  • Patent number: 11577255
Abstract: Disclosed is a meat grinder. According to the technical solution of this disclosure, food is placed into a processing cavity through a material inlet, and after the food is fallen to a side of a propeller away from a cutter head, the propeller is configure to propel the food to a cutter. The food is pressed against the cutter head and the food on the cutter head is cut by the cutter, and the food in discharge holes is squeeze outed by the propeller. Because the propeller is rotatably connected to the cutter head through the wear part, it may prevent an end of the propeller facing the cutter head from rubbing directly against the cutter head and causing black powder, so as to avoid the risk of contamination of the meat and affect the user's experience.

Abstract: A meat grinding reclamation system is disclosed herein. The system uses a conical feed screw. The conical feed screw is provided with a shaft and two flights. The first flight changes from a constant diameter to an expanding diameter. The second flight is provided co-helically along the shaft with a portion of the first flight. As both flights expand in diameter, meat processed through the meat grinding reclamation system accelerates, dislodging undesirable material such as gristle from the meat, before the meat decreases in velocity to present the meat for further processing.

  • Patent number: 6592060
Abstract: A grinder, which is designed to cut frozen or fresh or fresh meat, has a set of blades, comprising a carving blade (2) and a perforated disc (4), in-between which a blade (3) is arranged in a defined fixed intermediate space. The blade (3) is spring-loaded and is pressed against the perforated disc with a preset force, so that wear can remain constant throughout the service life of the blade, and the service life of the blade can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20030025016
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for comminuting a good to be comminuted, in particular in the meat processing industry. The device is provided with cutting assemblies (A, C), each comprising an apertured plate and a rotating cutting head which rotates in front of said plate and which has cutting blades. The cutting assemblies have an adjustable gap between the apertured plate and the cutting blades of the cutting head, respectively. The apertured plates are held against a stop located in a common regulating body. The regulating body is mounted in such a way as to be axially displaceable in relation to the non-displaceable cutting heads, hereby enabling the distance between the apertured plates and the corresponding cutting head to be adjusted simultaneously. At least one other apertured plate is located between the two apertured plates and is supported relative to the adjacent apertured plates by distance rings.

  • Patent number: 6402069
Abstract: In a comminution machine, which is particularly used in industry, with an emulsifier (3), a particularly simple structure with a single driving device for conveying, cutting and emulsifying the material to be chopped is guaranteed when, between a support body (32a) on a stator (32) of the emulsifier (3) and a fulling body (33a) on the corresponding rotor (33), there is a successively narrowing gap (36a) area in which the material to be chopped is exposed to a further constant fulling comminution under pressure. The rotor (33) is rotationally connected with the shaft (4) of the cutting and conveying device of the comminution device. On the rotor (33) a co-axial hub (33c) connected to the fulling body, is provided, with which hub the rotor (33) is fitted on the shaft (4).
