Abstract: An easy grip handle for a portable container comprises a handle connected with a hinge and rotating on the side of the container itself to define lying positions and at least one raised position with respect to the same container; and has the handle maintained, at least in a raised position or in an almost vertical position, by at least one permanent magnet acting on the rotation of the handle, close to the rotation hinge, in combination with at least one ferromagnetic element positioned in the handle or in the container to define, by magnetic attraction when facing the permanent magnet, at least one said raised or almost vertical position of the handle on the portable container itself. Different constructive forms are described with various arrangements of the permanent magnet elements and corresponding ferromagnetic elements.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for manufacturing a container upper plate including a handle coupled thereto are disclosed. The apparatus includes a steel-plate-shaping unit for forming at least one projection on an upper surface of a steel plate, a holding-plate-supply unit for supplying a holding plate including a reception portion, and a mounting portion bilaterally extending from the reception portion and coupled to the steel plate, the mounting portion having at least one groove or at least one hole formed therein, to the steel-plate-shaping unit, a loading unit for loading the holding plate onto the steel plate such that the at least one projection on the steel plate is fitted into the at least one groove or the at least one hole, and a coupling unit for coupling the holding plate to the steel plate by pressing a fitted portion by means of a press plate.

A first dispenser is fitted into the orifice having at least first and second openings, the first opening is configured to allow liquid to exit the container there through and the second opening is configured to allow fluid to enter the container there through. A second dispenser is configured to connect to the first opening in a using configuration. A recess is positioned in an outer surface of the container and the second dispenser is configured to fit into the recess in a storage configuration. The recess has two end portions and a centerline defined there between. At least one portion of the recess is curved such that the centerline curves at least once between the two end portions.

Abstract: An improved container suitable for use with a nesting sprayer handle is provided. The container includes a container handle opening with an improved top wall geometry. The top wall geometry resists deformation to reduce or eliminate accidental dislodgment of a sprayer handle when the sprayer handle is nested in the container handle opening.

Abstract: An adjustable-weight exercise device includes a body having a through-hole; a handle centrally located in the body and disposed within the through-hole; and at least one internal compartment having a number of insertion slots therein, each adapted to receive a weight. Abstract: A shaker dispenser for containing and dispensing product includes a body, a handle, and a dispensing mechanism. The handle includes a base portion and a handle gripping portion that a user may grip to transport and use the dispenser. The handle is inserted within the body such that the entire handle, including the handle gripping portion, is within the body, thereby allowing the shaker dispenser to sit, if desired, on the end having the handle. The body includes indentations, or cut-aways, that allow the handle to be visible from at least one of: a front view, a side view, and a back view. A method of manufacture and use of a shaker dispenser is also described.

Abstract: A foldable water bottle has a base, a folding body and a handle device. The folding body is made of silica gel, is mounted on the base and has a connecting ring, a folding segment and a neck. The folding segment is formed on and protrudes from the connecting ring and has multiple folding rings. The neck is formed on the folding segment and has a spout and two inserting mounts. The handle device is detachably connected to the folding body and has an inserting handle and a lid. The inserting handle is connected securely to the neck and has a handle mount and a grip. The lid is connected to the inserting handle and is used to close an opening top of the neck.

Abstract: A Dutch oven with an improved handle assembly is provided. The assembly may include a handle configured to removably engage a receiver on the lid of the Dutch oven. The handle may be used to transport a Dutch oven to a heating source and, once placed in the heating source, removed and stored so that the handle is not subject to heat while the Dutch oven is used for cooking. To remove the Dutch oven from the heating source, the handle may be reinserted into the receiver and used to lift the Dutch oven from the heating source. The Dutch oven may also include one or more retaining members to securely hold the Dutch oven's lid in place.

Abstract: A water heater handle to be held by a user, where one end is configured to be held by the user and the other end is configured for connection to a water heater by existing fittings on the water heater. The handle and method of using the handle provide improved movement of the water heater by a user, through provision of a handle for gripping and/or stabilizing the water heater during movement, where such grip and stabilization is difficult in the absence of a handle.

Abstract: An article of cookware is assembled by the rivet attachment of a handle. The rivets are simultaneously attached to both the cookware vessel and the handle. The co-aligned holes for receiving the rivet in the wall of the cooking vessel and the handle flange are bevel such that exterior of the rivet is relatively flush with the interior of the cookware article and the exterior of the handle flange. Deformation of the rivet head also deforms the beveled edges of the through hole in the cookware article, locking it with the corresponding portion of the handle flange through hole.

Abstract: An article of cookware is assembled by the riveted attachment of a handle. Novel rivets are first attached from the interior of the cookware article via a flush hole such that the deformation of the cookware article around the rivet locks the rivet to the cookware article yet leaves the rivet head flush with the interior surface of the cookware article. Abstract: Devices and methods are provided for detachably securing cans for use in plumbing, painting, construction, and home improvement. The devices are configured for mounting a structure such as a ladder, scaffold, bench, tool box, saw horse, table, railing, pipe, wood, lumber, metal, or plastic support or other object and further configured for detachably securing cans, such as cans containing PVC glue or primer for a plumber's use. In one device, the securing members have two arms configured to be arranged in an open state for receiving the can with substantially zero insertion force. In that device, the arms have end portions with latching members configured to join together in a first engagement position with the can. In a closed state, the latching members are in a partially overlapping configuration that pulls the arms tightly around the circumference of the can and thereby supplies a compression fit with high pull-apart strength.

