Abstract: A waterproof phone case includes a front shell and a rear shell. The front shell is rotatably connected with the rear shell. The front shell cooperates with the rear shell to form an accommodating space configured to accommodate a mobile phone. An area of the front shell corresponding to the accommodating space includes a viewing area. A rotating portion and magnetic portions are arranged on a rear surface of the rear shell. The rotating portion is detachably connected with a rear hanger. The magnetic portions are magnetically connected with the rear hanger. Two different positions of the rear hanger are magnetically matched with the magnetic portions through the rotating portion of the rear shell.

Abstract: Mounting assembly used to secure an object in a desired location, and also allow for the quick and efficient relocation of the object to a new location is provided as a two-piece assembly comprising a clip and corresponding fastener. The fastener is coupled to an object (such as a gun holster), and the clip is provided at a desired location. The fastener and the clip can be releasably coupled together, providing a support for the object attached to the fastener. The mounting assembly can be decoupled by activating a pair of tabs configured on the fastener. The fastener and associated object (e.g., gun holster) can therefore be quickly and easily moved from a first location to a second location, such as from a belt attachment to a carrier or other device.

Abstract: A pest control device and method and kit for pest control. The pest control includes a main body having a curved shape configured to extend partially or completely around a body of a person, a hose, a collection container operably connected to the hose, and a vacuum mechanism containing a motor. The vacuum mechanism is operably connected to the collection container and the hose. The pest control device also includes a battery operably connected to the vacuum mechanism. The method for pest control includes providing the pest control device, arranging the main body around the body of the person, and activating the vacuum mechanism to suction pests via the hose into the collection container. The kit for pest control includes a main body having a curved shape configured to extend partially or completely around a body of a person, a hose, a collection container, a vacuum mechanism containing a motor, a battery, and a plurality of implements.

The main wall is configured to support and abut the second side of an electronic device. The biasing member projects from the main wall and is configured to bias the electronic device away from the main wall. The biasing member is configured to extend along and abut at least a portion of the second side of the electronic device. The hook structure is configured to secure the electronic device. The hook structure includes an end portion that is configured to support and abut at least a portion of the first side of the electronic device.

Abstract: A self-adjusting holster includes first and second shell portions having opposite side panels extending substantially parallel to each other. At least one of the first and second shell portions having a bottom panel. The side panels of the first shell portion and side panels of the second shell portion are configured to telescopically mate such that the mated shell portions slidably adjust relative to each other in a first direction and together define an interior space and an open end opposite the bottom panel. An elastomeric member is configured to bias the shell portions toward each other along the first direction. An item inserted into the open end between the first and second shell portions displaces the shell portions relative to each other against biasing force provided by the elastomeric member.

Abstract: Shell holders for firearms have a body including a plurality of bores, a plurality of elastomeric elements, each associated with a different selected one of the bores, each elastomeric element having a protruding portion that protrudes a selected distance into the bore, a plurality of movable adjustment elements, each connected to the body and each operably engaged to a different selected one of the elastomeric elements, wherein the selected distance the protruding portion of the elastomeric element protrudes into the bore is adjustable based on an adjustment position of each adjustment element, and the selected distance is independently adjustable for each elastomeric element. The shell holder may be for a shotgun. The movable adjustment elements may include a plurality of jaws movable with respect to the body. There may be a gap defined between the body and each jaw. The elastomeric elements may be received within the gaps.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an accessory device usable with a portable electronic device and an aerosol delivery device. The accessory device may include a case configured to receive the portable electronic device and the aerosol delivery device therein. Further, the accessory device may include an interface that provides an electrical connection and/or a data connection between the aerosol delivery device and the portable electronic device. Thereby, the portable electronic device may charge the aerosol delivery device or vice versa and/or data may be exchanged therebetween. The carrier made from a material is flexible and has memory for returning to a configuration for retaining a magazine. At least two faces are discontiguous with each other and can be separated from each other. A retained magazine can be disengaged from the carrier and rapidly deployed if a multi-vectored force is applied to the magazine.

