Abstract: A storage bin support system for providing a leg structure to better support the storage bin and allow for easier access underneath. The storage bin support system generally includes a bin for holding the particulate material, wherein the bin includes a roof, sidewalls, and a base, and wherein the roof includes an inlet for filling the bin and wherein the base includes an outlet for emptying the bin, and a supporting framework for supporting the bin above a ground surface in an upright position, wherein supporting framework includes an outer framework and an inner framework interconnecting the outer framework with the base. The outer framework is spaced along an outer perimeter of the bin and the inner framework includes a plurality of upper angled supports comprising an upper end and optionally a plurality of lower angled supports comprising a lower end.

Abstract: An anti-rolling device for cylindrical containers, such as mailing tubes, has a stabilizing member with an internal aperture for inserting over a portion of the container. The outer periphery of the device is irregular, e.g., having flats, such that resting on a flat lowers the container to a stable position, and requires energy to rotate beyond the flat and consequently lift the container. The device may be slipped over a plug type cap or placed directly over the body of the container. In alternative embodiments, the device is provided in the form of a gasket, is made from a foam material, is split and resiliently grabs the container or has an elastic band holding it tightly to the container. The various embodiments may be used to retrofit an existing container. The stabilizer may be provided with one or more radial tabs, which may have burrs to grip the receptacle and/or feature a constraining ring to lock the cap into the receptacle.

The shield 7 is formed from a film having barrier properties against gases. A lower end opening of the body 2 is closed by welding an outer circumferential surface of a short cylindrical part 7A of the shield 7 to an inner circumferential surface of the body 2. An outer circumferential surface of the reinforcement 8 is welded to an inner circumferential surface of the short cylindrical part 7A. The lower end portion of the body 2 is maintained in a predetermined shape by the reinforcement 8.

Abstract: A storage container, particularly made of plastic, for storing goods, particularly in high-shelf warehouses, consists of a container bottom and side walls that rise from this container bottom. Openings that pass through the container bottom are provided in the bottom. The openings are disposed in depressions, the upper edges of which form the standing surface plane for the goods to be stored.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a children's ball pen for use in the home. The ball pen is made from a floor and sidewall of corrugated plastic sheets which are sonically welded together. Molded bottom anchors between the floor and sidewall together with rings hold resilient polymeric foam covered vertical posts in the desired upright position. A metal rod surrounds the top of the sidewall to give added rigidity and provide an anchor for the vertical post rings. A net and a top complete the ball pen and hold balls therein during play.

Abstract: A liquid storage and dispensing device includes a bottle and a fluid flow control device which is mounted to the neck of the bottle. The bottle includes a planar surface upon which the bottle may rest in an inclined orientation, with the neck of the bottle pointed down. The planar surface is formed at an angle with respect to the rest of the bottle geometry so that the center of gravity of the bottle, when full of liquid and in the inclined orientation, is above the planar surface. Thus, the full bottle is able to be safely stored in the inclined orientation with any level of liquid contained in the bottle, without concern that the bottle will topple over, and the liquid contents may be dispensed through the fluid flow control device.

Abstract: A shot glass is formed with a sloping, slightly tapered side wall. A curved cup bottom wall extends across the bottom of the shot glass and is spaced upward from the bottom edge of the shot glass side wall. The cup bottom wall has a thicker central portion and a thinner annular peripheral portion, and upper and lower surfaces of the cup bottom wall are formed with different radii of curvature. The bottom surface has a larger radius and the upper surface has a smaller surface for forming a lens. The base has a base wall and a peripheral side wall which extends upward from the base wall. A thin peripheral ring extends downward from outer edges of the base wall to form a foot. The cylindrical side wall of the base has a flat upper surface on which is formed an energy directing bead. The side wall of the base fits inside a bottom edge of the shot glass, and the energy directing bead contacts an inner step in the shot glass side wall slightly above the lower edge.

Abstract: A fluid filter, such as an oil filter for example, has a canister, a top plate and a sealing ring. The sealing ring overlaps portions of the top plate and canister. The sealing ring and canister are joined one to the other by laser welding about the sealing ring adjacent the canister and forming a mechanical lock between the canister and the top plate by mixing of materials.

Abstract: A transportable, multi-use, non-corrodible, non-metallic, polyolefin plastic storage container and integral pallet system for all-weather storage, handling and transportation of a variety of liquid or free-flowing solid materials, including hazardous and human consumable materials. A preferred embodiment comprises a rotationally molded vertically-oriented polyethylene container, polyethylene container cushion with reinforcing wood base, and a cup-like polyethylene pallet which receives and is integrally attached by thermal shrinkage or welding to said container by locking and reinforcing ribs. The pallet includes integrally molded two-way access tunnels for handling by a fork lift or pallet jack. The container and integral pallet system can be stacked two or more containers high and is self-aligning when stacked.
