Abstract: A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening.

The sidewall has a compressed condition in which compressive forces are applied to opposite sides to reduce the distance between the attachment regions, and a relaxed condition with forces. The handle has attachment ends with an axis between them. The attachment ends attach to the attachment regions such that the handle rotates about the axis and can also move laterally along the axis. The handle has a first rotational position in which the handle is above the rim, and a second rotational position in which the handle is below the rim. The handle cannot rotate between the first and second positions when the sidewall is relaxed, but can when the sidewall is laterally compressed.

Abstract: A device for quickly deploying and collecting visible markers is disclosed. Visible markers can include a base that can support an upright flag for use in sports training, marketing, or traffic/emergency situations. The device for retaining the bases can be comprised of a frame having two vertical legs joined by a horizontal member, which can serve as a handle, at a top portion of each of the two vertical legs. A foot is attached to the bottom end of each of the two vertical legs, each of the feet are at an angle to the corresponding vertical leg to allow feet to be received in apertures of a base device and the angle of the feet retain the base device on the frame.

Abstract: A bucket handle retainer with a substantially flat rectilinear resilient plate. The plate has an upper tip that corresponds to the inside dimension of the internal cavity of the handle holding portion of a standard five gallon bucket. The plate includes a spring biased finger capable of frictionally engaging the inside wall of the handle holding portion. The plate also includes a holding portion capable of being grasped by a user's fingers to insert or remove the plate from the handle holding portion of the bucket. A preferred embodiment includes the handle retainer is injection molded from nylon plastic.

Abstract: The refrigeration compressor includes a cylinder block carrying a crankshaft and a stator of an electric motor, whose rotor is mounted to the crankshaft. An oil pump including: a tubular sleeve affixed to the crankshaft or to the rotor with a pump body internal to the tubular sleeve and connected to the cylinder block. A fixation rod is articulated to the cylinder block or stator and has a lower portion angularly and freely displaced orthogonally to the rotational axis and around which the lower end portion of the pump body is axially retained and slidably mounted, orthogonally and coplanar to the rotation axis of the rotor.

The body includes ventilation holes which are also used as projection-receiving openings through which locking mechanisms may engage. At least one strap may be connected to the body in a variety of locations, based upon user preference and at least one strap may be adjustable for ease of use. The body also comprises guide slots through which the straps may be fed prior to their connection to the body. The body may also include handles which may be located in a variety of places near or within the top edge of the body. The basket may be used with or without straps, providing the user with versatility of use.

Abstract: The handle end portions are attached to the tray by separate connectors. The tray has spaced openings to receive the connectors. Each connector has an anchor-shaped section which is received in a tray opening and a section which engages a handle end portion. The anchor-shaped section has arms which flex to permit the connector to be received in the tray opening and thereafter return to their extended position to cooperate with the tray to securely attach the connector to the tray and prevent free rotation of the connector. The handle engaging section includes a hook-shaped member which is received an opening in the handle end portion.

The closure includes a top portion having an outer edge, a skirt downwardly depending from the outer edge and having an inside surface and a lower edge, and a plurality of spaced apart projections supported at the inside surface of the skirt. The outward protrusions each form a cavity recessed from the inside surface of the container sidewall to accommodate the T-shaped handle ends and limit protrusion thereof beyond the inside surface of the container sidewall to limit damage to the container contents caused by contact of the T-shaped handle ends with the container contents.

Abstract: A plastic handle for a paint bucket has a unitary elongated hard plastic body terminating at opposed ends. Located at each end are respective outwardly-biased, inwardly-bendable clip areas that together establish a resilient clip for engaging a hub of a paint bucket. An alternate clip may he a single unitary arrow-shaped structure. Surrounding each clip is a respective raised hub cover with opposed chamfered sides configured for conveniently fitting in a paint shaker machine. Wider portions of the body extend inwardly from each end and merge with a central narrower portion that has finger bumps formed on it for gripping. Owing to the small width of the central narrow portion, the handle is disposed very close to the paint bucket in a stowed position in which the handle is moved down against the bucket, to facilitate convenient close stowage of multiple buckets.

Abstract: A paper cup unit includes a paper cup which has a plastic layer formed along the open top of the paper cup. The plastic layer is an annular portion and has two slits defined therethrough, and the two slits do not communicate with each other. A portion between each of the two slits and the outer periphery of the plastic layer is a handle which is bent upward from the plastic layer.

Abstract: A one-piece handle with a strap, a pair of clip members and a gripping integrally formed to create the one-piece handle. The strap has a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle portion and each of the pair of clip members is formed on an end portion of the strap for attaching the handle to a container; and a gripping member formed in the middle portion of the strap. The gripping member has a closed side, an open side, and an interior portion with an exposed internal support structure. The internal support structure comprises at least one horizontal rib and at least one cross-sectional rib. The horizontal rib extends in a lengthwise direction while the cross-sectional rib is perpendicular to the horizontal rib and intersects the horizontal rib to create a plurality of hollow recesses in the interior portion of the gripping member.

A mating lid for the container is formed which mates with a top portion of the container and has a tab which extends outward and downward from a sealing lip on the lid. The tab on the lid and the bail on the container work in conjunction when a user pulls downward on the bail and upward on the tab to easily pull the tab corner of the lid upward away from the container. Then, the remaining portion of the lid sealed to the container easily follows with forces upward on the lid and downward on the bail.