Abstract: An interface device includes an elongated sensor strap having a secured end and an unsecured end opposite to the secured end. The unsecured end of the sensor strap represents a first sensor half, and a second sensor half is adapted to receive the first sensor half/unsecured end to form a sensor link between the two sensor halves. A deployment sensor switch provides an input to a monitoring device for an alarm system. The deployment sensor switch is adapted to reside in an armed state when the first and second sensor halves form a sensor link, but change to an alarm state when the first sensor half and second sensor half are separated to break the sensor link. The sensor strap is sufficiently long to produce a closed loop around a firearm or other object to in a monitored position when the first and second sensor halves are placed together to form the sensor link.

Abstract: An identification apparatus and methods of use are presented. Embodiments include a loop of flexible material, having an exterior surface. Indicia, identifying an organization, is displayed on at least a portion of the exterior surface. A container is provided to store the loop of flexible material. Some embodiments couple the container with a belt or other article of clothing or clothing accessory. The loop of flexible material may be coupled with the container. The container may serve as an anchoring point for one or more methods of displaying the loop of flexible material. Some methods of use position the loop of flexible material over portions of a user's body. Some methods of use permit one hand operation of the apparatus.

Abstract: A holster for a handgun, comprising a holster body defining a cavity for receiving and holding a handgun; a retention guard pivotably coupled to the body, wherein the retention guard is pivotable between a closed position for securing a handgun within the cavity and an open position for removal of the handgun; and a guard release lever for releasably securing the retention guard in the closed position, wherein the guard release lever is biased to a guard retention position, but wherein the guard release lever is capable of being pivoted to a guard release position when a user's thumb/finger applies a pivoting force to the thumb/finger engagement portion such that the guard locking portion is sufficiently withdrawn from the guard locking means to allow the retention guard to pivot to the open position.

A biasing member at the first end of the shroud applies a biasing force on the firing end of the handgun to bias opposite end of the handgun into engagement with the locking arrangement at the opposite second end of the shroud to secure the handgun in the shroud. In another non-limiting embodiment of the invention, the holster is mounted on a plate having fasteners passing through elongated slits into the top of the shroud to angle the shroud relative to the plate, and the plate is mounted for vertical adjustment on a U-shaped securing clamp. The holster further includes mechanical arrangements which prevent unauthorized removal of the handgun from the shroud, prevents firing the handgun when in the shroud, and signals a loaded handgun in the shroud.

The flexible bag component also has an exterior side that may be removably secured to a user-wearable rig.

Abstract: An improved stripping basket for fly fishing is disclosed. The stripping basket is easily compacted for stowing while on board a boat, or for packing the stripping basket in a suitcase for travel to a fishing destination. The basket comprises multiple removable line separators and drainage holes in a base plate. The base plate folds towards the front wall of the stripping basket. The front wall has multiple slits that correspond to the arrangement of the line separators. With the line separators still attached to the base plate, the stripping basket can be quickly unfolded for use. This is convenient when on board a boat, awaiting a turn to fish. For longer term storage, such when packing in a suitcase for travel, the line separators can be removed for maximum portability.

Abstract: A pocket comprises an inner cup cooperating in a nested relationship with an outer cup to define a chamber having a closed bottom end and an open upper end sized to receive an article. A hinge interconnects the inner and outer cups at the closed bottom end of the chamber. Abstract: The invention relates to a tool bag which can be carried next to the body of a person, the tool bag comprising at least one receiving element for at least one tool. The inventive tool bag respectively comprises a three-dimensional flexible safety chord for each tool associated with a receiving element. The chord can be fixed to the associated tool, and can be fixed to the tool bag in such a way that it can be extracted and automatically retracted by means of an extracting and retracting device.

Abstract: A method of mounting a detachable drawlock to a compound bow is disclosed. It consists of a fixture attached to the bow and a drawlock having complimentary mounting means that fit in the fixture securely but detatchably. A detatchable drawlock is disclosed wherein the bow mounted fixture is a quiver mounting block that attaches at the bow sight. The detatchable drawlock comprises a mounting plate bearing the same mounting means as the quiver which detatchably mounts in the quiver mounting block, a rod attached to the mounting plate to hold the draw, and a mechanical release at the distal end. The mechanical release disclosed comprises a string catch that is spring biased to the cocked position, a trigger, and a safety that is spring biased to the on position. The drawlock carries on the quiver for transportation and storage.

