The case includes a base unit having at least a first housing and a second housing for holding respectively at least first and second rolls, and at least a first door and a second door installed on the base unit. The doors are designed, in the closed position, to respectively protect the first and second rolls and, in the open position, to provide access respectively to the first and second housings in order to reload them individually with rolls. The first and second doors have respectively a first and a second nozzle for dispensing the webs from the first and second rolls.

Abstract: A wrapping film dispenser has a generally cylindrical container that defines a cavity for accommodating a wrapping film roll, and further defines a slot extending along its length for extracting a sheet of wrapping film through the slot. A gripping pad member is rigidly attached at a first lengthwise edge of the slot. A locking element is rigidly attached proximal to a second lengthwise edge of the slot. The locking element extends towards the gripping pad member, presses the extracted wrapping film sheet against the gripping pad member, and restricts movement and prevents roll back of the extracted wrapping film sheet. A cutting frame is rigidly attached proximal to the first lengthwise edge of the slot above the gripping pad member, and has a protruding element located at a predetermined location on the cutting frame for cutting the wrapping film sheet extracted out through the slot.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides improved tape dispensers that include a case featuring a pair of opposing main plates each coupled to two circumferential wall plates. The main plates, and corresponding circumferential wall plates, are rotatable relative to one another to expose a support structure for a tape roll. A cutting blade may be provided on one of the circumferential wall plates and may include a substantially arc shaped support surface.

Abstract: An angled core slot dispenser includes an inclined platform sized and shaped to fit beneath a roll of film bags wound on a hollow central core. A core pin has first and second ends, is sized and shaped to fit slidably within the central core and has at least one notch that extends across one of the ends. First and second guide slots are sized, shaped and located to fit slidably about the ends of the core pin. At least one guide rail is located between outer edges of at least one of the guide slots and is sized and shaped to slidably engage the at least one notch. A bag stream guide, side constraints and a snagging hook are attached to the bag dispenser. The dispenser may be attached to an adapter for a bin mounted to a vertical surface formerly used to hold a single wide bag roll.

The tabs a close to the roller and hold the end of the tape adjacent the roller facilitating application of the tape to a substrate. The dispenser is also provided with feet at its rear end allowing the dispenser to rest on its rear end with the end of the tape remote from the supporting surface.

In embodiments, the dispenser includes a housing and a roll support platform which supports the center pull roll when loaded within the housing. The side walls have integral channels that provide support for a rod for a wide roll of bags. The adapter includes first and second bag dispensers for vertically folded coreless roll mounted bags. Each of the dispensers has first and second side panels that are attached together with a connecting link that aligns the front edges and bottom edges of the dispensers. First and second axles are mounted adjacent the outer side panels of the dispensers with positioning wheels that engage the integral channels of the bin.

The box is provided with a slot extending longitudinally of the box, through which, when the box is closed, the sheet material may be manually pulled. One of the base and lid is provided with a toothed profile portion extending parallel to the slot for separating a length of sheet material from the remainder of the roll. The interior of the box is provided with respective supports for engaging opposite axial ends of a roll. At least one of the supports is selectively positionable along the length of the box interior at a plurality of mounting locations defined interiorly of at least one of the base and lid. Thus, one and the same box can accommodate a range of alternative rolls of sheet material of different widths of material.

A constraining movement element prevents lateral movement of the bag roll. A perforation parting means separates bags as they are pulled from the roll. The bags may be folded along at least one vertical axis to form a more compact bag roll and may have a chisel cut in the perforation to aid in separation by the perforation parting means. The frame includes four corners each of approximately 90 degrees, has a C shape in a horizontal plane, and includes a dispensing end, a back end, and two sides. The lower bag roll support includes a proximal end attached to the back end and extends downwardly to a distal end. The perforation parting means may be located outwardly from the dispensing end of the frame.