Abstract: A cover for a container is provided in one embodiment. The cover has an upper side and an underside. The underside comes in physical contact with a container when the cover is in a closed position. A hinge pivotally secures the cover to the container. A lock is secured opposite the hinge and on the underside of the cover. The lock automatically and securely affixes the cover to the container when the cover is in the closed position. A release is positioned on the upper side of the cover to disengage the lock and releases the cover from the container. In another embodiment, the cover tilts at an angle when not fully closed, revealing a high contrast color on the upper inner sidewall of the container, providing a visible indication that the container is open.

A cover air release valve allows escape of air from the container when removing and installing the cover to create a vacuum seal fit. A handle positioned adjacent to the air release valve enables a user to remove and install the cover with a single hand gripping the handle and pressing the air release valve. Protrusions extending from opposite sides of the container sleeve engage mating L-shaped openings in a bottom edge of the cover to lock the cover in place. Special dual sided cradles engage a top of a vacuum sealed container below each cradle and a bottom of a vacuum sealed container above each cradle so that a series of cradles are used to vertically stack a number of vacuum sealed containers.

As liquid, such as used motor oil, pours into the expandable liquid retaining portion the inflated top ring floats on top of the liquid as the liquid retaining portion expands. A top cover, which may be formed by flexible flaps with zip lock closures, may be included to seal the container for transport. A drain hole may be provided through a bottom portion of the container to drain the liquid out of the container. A handle may be provided to facilitate carrying the container filled with oil.

The saddle portion is adjacent the sidewall so that the first recess defines a first gap between the sidewall and the saddle portion. A first rivet secures the handle to the sidewall. The rivet has a first weldament in the first gap, a first shaft in the first opening, and a first head abutting the handle and covering the first opening.

The raised ridge portion aids in supporting the container lid approximately perpendicular to the upper rim of portion the container. A handle may be secured to the undercut recess to aid in grasping the container lid. When the undercut recess extends from the outer surface of the container lid, the undercut recess may serve as the handle. The handle is grasped and the lid raised from the container, and the inclined recess is placed atop the upper rim portion of the container.

The housing contains a light transmitting face panel for viewing the stored jewelry. Attached to the drawer are various brackets for storage of a variety of jewelry including hoop and clip earrings, chains or post earrings, cufflinks or pins.

Abstract: A removable holding device for containers includes two clamp members mounted on a holding body, one of the members being mobile in translation relative to the holding body. A lever mounted on the holding body pivots between a deployed position and a position retracted inside the holding body. A link blade between the lever and the mobile member displaces the mobile member in translation when the lever pivots. The lever has at least one lateral wing portion forming an unlocking button projecting on one side of the holding body when the lever is in the retracted position.

Abstract: A method for adding gasoline to a gasoline tank of a motor vehicle. The method employs expandable hollow gasoline container having a top and a base. Accordion pleaded walls are coupled to the top and to the base. The expandable gasoline container also includes an expandable orifice member; a cylindrical conduit connected to the top where through gasoline is added to fill the gasoline container; and a handle assembly engaged to the cylindrical conduit.

The perimeter of the first end of the container is terminated with an angled edge of uniform thickness. The recessed cavity extends around the perimeter thereof, and is sized to be received by the angled edge of the container such that the lid snugly fits onto the container. The first side and second side have a plurality of ledges which are formed therein. Each tray has a length, a width and at least one area for storing decorated desserts. The size of the storage area is dictated by the size of decorated dessert. The width of each tray is sized to slidably fit in the container. The length of each tray is sized to firmly fit between an attached lid and the second end of the container.

Abstract: A culture dish for growing cultures such as tissue cells, bacteria and the like. The culture dish includes a handle extending therefrom that can be easily grasped by a user when lifting or handling the culture dish. The culture dish can also include a lid that can be placed on a base of the dish to prevent contamination of the cultures and to control evaporation of liquid from the dish. The handle can extend from the base, the lid or both. If the handles are provided on both the base and the lid, they can be configured differently so that a user can readily distinguish between them.

The size of the storage area is dictated by the size of decorated dessert. The width of each tray is sized to slidably fit in the container. The length of each tray is sized to firmly fit between an attached lid and the second end of the container.

Abstract: A lifting lug is disclosed for securing a hoist to a tank, in which that lifting lug is stored within the tank but may be moved to a position extending through an opening in the sidewall of the tank for attachment to a hoist to provide for lifting of the tank, with subsequent removal back to a stored position inside the tank.

Abstract: A pail having a bail pivotally mounted adjacent the open top that will automatically tilt over on its side and fill with liquid when dropped into a body of liquid is shown. The full pail may be retrieved from the body of liquid by attaching a line to the pivotally mounted bail. A weight of predetermined size attached to the lip of the pail provides the destabilizing effect necessary to tilt the pail but does not substantially affect the full or empty stability of the pail out of the body of liquid.

Abstract: A Stackable Space Saving Container is disclosed which can be stored or transported in square cases with virtually no wasted space. This container is substantially rectangular having a diagonally slanting upper surface so as to form a rectangular cube when joined with another Stackable Space Saving Container of like size.