The container includes a closure having a downwardly depending skirt with a plurality of space apart vertical projections supported at an inside surface of the skirt. The projections are configured to releasably engage an open end of the container for securing the closure to the container. Abstract: A handbasket includes a container and a handle. The container includes an upper rim, a pair of opposed side panels, and a pair of opposed end panels, with each side panel including a generally concave exterior surface. The handle extends between, and is pivotally mounted relative to, the respective opposed end panels of the container. The handle is movable between a first generally vertically upright position relative to the container and a second position. In the second position, a first portion of the handle rests against the upper rim of the container and a second portion of the handle is spaced from the upper rim adjacent the generally concave exterior surface of one of the respective side panels to define a grasping zone for grasping the handle for movement between the first position and the second position of the handle relative to the container.

Abstract: A bail grip for a pivotal bail of a bucket in which the bail has a pair of bail legs and a central hook with an inverted shape. The bail grip comprises an arcuate body that is installed onto the upper ends of the bail legs with the arc of the bail grip body conforming to a common curve or arc of the upper ends of the bail legs. When in place, the bail grip body does not completely close off a recess formed by the hook. Instead, a rear side of the bail grip body has a notch adjacent the recess such that a locking pin used on a wall bracket from which the bucket is hung is still able to pass downwardly through the recess and along the notch formed in the rear side of the bail grip body.

The handle has outrigged hooks adjacent the attachment clips for hooking over the container rim to stabilize the handle on the container and shoulder portions with board mounting protuberances locating a lower edge of the display board resting on the shoulders. The fasteners have clasp portions for receiving intermediate portions of the handle as a snap fit and are integrally molded with board anchoring portions which receive securing posts to anchor the handle to the display board.

Said container may further include a pair of bails and external projections positioned along said exterior surface of at least one of said peripheral walls. Said external projections may be positioned slightly inward of said interior projections, so that at least a portion of said external projections aligns with said interior projections when said container is stacked on said bails of an identical container.

Abstract: A bucket combination has a bucket and a removable inner bucket and wringer that fit within it. The inner bucket fits on one side of the larger bucket, and has three loops with tabs that extend over an upper rim on the bucket and engage a lower edge section on the rim. The inner bucket also has a bail that fits within a recess to provide a flat upper surface. The wringer rests on top of the upper surface on the inner bucket, and has a wringing section that fits within it. Flanges on the wringer fit within the loops on inner bucket and directly engage the lower edge section on the rim on the larger bucket. The flanges have an outwardly-extending arm.

The spacing of the bosses is less than 180° in one direction about the circumference of the container, so the container, when lifted by the bail, does not hang vertically. A base section (14b) of the bail has a substantially uniform thickness throughout the length of the bail.

Abstract: A container cap assembly comprises a one-piece integrally molded annular cap body hinged to a one-piece integrally molded lid. The cap body has a lower section with internal female threads for cooperation with matching male threads on a container and an annular upwardly extending flange. The lid has a downwardly extending flange. The flanges have interlocking sealing surfaces which extend outwardly at an acute angle to the vertical so that the lid flange will snap over the cap body flange in the closing mode and retain the lid in a closed and sealed position relative to the cap body until the lid is forced upwardly.

Abstract: A holder for assisting in holding a paint container includes a sleeve adapted to receive a thumb of a hand. The holder also includes a retainer connected to the sleeve adapted to retain a handle of a paint container and allow a weight of the paint container to be transferred to a remainder of the hand supporting a bottom of the paint container.

Abstract: A molded plastic container having an open top and bail receivers molded integrally into the side wall at opposite positions. The receivers are shaped and sized to act as lifting handles as well as to receive the ends of a wire bail. The clip member includes positioning elements to locate and engage the handle in a selected position with respect to the container. Preferred methods for assembling and using the apparatus (including the combination of the handle and container) are disclosed.

Abstract: A clear plastic paint container including primary container and lid, both of which are threaded. The container is unique because of the spill resistant convex pour spout, liquid recovery drain trough, redundant sealing to preserve contents and recessed molded bottom hand grip for more effective handling. The no-waste, no-special tools, no-rust, no-label obliteration, corrosion resistant, and thermal resilient advantages are just some of the auxiliary features. These enhancements by far surpass the conventional wisdom of the container industry. The use of “PETE” (Polyethylene Terephthalate) plastic or equivalent transforms this container to an eye appealing and practical alternative. The opportunity to offer such an improvement by only slightly reducing contents. The paint industry must have a keen interest in this container, not only because of the growing demand for plastic containers but also the numerous advantages listed in the summary.

A recess in the inner wall forms a hand hold portion. Below this hand hold portion is a handle pivotally mounted to to the inner wall. The lower handle is formed by a U-shaped rod with two end pivot joints and a center covering cylindrical portion having a rod receiving hole along its length. This bucket construction provides a recess in the bucket's inner wall that allows a user's leg to be inserted to prevent contact with bucket's wall and lessen the possibility that is liquid contents may be tipped over.

The beverage carrying containers have an insulated jacket 12 which substantially covers the exterior of the container providing insulated means for carrying hot liquids, as well as providing means for maintaining the temperature of the liquid. Further the beverage carrying containers have slidable rotatable retractable extendable handles 14. Each handle 14 is affixed to the container by rivet like members 16 located on the exterior upper portion of the container 10. The handle 14 in the retracted position conforms substantially to the exterior shape of the container. In the selectively extended position, the handle 14 slides down and is rotated into an upward operative position thereby enabling the user to carry the container 10 the handle 14.