An edge of the first surface is common to an edge of an adjacent second surface. The tape application apparatus includes a housing and a tape hub attached to the housing that is capable of slidably receiving the roll. The housing has first and second exterior surfaces and first and second interior surfaces and is capable of receiving the roll. Aligned and attached to the rear surface of the outer shell is a hollow pipe Formed on the inside and outside surfaces of the short pipe are two longitudinally aligned slots. Located inside the short pipe is a sliding piston. Extending through the piston and the pipe is an axle that partially extends into the cavity to hold a spool that fits inside a roll of tape. A spring is disposed inside the pipe that automatically holds the axle in an upward position on the pipe. During use, the portion of the axle that extends outward acts as a finger bar that is used to lift the axle upward so that new, large roll of tape may be placed over the axle and into the cylindrical cavity.

Wrapping paper is stored on dowels within the container and is dispensed through openings in the side wall of the container. Similarly, the lid contains a dispensing housing for storing rolls of tape, ribbon, etc., which can be dispensed through openings in the side wall of the lid and cut using a cutting device.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for dispensing a roll of material such as a pressure sensitive adhesive tape. The apparatus includes an enclosable housing having a roll holding piece, a cover piece, and a hinge assembly for joining the roll holding piece and cover piece. The hinge assembly permits opening of the housing while the cover piece and roll holding piece remain connected by the hinge assembly. The apparatus also includes an applicator located proximate to the dispensing end for applying a material to a substrate; a discharge opening for the material, and a cutting member located proximate to the dispensing end for cutting the material. The apparatus of the present invention is particularly useful as a hand-held tape dispenser.

Dispensing is transferred from a stub roll to a reserve roll automatically in response to sensing a predetermined quantity of the stub roll. An isolating element is provided to lift the reserve roll out of contact with dispensing rollers during dispensing of sheet material from the stub roll, and a nipping element is provided to nip sheet material of the reserve roll when dispensing is transferred from the stub roll to the reserve roll. A cam controls movement of both the isolating element and the nipping element. Structure is also provided for sensing the diameter of the reserve roll of sheet material and providing an indication when the reserve roll is a predetermined diameter. The dispenser is quiet and capacity efficient.

Each of the legs extends outwardly away from the back surface in a generally parallel direction with relation to each other such that each may be abutted against one of the side walls. The foil is cut on teeth.

Abstract: An improved towel dispenser includes a rotatable driveshaft mounted in a one-way clutch bearing fitted with a pinion which engages a vertically oriented press bar assembly including at its lower portion a rack which engages the pinion to advance paper towel through a dispensing nip upon pivotable motion of the press bar assembly. A dispensing chute located below the dispensing nip includes a lower shelf configured to direct web forwardly toward the front portion of a dispenser. The gear rack is preferably an internal gear rack integrally formed with a unitary press bar assembly member. The dispensing chute is configured such that an angle between a cutting-blade and the outer lip of the shelf makes an angle with a vertical of at least about 25°.

Abstract: An automatic paper dispensing apparatus includes a molded plastic housing and a protective cover hingably attached to the housing, the housing further including a pair of parallel end shields disposed in a lower part of the housing. Each of said parallel end shields are perpendicular to a rear plane of the housing and spaced to allow positioning of a rotatably supported support drum and a pressure roller disposed in relation to the drum to ensure feeding of a strip of paper from a take-off reel disposed in an upper part of the housing. Each of the end shields include elastically deformable tongues having recesses to accommodate the pressure roller and to position opposing ends of the support drum, wherein the support drum is a unitary member comprising a smooth continuous area extending over essentially one-half the outer periphery of the drum, and having a plurality of discs spaced over the entire length thereof.

Abstract: A powered dispenser for dispensing individual paper towel segments from a continuous roll of paper provided with spaced lines of tearing comprises a housing, a support for the roll of paper, a feed mechanism, and a control device. The control device senses the presence of a user to activate the feed mechanism, controls the amount of material which is dispensed from the housing for any one cycle, and prevents further dispensing of the paper until the previous segment is separated from the roll. The control device detects the leading edge of the paper to initiate monitoring of the length of paper to be dispensed to prevent any cumulative error in dispensing the segments.

