Tube Having Configured Interior Surface Patents (Class 241/82.6)
  • Patent number: 10695772
Abstract: A foodstuff grinding attachment for connection to a rotary drive outlet of a host device. The attachment includes a main body part having a generally tubular hollowed portion for attachment to the host device. A rotatable scroll-type extruding tool is capable of rotating within a cavity formed in the tubular portion of the main body part and couples with the rotary drive outlet when the main body part is attached to the host device. The main body part includes first and second separable components configured to be secured together for operation of the attachment. The components are separable from one another to provide access to the cavity for cleaning.

  • Patent number: 10105710
Abstract: A meat grinder has a motor assembly and a grinding assembly. The motor assembly has a motor. The motor has an output axle having an annular abutting surface. The grinding assembly is securely connected with the motor assembly and has a grinding tube, a threaded rod, a blade, and an extrusion panel. The grinding tube is connected to the casing of the motor assembly and has an annular connecting base. The threaded rod is rotatably mounted in the grinding tube and has a connection segment. The connection segment is mounted through the connecting base, is connected with the output axle of the motor, and is stepped in section to form an annular abutting shoulder. The abutting shoulder is formed around the connecting segment and abuts the annular abutting surface of the output axle.

  • Patent number: 7766264
Abstract: A grinding head for a grinding machine is disclosed in which the axial bore of the head is provided with flutes of variable width. The dimension of the flutes from an upstream location to a downstream location of the head is variable to provide different effects in operation of the grinding machine. Flutes may be wider in areas of the head where greater shear is expected or may be narrower in width to decrease backpressure. Flutes may be primarily located adjacent to or along an increased diameter area of the head and may be constructed by casting.

  • Patent number: 7753299
Abstract: An apparatus includes a drive structure on which are mounted both a first blade carrier and a second blade carrier. The first blade carrier has a first blade facing a cutting surface of a first screen portion, and is mounted on the drive structure so that the first blade is moveable along a first positioning axis with respect to the cutting surface of the first screen portion. The second blade carrier has a second blade facing a cutting surface of a second screen portion, and is mounted on the drive structure so that the second blade is moveable along a second positioning axis with respect to the cutting surface of the second screen portion. A first pressure is used to vary the force with which the first blade presses against the first screen portion and a second fluid pressure is used to vary the force with which the second blade presses against the second screen portion.

  • Publication number: 20090001202
Abstract: A grinding machine has a shearing chamber that includes one or more edges that provide fulcrum points against which frozen block of material, such as frozen blocks of meat, can be held against during a reduction or shearing process. The edges may be arranged to limit the advancement of reduced blocks of material to provide more control on the size of the ground material that is ultimately output by the grinding machine. The grinding machine may also include an expansion zone into which reduced blocks can be temporarily held to accommodate volume increases during the reduction process. A feed screw advances the frozen blocks through the shearing chamber and includes pressure flighting to help shear material from the frozen blocks. The feed screw may include a knife holder that provides support for a knife held therein against the lateral forces experienced by the knife as the knife shears material adjacent the orifice plate.

  • Patent number: 7114671
Abstract: A device for separating the hard components for a grinder used in the field of the food industry, and more particularly of the mincing of meat, downstream of one or several cutting assemblies, includes a grid for stopping hard components which is associated with a separating cutter of for draining hard components towards the center, in order to cause them to pass into a collecting tube which is screwed into a supporting grid or spider according to an adjustable depth. The collecting tube includes, an axial recess capable of receiving the end of a driving shaft of the cutters of the grinder, so that the latter can be held transversely and rotate in it and, peripherally with respect to the axial recess, at least one channel allowing the transit of hard components.
