Abstract: A fiber product folding apparatus includes a first dashed-line cutting device used to form a plurality of first dashed lines on a first fiber product. Through control of the rotational speed of the first dashed-line roller, the interval between adjacent first dashed lines is adjusted. A first severing device receives the first fiber product with the first dashed lines by a predetermined length and cuts off the first fiber product. A second dashed-line cutting device is used to form a plurality of second dashed lines on a second fiber product. Through control of the rotational speed of the second dashed-line roller, the interval between adjacent second dashed lines can be adjusted. A second severing device receives the second fiber product that includes the second dashed lines by a predetermined length and cuts off the second fiber product. Finally, the first fiber product and the second fiber product are conducted to pass between a first folding roller and a second folding roller to proceed with folding.

Each of the wet sheets includes a base material sheet impregnated with a chemical solution such that impregnated portions that are impregnated with the chemical solution and non-impregnated portions that are not impregnated with the chemical solution are provided. The impregnated portions and the nonimpregnated portions are formed in a stripe pattern in which the impregnated portions and the non-impregnated portions are alternately arranged.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for forming a tissue bundle from a stack of folded absorbent tissues. The method includes the steps of forming a stack of folded absorbent tissues; compressing the stack to an initial density in a first compression step; wrapping the stack a first time in a supporting wrapper to form an initial bundle and maintain the initial density; subsequently applying a second compression step to compress the stack to a final density that is higher than the initial density; and wrapping the stack a second time to form a final bundle and to maintain the final density.

Abstract: A collapsible tissue box assembly for defining a vertically collapsible tissue box includes a panel that has a plurality of fold lines thereon thereby facilitating the panel to be formed into a tissue box. The panel has a pair of tear away elements thereon that collectively define an upper half and a lower half of the tissue box. Each of the tear away elements is removable from the tissue box. In this way the upper half can to be lowered around the lower half to enhance access to tissues in the lower half of the tissue box.

Abstract: A storing and dispensing container includes a stack of moist wipes, a film pouch, and a rigid flip top that has a lid connected to a flange by a hinge. The flange is affixed to an outer surface of the pouch and surrounds a dispensing orifice. The flange can assume bent and unbent states. The flange has first and second hinges that each extend along a first bending axis, such than when a top wipe is extracted from the package through the dispensing orifice, the first bending axis is pulled away from the stack, and the flange bends about the first bending axis to assume the bent state. In particular embodiments, the hinges can be defined by areas of reduced flange thickness, reduced flange width, and/or reduced flange rigidity. The flange can include a plurality of strengthening ribs, and hinges can be defined by gaps in the ribs.

Abstract: A dispenser for interfolded napkins includes a container having a supporting surface for supporting a stack of interfolded napkins. The supporting surface extends in a horizontal plane, and is surrounded by side walls extending in a vertical direction perpendicular to the supporting surface. The side walls define a dispensing opening opposite the supporting surface. At least one tab is arranged in the container for retaining the stack of napkins during withdrawal of a napkin from the stack. The tab is pivotably arranged in relation to the container between a holding position, in which the tab extends horizontally over at least a portion of the dispensing opening, and a refill position, in which the tab is directed away from the dispensing opening. The tab pivots about a living hinge. One or more stop surfaces limit an extent to which the tab is able to turn about the living hinge toward the dispensing mouth.

Abstract: A universal cover for hygiene cloth dispensers includes a flexible pouch for holding hygiene cloths stored in a plurality of different hygiene cloth dispensers. The flexible pouch has a top wall, a bottom wall, and an interior space between the top and bottom walls. The universal cover includes a seam that can be opened to an open position and resealed to a closed position to connect the top wall to the bottom wall. The open position defines a refill opening for receiving the different hygiene cloth dispensers. A dispensing opening is formed in the top wall of the universal cover. The dispensing opening is reinforced against deformation due to exposure to moisture, body oils, dirt, and stretching. The dispensing opening is sized such that different sized movable and non-movable covers of at least two different commercial hygiene cloth dispensers are accessible through the dispensing opening.

The top wall includes a dispensing orifice. A plurality of wipes is disposed within an interior space. The first end wall has a first slip-resistant periphery and the second end wall has a second slip-resistant periphery. Each slip-resistant periphery includes thermoplastic elastomer material. The thermoplastic elastomer material is disposed along each periphery such that thermoplastic elastomer material contacts an underlying flat surface whether the container is position on its bottom, on a side, or on an end.

In one embodiment, the dispenser device comprises a dispenser body which defines a cavity therein and a plurality of barrier sheets within the cavity defined by the dispenser body. The dispenser body is configured to be removably attached over a contact point or surface of the flexible enclosure (e.g., a curtain or the like).

The materials and structure of the container allow tissues to be impregnated with an active substance—such as a fragrance—as each tissue is dispensed from the container. The disposable container and a package including the disposable container and a plurality of tissues located within the container are described.