Abstract: The perforated roll dispensing system comprises a hinged cradle within a housing enclosure with easily releasable latch lock. The semi-circular cradle trough provides a stable storage means for perforated roll products. The textured surface of the trough gives useful braking from the friction with the rotating roll for controlled metering and provides adequate resistance to tear and extract unity of the sheet material from the dispenser without unraveling. The hinge and latch feature make it easy to deploy and retract the cradle trough to the loading mode or the dispensing mode. The right angled top enclosure and back panel of the housing can be mounted on a vertical and horizontal surface.

Abstract: A waste bag dispenser and used bag receptacle unit for collecting animal feces comprises a container for holding and dispensing a roll of plastic film bags and a used bag disposal receptacle. A frame for attaching the unit upon a support surface holds the container above the receptacle. Bags are manually pulled out of the container and torn from the roll of bags and are used for collecting animal waste material, such as dog feces. The used bags are deposited in the waste bag receptacle which may be removed from the frame periodically for disposition of the used bags.

Abstract: A novelty dispensing device has a spool or cone for supplying a strand of confection. The strand is dispensed through an aperture in the housing to a stationary severing means. The spool is supported by bearings within the housing and the cone is supported by a cap on the housing. A loose connection with the housing allows a small pivotal movement of the cone that prevents the strand from binding on the cone during dispensing. The severing means is positioned between inwardly tapering protrusions so that the strand can fit into the severing means but fingers cannot.

Abstract: A dispenser is provided for adhesive tape. The dispenser includes a tape roll chamber with a hub having an axis about which a roll of tape may rotate. A tape dispensing channel extends from the tape roll chamber. The tape dispensing channel is configured to twist the tape approximately 90° about its longitudinal axis. Additionally, the tape dispensing channel is oriented such that the axis of the tape at the end of the tape dispensing channel is aligned at an acute angle to a plane defined by the axis of the tape wound onto the roll of tape. A window is defined near the end of the tape dispensing channel to enable an index finger to apply pressure to the non-adhesive surface of the tape for urging the adhesive surface of the tape against a substrate. A blade support wall is disposed distally of the window and includes a serrated blade for severing the tape.

Abstract: A dispenser for a roll of tape that is suitable for dispensing material such as transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive, and method for making thereof are disclosed. The dispenser includes a single-piece housing comprising a first side wall and a second side wall extended from a central wall substantially parallel to each other. Each of the side walls is provided with roll mounting flaps cut out of the side walls opposite to each other and folded inwardly therefrom. The mounting flaps are axially aligned with each other and are adapted for rotatably supporting the tape roll within the frame. The housing is made of any appropriate stiff, but foldable material, such as a sheet of plastic or metal. The two side walls of the housing are retained in a substantially parallel position by a retaining member extending between the side walls within the core of the tape roll. A serrated cutting edge may be provided on an outer edge of the central wall.

Abstract: A dispenser is described for dispensing plastic bags which are wound on a hollow cylindrical core. The dispenser is an integral molded plastic device having a bottom panel and upstanding sidewalls which are biased toward each other and which include stub axles adapted to receive the opposite ends of the core on which the roll is wound. The sidewalls apply a braking force to the ends of the core. The core fits tightly onto the stub axles to provide an additional braking force in order to prevent free wheeling of the roll as the individual bags are dispensed.

Abstract: A wound film dispenser with exterior retainer and method of assembling same are disclosed. The wound film dispenser includes a base to which a lid is hingedly attached via a fold. The interior end walls of the base include false walls which are biased into the base. The false walls include aperture through which the ends of the roll extend to at least partially receive the ends of the roll of wound film material. In so doing, the retainers are provided exterior to the roll of film. The false walls may be biased into the base using braces pushing the top edge of the false wall away from the end walls.
