A cap may be attached to the collar via a hinge. The flush syringe assembly may also include a cap attached to the collar via a hinge. A ring may be disposed around the collar with a locking element that engages with a corresponding mating locking projection on the cap. The cap may include a slanted surface. The slanted surface of the cap may include one or more ribs made of an elastomeric material.

Abstract: A contact lens package includes a first layer, a support coupled to the first layer, a lens, and a second layer. The support includes a scaffold and a porous member attached to the scaffold where the porous member includes a curved surface. The lens includes an anterior surface and a posterior surface, and the posterior surface of the lens is disposed on the curved surface of the porous member. The second layer is coupled to the first layer to seal the support and the lens between the first layer and the second layer.

Abstract: A single-use, biodegradable, paper urine collector and method of using same, the urine collector including a funnel body having a sloped continuous sidewall, a sloped base, a top opening, a funnel hole located at the lowest region of the sloped base and, optionally, a urine sample container operatively coupled to the sloped base. To convey funneled urine into the container, a top edge of the container is positioned within the funnel hole and the base of the container is positioned outside the funnel body. The funnel body is configured to funnel a stream of urine through the top opening and along an interior surface of the funnel body toward and through the funnel hole.

Abstract: A mask storage apparatus includes a body including an accommodation space in which a mask device is stored. A cover is rotatably connected to the body and is capable of opening and closing the accommodation space. A compartment extends from an inner surface of the body and partitions the accommodation space into a first accommodation space in which a part of the mask device is accommodated, and a second accommodation space in which a remaining part of the mask device is accommodated. The compartment includes a sterilization module to sterilize the mask device.

Abstract: A single-use, biodegradable, paper urine collector and method of using same, the urine collector including a funnel body having a sloped continuous sidewall, a sloped base, a top opening, a funnel hole located at the lowest region of the sloped base and, optionally, a urine sample container operatively coupled to the sloped base. To convey funneled urine into the container, a top edge of the container is positioned within the funnel hole and the base of the container is positioned outside the funnel body. The funnel body is configured to funnel a stream of urine through the top opening and along an interior surface of the funnel body toward and through the funnel hole.

The channel may include two opposing side walls, two opposing end walls and a bottom. The channel's side walls can each include an inwardly-projecting lip forming an undercut for slidably receiving a portion of the closure member. The closure member includes an access port cap, a retainer slidably received within the channel and a strap extending between the access port cap and the retainer. The closure member is selectively movable between open and closed positions. The access port cap may cover the access port when the retainer is in a first position within the channel or may be at least partially received within the channel when the retainer is in a second position within the channel.

Abstract: A cover for a container, the container having an opening proximate the top thereof and having three or more corners proximate the opening. The container has a bead proximate the opening which circumscribes the top portion of the container near the opening. The cover includes a downwardly depending skirt that releasably secures the cover in a closed position on the container to at least two corners of the container. The cover further has a plurality of protrusions on the skirt exposed substantially parallel to the lower edge of the downwardly depending skirt around the corners of the cover. Each protrusion may be sized, constructed and arranged for engaging a bead which circumscribes the container whereby tension placed on the cover when removing the cover from one corner of the container generates additional force on the remaining corner thus making the cover harder to open.

The container has a base with a top peripheral edge at an open top end. Two hinged butterfly lid portions are secured to the upper peripheral edge at sides of the base. The lid portions are secured to the base in a closed position by locking recesses on the lid portions that engage locking formations on the upper peripheral edge. A groove on one lid portion engages a groove on another lid portion to form a seal where the lid portions overlap. Venting channels formed on the locking formations allow air to pass in and out of the container, but prevent liquids from entering the container. Arched ridges on the container's sidewalls increase the container's rigidity and resistance to top loading.

The tongue is configured to engage the protrusion when the push button latching assembly occupies the first position and disengage the protrusion such that the push button latching assembly is movable to the second position.

The closure assembly includes a lid member pivotable about a hinge portion between a first position in which the lid member releasably engages the container surrounding the opening and a second position in which the lid member is pivoted away from the opening. A first engagement feature may be disposed on the container and a second engagement feature may be disposed on the lid member to removably secure the lid member to the container when the lid member is in the first position.