Abstract: A stack of interfolded absorbent sheet products comprises a plurality of absorbent sheets each of which is itself folded at least twice about axes that are perpendicular to one another. The absorbent sheets have an embossed surface relief of a predetermined pattern or design. Each of the absorbent sheets within the stack comprises at least one pair of panels sandwiched between a pair of adjacent panels of another of the absorbent sheets in the stack.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention generally provide methods and structures for rolling paper structures for an end user to create a cigar or cigarette. In one aspect, a rolling paper structure is provided including a first paper section having a first height, a second paper section coupled to the first paper section and the second paper section having a second height longer than the first height, and an optional adhesive disposed on the second paper section. The rolling paper structure may be folded between the first paper section and the second paper section having a portion extending beyond the first paper section. A plurality of the rolling paper structures may be disposed in a storage structure. A method for disposing rolling paper structures in and retrieving rolling papers structures from the storage structure is also provided.

The paper towel cabinet also includes a module assembly comprising a first module having a front surface extending transversely relative to the first side wall and toward the second side wall. When the door is in an open position, the front surface prevents paper towels leaning toward the door from falling out of the cabinet. The cabinet also includes a bar mounted proximate to the opening and having a length extending between the side walls. The bar is positioned between a stack of paper towels and the opening when the stack of paper towels is placed on the paper towel tray.

Abstract: A container for storing personal care articles comprising a lid structure attached to the container is disclosed. The lid structure has a top lid portion connected to a base lid portion. The base lid portion includes a rigid port surrounding a unitary dispensing partition extending in an x and z direction to the rigid port, the unitary dispensing partition having a dispensing slit formed therethrough. The unitary dispensing partition forms an arc extending a first depth into the interior of the container in a z-direction. The depth of the dispensing partition allows for the personal care article to be stored in a pop-up dispensing position with a larger portion of the personal care article extending from the dispensing slit. This allows for easier retrieval of the product by a consumer and less dispensing failures.

Abstract: The present invention is a system for dispensing horizontally stacked moist towelettes. One embodiment involves turning a tub upside down and providing a side door for accessing the stacked towels. Another embodiment involves orienting a tub in an upright position and providing a means for users to easily access the contents. Moist towelettes are dispensed one at a time, from beginning to end. Once one towelette is removed, the next is in position for removal. Any towelette that falls back into the tub can be easily retrieved through the opening without having to open the entire package.

Abstract: A dispenser box having a modified rectangular shape with leaf-shaped end walls and partly curved main walls that may form symmetrically or non-symmetrically configured halves of the dispenser box. The first main wall has a substantially flat surface extending from a first side edge of the dispenser box and changing into a curved surface when moving in a direction from the first side edge towards a second side edge of the dispenser box. The second main wall has a corresponding substantially flat surface at the second side edge, which changes into a curved surface when moving in a direction towards the first side edge.

Abstract: A pop-up type dispenser is provided for paper towels, in which a specially sized and shaped hole in the dispenser top cooperates with a stack of paper towels housed in the dispenser. The towel stack has at least two interfolded webs of perforated absorbent sheet material in which the perforations of one web are not aligned with the perforations of an adjacent web. The towels may be withdrawn through the opening one sheet at a time, by a user pulling on a first sheet of said one web protruding through said opening without needing to touch a next sheet on the adjacent web or a subsequent sheet on the one web.

Abstract: The present invention fulfills the above and other objects by providing a combination dispensing and disposal container (1) having a dispensing end (2) with a dispensing opening (3) for dispensing new items, such as facial tissue, wet wipes, candy, etc. On the opposite end of the container is a disposal end (4) with a disposal opening (5) for accepting trash. A bladder (6) located inside of the container separates a storage compartment (7) where new items are held from a disposal compartment (8) where trash is held. In addition to or in lieu of a bladder, a rigid partition (9) may also separate the storage compartment from the disposal compartment. One or more lids (10, 11) keeps the dispensing and end and the disposal end sealed when not in use. An additional feature is a strap (12) that allows a user to attach the tissue container to his or her wrist.

A dispensing opening is located between the front wall and the support surface, and at least one guide element is arranged to support a leading panel of a first towel adjacent the front wall and a leading edge of the leading panel parallel to the lower edge of the front wall.

Abstract: By either rotating a folded clip within a dispenser, or by folding the clip into a J-shape instead of a U-shape and then placing the clip into a dispenser, more sheets can be placed into the dispenser without causing an increase in dispensing problems. Alternatively, fewer dispensing problems result if the same number of sheets is placed into the dispenser. In one embodiment, the dispenser was an upright facial tissue carton and the clip was an interfolded stack of facial tissues.

