Abstract: The disclosure describes a disposable moist tissue dispenser applicable to dispensing of moist tissues. The invention includes a center roller, a pair of side panels, a housing, a moist tissue roll, an outlet, and a resealable cover. The side panels are separately attached at opposite ends of the center roller. The housing is disposed about the center roller and is attached to an outer edge along each side panel. The center roller, side panels, and housing form an interior space. The moist tissue roll resides within the interior space and includes a plurality of separable moist tissues. The moist tissue roll is disposed about and rotatable with respect to the center roller. The outlet is disposed along a portion of the housing for dispensing the separable moist tissues from the moist tissue dispenser. The resealable cover is disposed along the housing over the outlet.

Abstract: The present invention provides a dispenser for folded sheets having an overfill prevention device, which effectively prevents the dispenser from being overfilled with folded sheet material. The result of the present invention is that a maintainer of the dispenser will have a difficult time overfilling the dispenser.

Abstract: Center-pull napkin dispensers and methods of supplying napkins for the same are disclosed. A center-pull napkin dispenser may comprise a body for supporting at least one roll of perforated paper napkins and a nozzle comprising a nozzle opening configured for dispensing napkins therethrough. The nozzle opening defines a nozzle cross-sectional area (AN) and the roll of paper napkins defines a cross-sectional material mass (X). The nozzle cross-sectional area divided by the cross-sectional material mass and multiplied by a constant C=10,000, is about (AN/X)*C?0.85. A method of supplying napkins for a center-pull napkin dispenser may comprise the steps of providing a center-pull napkin dispenser comprising a nozzle opening that defines a nozzle cross-sectional area (AN); providing a roll of paper napkins such that the nozzle cross-sectional area divided by the napkin cross-sectional material mass (X) multiplied by the constant, is about (AN/X)*C?0.85. An objective wrinkle index is also disclosed.

Abstract: A cover, carriage, or faceplate for a napkin dispenser is provided. The cover, faceplate or carriage defines one or more pick zones that facilitate manual extraction of different numbers of multiple napkins from the dispenser during each dispensing event. Preferably, the cover, carriage or faceplate cooperates with a container configured to receive a stack of napkins and is maintained adjacent an end or edge of the stack. More preferably, the cover, faceplate or carriage is configured to cooperate with containers having various shapes and/or configured for countertop, hanging, or in-counter implementation of the container to allow retrofitting of currently available single quantity dispensing napkin dispensers.

The walls collectively define an interior space. The top wall includes a dispensing orifice which is covered by a lid assembly. The lid assembly includes a ring and a flip top. The ring is permanently affixed to the top wall, and the flip top is hingedly connected to the ring. The ring has an upper portion and a buffering flange. The upper portion generally extends along the dispensing orifice perimeter. In one embodiment, the buffering flange protrudes from the upper portion into the interior space, and a height of the buffering flange is greater than a thickness of the top wall. In another embodiment, the buffering flange protrudes from the upper portion into the interior space past the inner surface of the top wall.

A bladder (6) located inside of the container separates a storage compartment (7) where new items are held from a disposal compartment (8) where trash is held. In addition to or in lieu of a bladder, a rigid partition (9) may also separate the storage compartment from the disposal compartment. One or more lids (10, 11) keeps the dispensing and end and the disposal end sealed when not in use. An additional feature is a strap (12) that allows a user to attach the tissue container to his or her wrist.

Abstract: A device for dispensing a sheet from a stack of sheets is disclosed. The device includes a holder for receiving a refill container including the stack of sheets. The holder includes a holder base wall and opposed holder side walls extending up from the holder base wall. The refill container includes a container base wall and opposed first and second container side walls extending up from the container base wall. A first flap extends inward from an end of the first container side wall, and a second flap extends inward from an end of the second container side wall. The first flap and the second flap are dimensioned to define a longitudinal dispensing slot of the container. At least one of the first flap and the second flap of the container can flex upward when a sheet is dispensed from the device. In one form, the sheets comprise a thin sponge material.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a mobile and self-contained sanitizing wipe dispensing system that dispenses discreet sheets of sanitizing wipes for hand or surface sanitization. The system is configured to facilitate the consistent dispensing of individual wipes, preferably from a roll of perforated but attached wipes, such that each wipe is separated at the point of perforation and the leading edge of the following sheet for easy access of each successive wipe. Means are provided to dispense wipes from a wall that is incorporated into the system, a plurality of walls forming an enclosure. The enclosure functions as a storage device for its own wipe refills and provides an integrated receptacle for used wipes. One embodiment comprises walls that are like-configured for ease in production and assembly and for reducing the cost of production.

