The connector comprises at least one line or wire receiving ferrule (7) having a plurality of line and/or wire receiving holes (17?-17?) each capable of receiving one of said one or more lines or wires (19?, 19?), wherein said connector further comprises a body (3) for receiving said ferrule (7) and clamping means (9, 11) for exerting a force on said ferrule (7) in order to simultaneously exert a line or wire clamping force on all said line and/or wire receiving holes (17?-17?). In this way all the fluid lines or wires can be clamped at the same time.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2007Date of Patent: January 6, 2009Assignee: GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences ABInventors: Owe Salven, Mattias Vangbo, Patrik Kallback, Marten St Jernstrom

Publication number: 20090001715Abstract: An endform tubular assembly for a hydraulic system comprises (1) a connector member having an inner surface exhibiting a stepped configuration and a fixing member at the distal end thereof, and (2) an endform tubular member having an outer surface corresponding to the inner surface of the connector member, wherein the endform tubular member mates with inner surface of the connector member to provide an endform tubular assembly having an improved design for conveying fluids in a hydraulic system. The endform tubular assembly has inherent features therein that are measured to provide quantified values for assessing the robustness of the assembly and predict the performance of such assembly in high pressure applications for prolonged periods of time.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 27, 2007Publication date: January 1, 2009Inventors: Terence Skiba, Randy Stanley, John D. Patent number: 7469932Abstract: A stationary receptor for a separation module is positioned between a pump housing and the separation module. The stationary receptor has a pivot line and two shelves on its outer surface which permit fitting the separation module into the stationary receptor adjacent the pump housing. The separation module has a housing, a filter within the housing and at least one outlet and one inlet, which are positioned to mate with fittings of the pump housing.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 2006Date of Patent: December 30, 2008Assignee: Entegris, Inc.Inventors: J Karl Niermeyer, Marc Laverdiere, Ralph J. Patent number: 7469934Abstract: A pipe joint structure capable of reducing the joint height (H) and fabrication costs has a connection flange member provided with a through hole piercing the thickness of the flange member. A polygonal enlarged recess greater than the inner diameter of the through hole is formed at one end of the through hole. Meanwhile, an annular protrusion protruding radially outward is formed near an end of a pipe having an outer diameter capable of insertion into the through hole. This annular protrusion has an outer diameter greater than the incircle diameter of the polygonal enlarged recess. The annular protrusion is press-fitted and fixed to the polygonal enlarged recess.Type: GrantFiled: June 30, 2003Date of Patent: December 30, 2008Assignee: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Atsushi Inaba, Koji Sakai

Patent number: 7464966Abstract: A piping member is mounted in a mounting hole of one panel by a first holder and in a mounting hole of the other panel by a second holder, respectively. Each of the first and the second holders has a through-hole for receiving the piping member therethrough, and a fit-in projecting portion that is fitted in the mounting hole so as to be positioned. Each of the first and the second holders also has a resilient lug and a collar portion for cooperatively clamping the panel with its inner and outer surfaces therebetween. The first holder holds the piping member relatively movably axially with respect to the first holder therethrough, while the second holder securely fixes the piping member axially with respect to the second holder therethrough.Type: GrantFiled: June 28, 2005Date of Patent: December 16, 2008Assignee: Tokai Rubber Industries, Inc.Inventors: Atsuo Miyajima, Masayuki Sasagawa, Yuichi Wada, Naomasa Kaneko, Toshikazu Ono

Patent number: 7399003Abstract: A plurality of cylindrical port defining portions project from a passage defining member defining a plurality of passages. A supply line defining body defining a plurality of supply lines is formed of an elastic member. The supply line defining body includes a plurality of openings each communicating with a corresponding one of the liquid supply lines. Each of the port defining portions extends perpendicularly to the direction in which each of the passages extends. Each of the openings extends perpendicular to the direction in which each of the liquid supply lines extends. A securing member fastens the port defining portions with respect to the corresponding openings collectively, by applying fastening force to the passage defining member and the supply line defining body in the axial direction of each port defining portion.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 2005Date of Patent: July 15, 2008Assignee: Seiko Epson CorporationInventors: Atsushi Kobayashi, Toshio Kumagai, Yoshiharu Aruga, Izumi Nozawa
