom plate slidably engages the inner surface of the inner chamber. A user can reach a handle on the bottom plate through an aperture at the bottom end of the container. The bottom plate is a plunger that can be moved from a lower inner chamber of the container to an upper inner chamber to remove material from the container. The bottom plate can be moved from the lower end towards the upper end of the container to dispense a product or to expel air from the container through vents positioned on the bottom plate and on the container wall towards the upper end of the container.

A cage mantle with horizontal and vertical bars made of metal receives the inner container, wherein the vertical bars comprise between a connection section and a linear longitudinal section with a tubular cross section a bent section, and at least the upper ends of the vertical bars comprise a convex cross section outline on their inner side facing the inner container in the transition of the connection section to the bent section.

A first slidable arm and a second slidable arm each have an adaptor leg extending downward therefrom, wherein the first adaptor leg and the second adaptor leg are sized to be accommodated within a pair of parallel clamping members of a workbench. The first slidable arm and the second slidable arm include a mating member upstanding therefrom, the mating member shaped substantially similar to a shape of each of the slots on an underside of a tray body and configured to slidably engage with at least one of the slots, wherein the first slidable arm penetrates the right side of the stair adaptor and the second slidable arm penetrates the left side of the stair adaptor to level and secure the tray body on a stairway or workbench.

The container securing portion secures a container, such as a paint container, to the base and allows a user to transfer the container base and tray (when the container is secured thereto) by way of the container handle. In one embodiment, the tray may secure containers having different sized bases.

Abstract: An article including, either: a frame having an interior cavity, and a flexible liner situated within the interior cavity; or a deformable frame having an interior cavity, as defined herein. Either frame can receive a sample, such as liquid having suspended live cells, and cooling freezes the sample to a solid sample. The solid sample can be readily ejected from the article having either a frame with the flexible liner, or the deformable frame, without extensive thawing. The solid sample can be rapidly displaced from the article by the methods and apparatus disclosed herein.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a dishwasher rack includes: an interior structure divided into separate compartments, each sized and configured to hold an individual beverage container; a top side through which the compartments may be loaded; a bottom side having a support surface; and a release mechanism. The top and/or bottom side has a configurable surface that provides a closed configuration in which it is capable of supporting beverage containers and an open configuration in which beverage containers are able to pass through. When the dishwasher rack is placed on top of a desired exterior surface with the configurable surface immediately adjacent to the exterior surface, the release mechanism can be operated to change the configurable surface from the closed configuration to the open configuration, causing any enclosed beverage containers to drop down onto the exterior surface and remain there when the dishwasher rack is lifted up and away.

Abstract: A pressure vessel includes: a body comprising a cylindrical section; and a skirt comprising a hip, a leg, and a restraint. The hip formed with or attached to the body and has a profile for receiving an upper portion of the leg. The profile is oversized relative to the leg upper portion, thereby defining a radial clearance between the hip and the leg to account for thermal cycling of the body. The restraint fastens the hip and the leg while allowing limited movement between the hip and the leg to account for the thermal cycling.

Abstract: A large cup and small cup are provided which are attachable together. With an upright attachment the large cup nests within a reservoir of the small cup. With an inverted attachment, the small cup has a base which can friction fit against a lower end of the large cup. The small cup includes structures such as a skirt and shelf which can exhibit a friction fit with a foot on the lower end of the large cup to facilitate the inverted attachment of the small cup to the large cup. A recess in the base of the small cup exhibits a friction fit with the foot to facilitate upright attachment when the large cup is nested into the small cup. In an alternative embodiment a fastener is provided including posts and slots in the small cup and large cup to couple the cups together when nested together.

Abstract: A storage module adapter assembly includes adapter base plates that are two-person portable, can be installed/removed by hand, and cooperate with existing structures of existing modular cargo containers. Each adapter base plate includes various longitudinal and transverse frame members, as well as first and second longitudinal frame members on opposed sides thereof. The first longitudinal frame member has a first height, and the second longitudinal frame member has a second height, which is greater than the first height. Each of the first and second longitudinal frame members also include generally horizontal flange members extending from a top side thereof, such that when two adapter base plates are appropriately positioned side by side, the generally horizontal flange members on the adjacent sides of the two adapter base plates overlap due to the difference between the first and second heights. The adapter base plates can then be connected together by appropriate mechanisms.

Abstract: A beverage container that includes at least a bottom portion with a side portion extending from the bottom portion, and a balance mass in pressing engagement with the bottom portion is disclosed. The balance mass is adjacent an inner surface of the bottom portion in a preferred embodiment, and adjacent an outer surface in an alternate preferred embodiment. In each embodiment, the balance mass includes at least a core portion encapsulated by an encapsulant, in which the density of the core is greater than the density of a beverage of the beverage container. In the alternate preferred embodiment, the balance mass further includes a tip lip portion with a condensate retention ridge, and a condensate aperture. The condensate retention ridge, in cooperation with a side portion of the balance mass, forms a condensate channel, and the condensate aperture drains condensate from the condensate channel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an easily portable wine glass, and more specifically, to an easily portable wine glass comprising an accommodation portion into which wine to be drunk is poured, and a supporting plate having a proturded handle, in which the accommodation portion and the supporting plate are detachably coupled using a magnet. When carrying the wine glass, the supporting plate serves as a stopper covering the upper portion of the accommodation portion, thereby preventing infiltration of foreign matter. In addition, since there is no need for forming a hole at the bottom of the accommodation portion by coupling the accommodation portion and the handle using a magnet, it is unnecessary to worry about the leakage of wine when pouring wine into the accommodation portion of the wine glass.