Abstract: A glove dispensing assembly includes a stack of interfolded gloves. In particular, the gloves are folded in an S-like arrangement including a first fold and a second fold. The finger portion of a leading glove is folded in between a cuff portion and an intermediate portion of a subsequent glove. The manner in which the gloves are folded allows for the gloves to be dispensed in a perpendicular direction or a lateral direction.

Abstract: A method for improving the wetness gradient of a plurality of packages containing stacks of wet wipes, and the associated container, are disclosed. The method may include the steps of providing a plurality of packages of wet wipes, disposing the primary packages in the interior space of a container bearing an indicium that is easily legible when the container is upside-down, inverting the container and thereby the packages to the upside-down orientation, and shipping the container in the upside-down position. The associated product may be the container bearing the indicium and containing the packages of wet wipes.

Abstract: A dispensing system including a main body having a closed end and a dispensing slot through the main body. A hollow center support extends from the closed end such that a receiving chamber is defined between the center support and the main body. A cover member is configured to selectively engage the main body between an opened position wherein the receiving chamber is accessible and a closed position wherein the receiving chamber is substantially sealed, wherein in the closed position, a continuous passageway extends through the cover member, the center support and the end wall. A roll of individual flushable moist towelettes interconnected to one another at perforations and rolled about a central axis and defining a central through passage are positioned within the receiving chamber with the center support extending through the central through passage and a first of the towelettes extending at least partially through the dispensing slot.

Abstract: The present invention provides a dispenser for moisturized sheets in the core of a toilet paper roll. Not only are wet and dry wipes provided coincidentally, the location is particularly handy for toilet use. In a utilization of existing bathroom fixtures, the novel concept offsets the rotational axis of the toilet paper roll to make an aperture available to dispense the moisturized sheets from the volume of the core previously occupied by the conventional spool. The invention further provides a hermetically sealed refill unit, a mechanism for singlating individual wipes, and means for preventing moisture loss from the sheets.

Abstract: A dispensing assembly for dispensing articles such as disposable gloves. The assembly includes a container having a plurality of panels. The panels define a chamber and a dispensing region on the container. The assembly also includes a removable section in the dispensing region. The removable section has a first portion outlining a first orifice and at least a second portion outlining a second orifice that subtends the first portion. The dispensing assembly also includes a first component to remove only the first portion of the removable section and at least a second component to simultaneously remove both the first portion and at least the second portion of the removable section such that removal of the first component forms the first orifice and removal of the second component forms a second orifice into the chamber that incorporates the first orifice.

Abstract: A paper-pulling structure of a cleaning paper roll is provided and includes the cleaning paper roll and a container. The cleaning paper roll is a cylindrical structure provided therein with a cylindrical hollow core and formed by winding around the cylindrical hollow core a cleaning paper which is long and continuous. The container shuts in and contains the cleaning paper roll. The container includes a tearable perforation disposed on the container and corresponding in position to an outer side of an end of the cylindrical hollow core. As soon as the tearable perforation is torn apart by a user to form a tearable opening, an end of the cleaning paper below the outer side of the cylindrical hollow core can be pulled out by the user to protrude from the tearable opening and be exposed. Hence, the user can operate the cleaning paper roll by giving a center pull thereto.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for dispensing sheets of material (e.g. tissues, wipes, towels, etc.) from a container or other suitable receptacle for storing the sheets of material for dispensing therefrom. The dispenser systems are integrated with storage and/or organizer, which are configured to be above, below, behind, or in front of a dispenser without affecting the dispensing function of the system. The dispensers can be used in a vertical position, capable of dispensing a sheet in a downward or upward direction when mounted on a wall, for example, or in a horizontal position, capable of dispensing a sheet sideways and/or popup direction. One of the advantages of these dispensers is that it allows a prior art flat top tissue box for use in a vertical position, i.e., standing up on its end, thereby taking even less horizontal space than the cubic tissue box.

