Abstract: A security handle for a bag that holds merchandise, a bag incorporating the handle and a method of using the same. A first handle section of the security handle is secured to a first wall of the bag. A second section of the handle is folded over an upper end of the bag and is secured to a second wall of the bag that is opposite the first wall. The handle thereby closes off access to an interior compartment defined by the bag, thereby securing merchandise within the interior compartment. The handle includes a selectively removable tamper-proof opener member positioned between the first and second handle sections. The opener member is removed after delivery of the bag to a customer to allow access to interior compartment of the bag. The opener member may be a pull tab that is integrally formed with the first and second handle sections.

In some embodiments, an envelope may include a unitary planar material folded along first and second transverse folds forming a first end panel, a second end panel, and a middle panel disposed between the first end panel and the second end panel, along the second transverse fold to form a closure for the document receptacle, and a lateral projection on one of the first and second end panels folded along a longitudinal fold onto another portion of the one of the first and second end panels and affixed along an edge of the lateral projection opposite the longitudinal fold to the another portion of the one of the first and second end panels to form a pocket between the lateral projection and the another portion of the one of the first and second end panels.

Abstract: Multiple packaging of wrappers containing products for medical use include an envelope to which at least two bunches of the wrappers are fastened, the bunches being arranged so that the envelopes of each bunch turn out to be mutually joined along one side and free along the opposite side so as to appear spread apart. The bunches are fastened inside the envelope so to allow maximizing the multiple packaging capacity, without having to considerably increase the size.

The pocket is foldable along the first fold line to a closed position in which the main body, the third panel, the tail, and the second panel overlie the first panel, and the pocket is further foldable to an open position in which the third panel, the tail, and the second panel are angled away from the back panel.

Abstract: A customizable envelope formed from interchangeable components allows the user to create various color and texture arrangements. The envelope is formed using two separate pieces of paper or other similar sheet material, each of which includes two foldable end flaps and a central portion. Both sheets are generally rectangular in shape and, when assembled to form the finished envelope, are preferably oriented so that their elongate axes are at a 90° angle to each other. In one form, the central portion of one sheet has a pair of elongated slits preferably formed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheet and located near the top and bottom edges, respectively. The second sheet is sized so that it will be received in these slits. After assembly, the portion of the first, slitted sheet, exterior to the slits appears to frame the central portion of the second sheet, providing a framed opening on either the inner or outer surface of the completed envelope.

The member 12 consists of the rest of the holder cover and a paper fastener 7. The rest of the cover is made with a single paper sheet in which a back panel 2, a spine panel 3, a pleat 4 and a joint portion 5 are defined by folding the sheet, and the paper fastener 7 is secured on the pleat 4. A double-coated adhesive tape 6 is adhesively bonded on the outside surface of the joint portion 5 along a line a—a. Upon making the holder 10 with this kit, the member 11 is fed through a printer and any desired designs are printed thereon.

Abstract: A disk case has a pocket-shaped case body for accommodating a disk. Tongue pieces are provided at one edge of the case body, at the centers of opposite halves of the periphery of a disk insertion inlet thereat. These tongue pieces are formed so that one end of each is aligned with a corresponding end of the other at a first position of the end of the disk insertion inlet, and overlap or cross each other on the outside of the periphery. The respective other ends of the tongue pieces coincide with a pair of opposite edges of the case body. Perforations are provided along the boundary between each of the tongue pieces and the case body. The tongue pieces can be torn at these perforations to be separated from the case body. The disk case thus formed has a simple structure, can be easily sealed and appended to a book, and prevents a disk from moving in the case after being placed therein.

The flap on the front panel has an identification tab which is insertable through a slot formed in the rear panel and projects up for convenient access and visibility when the closure flap is in its closed position.

Abstract: An envelope includes a face and a base having a side edge integrally formed together and having a bottom edge welded together. A slot is formed in an upper edge portion of the face. A flap is integrally formed on an upper edge portion of the base and an ear is formed in the flap. The ear is insertable through the slot of the face when the flap is folded and superposed upon the face so that the upper edge portions of the face and of the base can be clamped together and so that papers disposed within the envelope can be safely and stably retained in place.

In order to prevent a received disc from slipping out, one side of the inner case member is fastened to the outer case member forming a space for receiving the words card or words note between the outer case member and inner case member and a stopper formed in the upper end of the outer case member to prevent the disc from slipping out. In order to make the taking in or out of the words card or words note smoothly, the outer case member further provides a cut-off portion at one longitudinal side, thereby allowing a words card or words note to pass therethrough.

The detachable tear strip margins are severable from their associated panels along weakened tear lines to provide an unloading opening through which the contents of the envelope may be removed.

The blank and envelope are formed from a sheet of foldable material such as paper cut and scored for defining a planar rectangular main body of predetermined height and width and bounded by three straight side score lines and a cut edge and have at least one vertical score line dividing the main body into at least two body portions of substantially equal height which are hingedly connected one to the other along the vertical score line. Right and left flap panels extend vertically of the main body and are hingedly connected along right and left side score lines for folding leftwardly and rightwardly respectively into juxtaposition with the body portions.

The cover 11 includes a first flap 19 which initially overlies a second flap 20 and which has its end edge glued by adhesive 25 to the backing sheet 12. Two lines 26, 27 of perforations adjacent the line of adhesive 25 define between them a strip which can be torn out to provide access to the pamphlet 10. The pamphlet 10 can subsequently be re-enclosed by inserting a tongue 24 on the second flap 20 into a slit 30 in the first flap 19.

A tuck, flap extension of the closure flap is infolded and tucked back in between the back panel and a lock flap partially overlying the back panel. The back panel and the lock flap, folded back upon it, are secured to the front panel by overlying end tabs.

Abstract: Folders of paper or similar foldable material which comprise at least three panels adapted to be folded in an overlapping relationship are provided with integral means for interlocking two of the panels to maintain the folder in the folded construction. The locking means comprise a tab extending from the edge of the outer end panel and a cooperating locking slot in the adjacent underlying panel adapted to receive the tab by forced bypass interlocking. The non-locking panels are provided with relief slots in the locking area to facilitate the forced bypass interlocking of the tab and lock-slot in the locking panels. Such folders are useful for packaging sutures.

Abstract: A one piece box folder that requires no tucking of flaps and can be erected from a one piece blank. The box is assembled from a unitary blank in which the panels are folded over and connected to one another by physical affixation such as hot melt glue, pressure sensitive adhesive or other means of affixation. The front of the box is formed of at least two plies with a slot between a top ply and a bottom ply receiving an end tab of a cover. The slot through its thickness easily receives the end tab of the cover in self guiding relationship and tightly packed articles do not prevent the ready insertion of the tab. The top cover with the end tab forms with the top overlaying ply of the front a closely knit assemblage which resists inadvert opening by a relatively deep width of the hinged cover tending to keep the end tab within the slot closure.

Abstract: An easily opened, non-adhesively closed envelope includes a closure flap extending from the top front edge thereof with a tuck flap extending from the outer edge of such closure flap. A locking flap is disposed in a downfolded, overlying manner from the top back edge of the envelope and, being adhesively attached to only one side edge of the envelope, provides an open-ended pocket into which the tuck flap is inserted. The tuck flap is held between the back of the envelope and the inner side of the locking flap in sandwich fashion so as to maintain the envelope in a closed disposition. The tuck flap is offset from the centerline of the envelope towards the side edge thereof adjacent to which the locking flap provides the open pocket for receiving the tuck flap. Increased facility of engaging and disengaging the tuck flap from the open pocket defined by the locking flap is thereby provided.