Abstract: A comprehensive storage and packaging system solution includes designs for container, closure, and holding apparatus. Abstract: The present invention is directed a beverage container having a two-part base. The beverage container has a container body having a side wall member and a bottom member, and a liquid retaining cavity therebetween. The container body has a first mating member adjacent a bottom of the container body. The two-part base comprises an inner member partially surrounded by an outer member, and wherein the inner member is preferably made of a rigid material and wherein the outer member is preferably made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The two-part base has a second mating member, whereby the two-part base is connected to the container body adjacent the bottom of the container body via a mating connection between the first mating member and the second mating member. Portions of the two-part base contact the bottom member of the container body to define seal areas that create a substantially fluid-tight seal between the base and the container body, thereby allowing the beverage container to be top-shelf dishwasher safe.

Abstract: An assemblable and disassemblable container is disclosed wherein a short wall member includes upper corner reinforcing members each formed at a corresponding corner formed by an upper horizontal flange and an endwise vertical side plate portion of the short wall member, and the upper corner reinforcing member includes an inclined coupling rib coupling the vicinity of the end of the upper horizontal flange to the vicinity of the upper end of the endwise vertical side plate portion, and wherein the lower end of the inclined coupling rib is positioned close to an endwise vertical side plate portion side of a lower horizontal rib of a horizontal portion included in a fitting block member. This configuration allows the short wall members and thus the container formed into a box shape to be increased in strength and rigidity, and can be prevented from undergoing torsional deformation.

A sealing valve disposed on a valve seat is operably connected to the movable member for lifting off the valve seat and vent the controlled pressure zone when the movable member is raised a first predetermined distance. However, the movable member can tilt a second predetermined tilting distance without the sealing valve lifting off the valve seat, thus providing tilt resistance.

Abstract: Decorative stemware having a plurality of apertures about the circumference of the stem for the insertion of toothpicks having cocktails or hors d'oeuvres, the apertures being diagonally disposed within the stem so that when toothpicks with cocktails or hors d'oeuvres are inserted into the apertures, the stemware creates the appearance of blossoming stemware. The stemware features a base that functions as a toothpick disposer. Alternatively, a separate coaster can function as a toothpick disposer. The base, or coaster, comprises an opening for the insertion of toothpicks and a hollow interior for the insertion of a plurality of toothpicks. A themed design is disposed on the base or coaster to conceal or camouflage the disposed toothpicks.

Abstract: A tray for use during painting includes a stair adaptor for leveling the tray along stairs and maintaining the tray on a workbench. The tray body has at least one utility recess defined therein for situating paint cans, paint stirrers, and paint brushes. A roller tray is further defined within the tray body. A front cut-out is defined along the front which is well-suited to allow the tray to be secured to a workbench by way of workbench swivel pegs. Slots are defined within the underside traveling an entire width of the tray body. A stair adaptor is adapted to engage the slots. As a result, upon placement of the tray body on an upper step of a stairway the stair adaptor levels the tray while the base of the stair adaptor rests on an adjacent lower step.

Abstract: A trash receptacle securing system is provided and comprises a trash receptacle having an open top and a closed bottom. At least one aperture is formed in the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. A mounting base is provided having a top surface and a bottom surface. At least one nub is formed on the top surface of the mounting base with the nub receivable within the at least one aperture and releasably contactable with the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. A foot release mechanism moves the at least one nub in a generally outward direction within the at least one aperture and out of contact with the closed bottom of the trash receptacle. Upon activation of the foot release means, the trash receptacle is separable from the mounting base.

Abstract: Disclosed are structures for protecting the lower corners of containers used for storing and shipping agricultural commodities, and related methods of use. More particularly, removable reinforced feet or toes for protecting the lower corners of agricultural commodity bins are disclosed. The reinforced feet or toes are resistant to damage and may be easily removed, repaired and replaced. In embodiments of the invention, the feet or toes are provided with one or more removable reinforcement structures that may be removed and replaced by new structures when worn or damaged, without requiring removal of the feet or toes themselves.

Abstract: A collapsible vase has a sleeve having an open state in which at least one item can be placed in the sleeve and a flattened state for storage during non-use of the vase. The sleeve has a flap at one end of each side panel of the sleeve. The vase also has a base with slots arranged to securely receive respective flaps when the sleeve is in its open state, whereby the sleeve is retained by the base in a substantially upright position.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices that facilitate producing and using an attachable, replaceable skid pad on a receptacle are presented. A skid pad can be created using a desired material(s), wherein the skid pad can be desirably shaped to conform with a bottom edge of a receptacle so that the skid pad can be desirably attached to the bottom edge of the receptacle and so that the outer surface of the skid pad can be desirably used to pull or drag the receptacle across a wide variety of surfaces, including soft or malleable surfaces. The skid pad can be attached to the receptacle using screws to attach it to, using a desired adhesive to attach it to, or by being snapped onto, a bottom region of the receptacle. The skid pad is removable from the receptacle when desired (e.g., when worn) and can be replaced with another skid pad.