A dispensing opening is located between the front wall and the support surface, and at least one guide element is arranged to support a leading panel of a first towel adjacent the front wall and a leading edge of the leading panel parallel to the lower edge of the front wall.

Abstract: An automated dispenser device for medical items such as hospital isolation gowns and methods of dispensing the medical equipment using these dispensers are disclosed. The dispenser optionally includes a touch-less dispensing mechanism to reduce the potential for contamination. The invention also includes a hospital isolation gown adapted for use with the automated dispenser device and various arrays or assemblies of such gowns for bulk loading into the automated dispenser device.

The movable dispensing guide (32) has a retracted position that does not prevent the advance of tablets along the dispensing path, and an advanced position that intersects the dispensing path between the first and second tablets (22, 24) in the dispensing path. When advanced, the movable dispensing guide allows the first tablet in line to be dispensed from the path, and prevents the second tablet in line from advancing. An actuator is operable to move the movable dispensing guide from its retracted position to its advanced position.

The carton has integral stationary means for enabling dispensing of the sheets through a single dispensing opening in a stationary wall portion of the carton to provide substantially droop-free pop-up dispensing of one sheet at a time. The means for dispensing has means for defining a “T”-shaped dispensing opening having an elongate head portion which is centrally disposed in the top wall of the carton and which has a linear back edge, a stem portion that extends downwardly through a medial portion of the front wall of the carton, and a flared portion having arcuate edges disposed intermediate the head portion and the stem portion. The opening is configured to be sufficiently constrictive to enable substantially droop-free pop-up dispensing of one sheet at a time.

A drive shaft is positioned in the channel and configured to extend from the output channel and operatively couple the rotatable knob with a rotatable knob of another dispenser.

Abstract: A moist towelette dispenser device adapted for use in combination with a toilet paper holder assembly having an elongated cylindrical spindle with two ends engageable which mount on a conventional toilet paper fixture to support a roll of toilet paper. The device provides for concurrent dispensing of toilet paper and moist towelettes and an air freshener. A housing provides a dispensing site for the towelettes and is engageable to the room mount by two elongated members. The toilet paper is operatively mounted on the spindle engaged between the members.

Abstract: A towelette dispenser is provided with an integrally molded lid. The lid has a central aperture for allowing access to a roll of towelettes maintained within a tub receiving the lid therein. The separation bar bridges the aperture, and provides a rip fence in the form of a fingered thimble that is angled with respect to the lid as a whole. The thimble is offset near one edge of the annular opening so that a user may access the back side thereof to thread an edge of the leading towelette through the thimble without having to remove the lid from the tub. A well is provided in the smaller portion of the aperture and a cap for the lid is provided with a stuffer tab to urge the leading edge of the next towelette into the well when the cap is closed. Barrier caps are also provided to seal the interior of the tub during shipment and storage before the first use of the towelette dispenser.

The support portion forms a support portion angle between about 100 and about 115 degrees with the bottom wall. A container designed as described places the wipes stack in a vertical position thus reducing the footprint should the dispenser be placed on a toilet tank or countertop. Furthermore, the wipes being placed in a vertical position allows for more versatile and durable wall-mounting options while providing adequate dispensing performance.

The dispenser can include an attachment device for attaching the dispenser to a spindle while still permitting the spindle to hold a conventional roll of bath tissue. Sheets may be dispensed from an opening located on the oblique surface. The sheet dispenser may sit on a surface such as a countertop for dispensing, or may be placed between a wall and other structure attached to the wall such as a towel bar. Furthermore, the sheet dispenser may be hung from a structure using a strap attached to the towel dispenser.
