The spherical base end portion and the nozzle nut part are provided so that they are separated from one another by the rotation of one of the nozzle and nozzle nut part about the axis of the longitudinal direction. The nozzle section which has been adjusted to have a gas injection direction is fixed from the side of the nozzle, thereby simplifying adjustment of a gas injection direction at the nozzle section by eliminating conventionally required additional operations.

Abstract: A sprinkler structure including a flexible tube made of a circular wire material and a differential wire material by spiral winding. The circular wire material and the differential wire material have different winding radiuses, whereby the flexible tube can be bent and patterned. An inner tube is fitted in the flexible tube. Two ends of the inner tube respectively have two stop flanges. Two ends of the flexible tubes are connected with two connectors and the stop flanges of the inner tube extend out of the flexible tube to respectively lean on shoulder sections of the connectors. When the two connectors are connected with a faucet and a sprinkling head, the stop flanges are compressed to achieve a leakproof effect.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a nozzle and adjust module of chemicals when wafers are processed during the IC manufacturing process. After wafers are loaded on a chuck of a reaction chamber, five chemicals required for the manufacturing process are transported into the passages, and are sprayed on the surfaces of rotating wafers via different nozzles. The centrifugal effect due to the rotation of a main motor is exploited to coat the chemicals on the whole wafer quickly and uniformly. The present invention can apply to both closed and open reaction chambers. The spray head of the present invention has a specially designed angle, and has level adjusting and height adjusting functions so that high flexibility in the manufacturing process can be obtained.

Abstract: A shower head operates under low water pressure. The shower head utilizes a unitary ball. The ball includes a vaned member integrally formed in a passageway through the ball. The vaned member includes a plurality of spaced apart helical arms coterminating at an intermediate rounded spherically shaped surface which evenly distributes water intermediate the helical arms. Water from the vaned member discharges into a large vortex chamber and from the vortex chamber through a smaller venturi-like aperture which accelerates the water past aeration ports.