The container has a top, bottom, a side wall, and a removable portion defined by a perforated tear outline disposed in at least one of the top, bottom, and at least three sides. The container provides containment of a product within an inner portion thereof. The removable portion has indicia imprinted thereupon, the indicia being disposed upon the removable portion disposed within said inner portion to face the product. The removable portion and the indicia reduce the environmental impact of disposal of the removable portion when the removable portion is removed from the multi-walled container.

Abstract: Various pop-up bath tissue dispensing devices are described. In one embodiment, the bath tissue dispenser is configured to dispense bath tissues one at a time. In order to educate a child during toilet training on how much tissue to use, the tissue sheets contained within the dispenser have a size sufficient such that only one sheet is necessary for wiping. The dispenser can include an attachment device for attaching the dispenser to a spindle while still permitting the spindle to hold a conventional roll of bath tissue. In various embodiments, the tissue sheets or the dispenser may include designs or other indicia to either encourage a child during toilet training or to help educate the child during toilet training.

Abstract: A folded product and packaging arrangement utilizes quarter folded and interfolded sheets forming a more-or-less square or cube shaped stack/clip of interfolded sheets closely matching the inside profile of a substantially cube-shaped package, substantially completely filling the package, and allows the same number of sheets provided by former packaging arrangements, which used rectangular sheets folded into U-shaped clips, in a package with a substantially square footprint and having only half the height of the previous packages. Alternatively, the new folding arrangement allows twice as many sheets to be provided in the same size package used in prior approaches requiring U-shaped folded clips of rectangular sheets. Stacked packages inside of a cover may be repositioned when an upper package is expended to present tissue from a fresh box through the top of the cover.

Within the stack, the first fold configuration is different than the second fold configuration. In one embodiment, the first side folded sheets were V-folded and the second side folded sheets were Z-folded. Abstract: A tissue dispensing device for use with a standard tissue carton is formed as a helical coil spring that is highly stretchy and has a top coil that is fastened around a dispenser aperture in a top surface of the tissue carton with the remainder of the helical coil spring inserted into a space between the top surface of the tissue carton and top of the stack of tissues within the carton with a bottom coil thereof resting on top of the stack of tissues. The helical coil spring forms an open circular space within its coils under gravity that provides a vertically-extending support structure for supporting a tissue next to be dispensed from the tissue stack in a vertical standing position with a leading part thereof extending through a membrane opening of the dispenser aperture of the tissue carton to enable a user to grasp the leading part to withdraw the next tissue to be dispensed.

Abstract: A glove dispensing assembly includes a stack of interfolded gloves. In particular, the gloves are folded in an S-like arrangement including a first fold and a second fold. The finger portion of a leading glove is folded in between a cuff portion and an intermediate portion of a subsequent glove. The manner in which the gloves are folded allows for the gloves to be dispensed in a perpendicular direction or a lateral direction.

Abstract: A stamped bucket for a vending machine having an elongated body with opposing first and second ends, a first end wall integrally formed on the body along the first end and a second end wall integrally formed on the body along the second end. The first and second end walls extending in generally transverse relation to the body. The first end wall has one or more tab portions extending therefrom that are secured to the body adjacent the first end. The second end wall also has one or more tab portions extending therefrom that are secured to the body adjacent the second end. An axis of rotation extends between the first and second end walls substantially longitudinally along the body.

Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing interfolded disposable sheets is disclosed. The dispenser includes a removable panel that is attached to the first sheet in the stack contained in the container. When the removable panel is pulled off the container, the first sheet in the stack is partially or completely withdrawn from the container. The removable panel may be adhered to the first sheet using an adhesive material. The adhesive material may be contained in a recess formed in the removable panel. The recess is designed to protect the adhesive material during manufacture of the product and/or to prevent the adhesive material to adhering to other portions of the product. In one embodiment, after the stack of sheets are loaded into the dispenser, the recess is inverted forming a protrusion that contacts the first sheet in the stack and forms a bond between the removable panel and the first sheet.

The carton includes a top wall, opposed side walls, end walls and an article dispenser. Aspects of the glove assemblies provided herein include a dispenser case having a flange having locking tab for sliding engagement with a channel on the carrier. The dispenser case may be removed from the carrier and a new dispenser case engaged to the carrier.

Abstract: A dispenser, and associated method for producing such dispenser, for interfolded disposable sheets includes a dispensing container defining an interior volume sufficient for receipt of a clip of interfolded disposable sheets, the container including a first wall with a dispensing opening defined by a removable panel. At least a portion of an adhesive material is disposed at a location on the removable panel such that the adhesive is not exposed to the interior volume of the container in an adhesive state. A clip of interfolded disposable sheets is inserted into the interior volume of the container. After insertion of the clip, the adhesive material is exposed in an adhesive state to the interior volume of the container and contact is made between the adhesive and the uppermost sheet of the clip of interfolded sheets such that the removable panel is attached to the uppermost sheet.