The carrying device includes a bag having an internal compartment, the bag defining an opening for providing access to the internal compartment. Abstract: A bag for the storage and transport of golf equipment includes at least two sections, each including an upper and a lower edge, respectively, where the sections are pivotably interconnected in a hinge, where the bag is openable by folding the sections apart along the hinge, towards an open position in which the interior of the bag is uncovered. At least one section includes a fastening element for golf club shafts in its upper part, in that at least one section includes club head separating element in its lower part for receiving club heads of one or more golf clubs whose shafts are fastened to the fastening element, in that the hinge is arranged along the lower respective edge of each section, and in that the bag includes a support element so that the bag can stand in a stable manner on a supporting surface when in its opened position.

Abstract: Two components slide with respect to one another, and hold a stack of cards. A first component includes three members extending into a chamber formed by its C-shaped cross-section. When the components are slid apart, the first card in the stack is partially exposed. The card is pushed back past the outer members providing resistance to prevent the cards from moving while allowing only the top card to be pushed past the outer appendages to expose the next card. When the components are pushed together, a bump on an L-shaped component assures that the cards are aligned in a stack. The two outer members include tangs at their terminations that retain a stack of cards within the chamber and prevent them from sliding past. Between the outer members, a central spring extends in an angled configuration into the chamber and presses against the cards and frictionally retains them in position within the chamber.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to multi-functional carriers for carrying items and methods for constructing carriers. According to some embodiments the carrier includes a holder and a strap molded of foam material. Abstract: The dual magazine pouches allows one of the two magazines to be partially ejected from the pouch automatically when the pouch is opened so that a shooter has quick and easy access to the magazine yet the remaining magazine is retained securely within the pouch. The pouches include a main body formed by a cargo pocket sewn to a back/flap, which extends above the cargo pocket and folds over to enclose the open mouth of the pouch, and an “elevator” mechanism, which automatically raises one of the magazine when the pouch is opened. The “elevator” mechanism is provided by two elastic members: an elastic retention band and an elastic “elevator” band or cord. The retention band snugly holds a first ammunition magazine against the back/flap when fully inserted into the pouch. The elevator band forms a “saddle” within which a second ammunition magazine sits. Fully inserting the second magazine stretches the elevator band.

A golf accessory holder (1) has an opening (16) into which a divot repair tool (2) is at least partially inserted. Abstract: A system for carrying and rapidly accessing implements carried on a belt, especially implements used by law enforcement officers. The system uses a hinged floor carried on a flatplate having a belt loop. The hinged floor is held perpendicular to the flat plate by a strap or cover having a quick-release latch at the top. When the strap or cover is released the floor drops to form an angle with the flat plate, allowing the user to quickly remove the implement using one hand.

Abstract: A baton carrier featuring an attachment assembly that is rotatable with respect to the holder portion of the carrier. The baton carrier can be placed in various angular positions with respect to the attachment assembly on the user's belt. The rotatable attachment assembly simplifies the removal of a baton, as well an enhancing comfort for the wearer, by allowing the user to position the carrier at an optimum angle. The baton carrier of the present invention can also accommodate belts of different widths. In one embodiment, the attachment assembly has an adjustable member whose position along the assembly can be changed to allow belts of different widths to be looped therethrough. In another embodiment, one of a plurality of inserts of various sizes may be selected for insertion within the belt loop of the attachment assembly.

Abstract: A carrier for an article such as a folded multipurpose hand tool. The carrier is molded of a stiff but resiliently flexible material and includes a body to which is attached an arm that can be placed around a person's belt. The arm has a hook at its lower end that can be latched into mating engagement in a receptacle in the body of the carrier. Grip members hold an article securely in the carrier. Ears on the sides of the carrier can be used to hold the carrier while the article carried is being removed from the carrier.