Abstract: An anti-tamper container for preventing incorrect opening includes a box body, an abutting flanged portion, a cover and at least one opening preventing device. When a force is applied to the cover to rotarily open it upwards, the front inclined surface of the tilting extension sheet presses the pre-dislocated rib to disengage it from the box body so as to prevent reconnection. Thus, the consumers could easily recognize if the cover has been incorrectly opened so as to ensure the quality and safety of the products while avoiding consumption disputes, and safeguarding the rights of consumers and reputation of industry operators with improved applicability. Because a strengthened opening preventing portion is set on the tilting extension sheet, the tilting extension sheet could be prevented from penetrating upwards without breaking the pre-dislocated rib.

Abstract: A shock-resistant and environmentally sealed container comprising a first section and a second section. A latching system for the container comprises a deflectable pin coupled to the first section of the container with a latch coupled to the second section. The latch includes a deflectable pin engaging member. When the deflectable pin engaging member is engaged with the deflectable pin, the deflectable pin absorbs relative movement between the first section and the second section of the container. Another embodiment of the container employs a latch containing a deflectable member. The latch is pivotally coupled to a latch pin that is mounted to either the first section or the second section of the container. The deflectable member is positioned between the latch pin and the latch, and the deflectable member is configured to absorb relative movement between the first section and the second section.

Abstract: A plastic container having a container body and a permanently attached container lid is provided. The container lid is attached to the container body by a living hinge such that the entire plastic container is a one-piece construction. The container lid is pre-curved such that in an open state the container lid is curved. However, when the container lid mates with the container body in a closed state, at least a portion of the container lid that was previously curved becomes substantially planar such that portions of the lid remain biased into the container body. The container can also incorporate a carrying feature for receiving and positioning articles therein, as well as a sealing chamfer for reducing the likelihood of the ingress of foreign matter into an interior cavity of the container.

Abstract: This invention includes a closure for covering a container. The closure has a base with an upper surface and a neck, with the neck capable of being fastened to the opening of a bottle. The upper surface sits above the opening of the bottle. It has a spout having an exposed front surface, a front inside surface, and a cap rim. The cap is pivotally attached to the base to permit movement of the cap relative to the base between an open position and a closed position. The exposed front surface and front inside surface together have a bottom end and a top end. The inside front surface contains a spout cap, such that when the cap is closed the spout cap mates with the spout to form a liquid tight seal, and such that when the cap is opened the liquid tight seal between the spout and the spout cap is opened.

Abstract: The specimen container comprises a cap, a body and a connector. The cap has an inner surface defining a hollow. The body includes a vial having a rim and an opening bounded by the rim. The connector couples the cap and body in a manner which permits cap movement between a fully-seated position on the vial, to form a sealed specimen container; and a position apart from the opening, to permit ingress to the vial. The connector can be adapted such that, in use, when the cap is disposed at the position apart from the opening, and in the absence of external forces, the connector holds the cap at the position apart from the opening. Snap-fit intermediate positions of the cap can be provided between the position apart from the opening and the fully-seated position and the cap can be adapted to reduce evaporative losses when intermediately positioned.

Abstract: Manufacture of electronic devices is usually accomplished through automated assembly lines using automated conveyors. These automated conveyors, typically comprising metallic components, cannot convey electronic devices into an RF chamber for testing (e.g., RF) during manufacture without compromising the efficacy of the shielding provided by the RF chamber. Thus, although electronic devices are assembled on automated assembly lines, a device is typically removed from the automated assembly line for testing, transported manually into an RF chamber, powered on, and then tested. After testing, the electronic device is powered down, manually removed from the RF chamber, and returned to the assembly line. Described herein are embodiments of a system and method to automatically transport electronic devices under power through an RF isolated chamber for testing (e.g., RF) as part of an automated assembly line process resulting in a dramatic increase in the number of electronic devices that can be tested.

Abstract: Containers with child resistant safety caps are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the cap contains (1) an overlay and (2) a solid base. The overlay fits around at least a portion of the cap's solid base. At an end of the overlay is a thumb tab for facilitating the opening and closing of the cap. The overlay also contains a skirt that is perpendicular to the thumb tab. The skirt of the overlay contains a tab. At the end of the solid base proximal to the location of the tab on the overlay (when the cap is in the closed position) the solid base contains a notch. When the cap is shut, the overlay is secured around the solid base. If an upward force is only applied to the thumb tab, and then the overlay is lifted up, while the solid base of the cap remains secured to the container.

The wand cap is releasably connected to the handle portion or the tubular wand in a snap-fit manner.
