  • Patent number: 6669065
Abstract: A holder for golf tees that has a housing with an open interior. The interior has two curved ends and a thin middle section that forms a “dumb bell” shape. A plate that has a matching dumb bell is fitted into the open interior. Two springs are mounted inside of the housing and are attached to the bottom of the housing and to the bottom of the plate. A retainer pin is placed orthogonally across the top opening of the housing. The pin retains the plate in the housing and secures any tees that are installed as well. Tees are placed into the housing by sliding the pointed end under the retainer pin and pushing down on the plate. To dispense a tee, a user pushes down slightly on the pointed end of the top tee, which raises the other end of that it can be pulled from the holder.

  • Patent number: 6550635
Abstract: A portable folded wiper dispensing system for dispensing flexible sheets from a stack of sheets. The system includes a refillable apparatus and a stack of sheets. The refillable apparatus is composed of: 1) a relatively flat, flexible base devoid of dispensing slots, the flexible base being adapted to resiliently fold along a fold axis; and 2) a flexible cover defining an opening aligned in parallel relation to the fold axis of the flexible base such that the flexible cover is attached to said flexible base and is adapted to contain a stack of sheets. The opening defines a dispensing slot through which flexible sheets may be individually dispensed while the flexible base remains unfolded. When the flexible base is folded back along the fold axis, the opening defines a refill gap through which a stack of flexible sheets may be inserted.

  • Patent number: 6481595
Abstract: A ball storage and dispensing device comprises a one-piece, hollow, cylindrical storage tube for storing balls. The tube has an internal diameter over substantially its entire length which is greater than the diameter of any of the balls to be stored. The lower end of the tube has a bottom opening which is smaller than the internal diameter of the rest of the tube and of a size and shape to prevent balls stored in said tube from falling downwardly out of the tube. In addition, the lower end of the tube has a ball-dispensing aperture spaced above the bottom opening, and the bottom opening is sufficiently large to permit an individual to insert a finger upwardly through the bottom opening and push a ball at the bottom of the tube upwardly and outwardly through the ball-dispensing aperture. The restriction in the size of the bottom opening is obtained by indenting the wall of the tube.

  • Patent number: 6235369
Abstract: A dispenser for strip materials, e.g. hook and loop fastener material, which automatically finds formations in a continuous fastener strip during its dispensing and, at that point in the dispensing procedure, produces a resistance to the remaining supply, that enables parting of the lead unit from the remaining supply, thus dispensing a discrete unit. The dispenser has a receptacle to hold the supply of fastener strip material; it employs a retarding device to provide light drag against the motion of the strip as the leading strip unit moves from the dispenser in response to pull by a user. A detent downstream of the retarding device engages a corresponding formation in the strip material to resist movement of the remaining strip material, so that the strip ruptures along a line of weakness under a user's tension. Also disclosed are dispensable fastener strips of various forms, some advantageously formed by use of needled bat, and methods of forming the fastening strips.

A stack of golfs balls are maintained in the tube under spring bias between a piston which urges the balls upwardly and a ball trap member which retains the top golf ball from dispensing through a nozzle. A cap is attached to the upper portion of the tube and houses a ball ejector assembly which is pivotally connected to the ball trap member below. To disperse a golf ball, a push button is depressed activating the ball ejector assembly which pivots the ball trap member to release the top golf. Simultaneously as the ball trap member releases the top golf ball, a lever pivotally connected to the ball trap member, urges the top golf ball through the nozzle. Upon release of the push button, the spring biased piston urges the next golf ball upwardly into the ball trap member.

Abstract: The present invention provides a fisherman's bait and tackle box which is compact and contoured to comfortably fit about the fisherman's waist when attached to a belt worn by the fisherman. The wearable box of the present invention organizes and provides easy access to fishing supplies and accessories, thereby eliminating the time consuming problem of searching through a conventional tackle box or vest, especially when re-rigging a broken leader while the fisherman remains wading in the water. A plurality of separate compartments neatly organize accessories such as fishing leader, bait, fishing lures, split-shot, and fishing hooks, for instance.
