Keyless Patents (Class 235/80)
  • Patent number: 10223746
Abstract: Certain implementations of the disclosed technology may include systems, methods, and apparatus for inferring the performance of rejected credit applicants using non-tradeline data. According to an example implementation, a method is provided for evaluating factors that may indicate financial distress and/or future credit performance associated with an applicant. In an example implementation, the method may include receiving applicant information associated with an applicant of a credit application. Responsive to a query, the method may include receiving by at least one processor, non-tradeline data related to the applicant. The method includes scoring, using a predictive scoring model, and based at least in part on the non-tradeline data, a prediction of the applicant's future credit performance. The method includes generating, based on the scoring, an estimated credit performance of the applicant over a predetermined period; and outputting an indication of the estimated credit performance.

  • Patent number: 8799092
Abstract: Apparatus and method for detecting in real-time when a User of a prepaid telecommunications account tries to complete a data, voice or financial transaction to purchase a product or service but cannot, due to insufficient funds in the Prepaid Account. The system then determines whether the Account is eligible to receive a Facilitation according to predetermined criteria and, if so, either (1) automatically authorizes the transaction to be completed based on a Facilitation amount, subsequently recorded by the system to satisfy the insufficiency, or (2) instantly communicates to the User an offer to do so, and if the User accepts the offer, authorizes the transaction and records the Facilitation amount. The transaction can then be completed without significant interruption. A mechanism is provided such that on the next Topping-Up event(s) of the User's Account, the Facilitation amount is debited from the User's Account for return to the Facilitator.

  • Patent number: 7873570
Abstract: A computer-based method of updating a client loan portfolio with information on secondary liens relatable to portfolio properties includes inputting property data from the portfolio, monitoring a secondary lien database for secondary liens relatable to the property data, and notifying the client if a secondary lien is detected. Notifying the client may include generating a secondary lien report containing an AVM score or a CLTV ratio, and updating the portfolio by generating a new version of the portfolio that includes secondary liens detected during monitoring. A system may include a client station for inputting data for monitoring, an FTP server for uploading the data from the client station, and a mainframe server for standardizing the data, searching databases for secondary liens, calculating the AVM score and CLTV ratio, and generating the secondary lien report for delivery to the client station via the FTP server.
