Abstract: The present utility model belongs to domestic appliances, especially to devices for fixing the main metal in the drive unit of tape recorders, video players or cameras. A main base 2 with a main base bore is fixed on a chassis 50 with a chassis bore by screw 4. A step-shaped metal 3 is inserted inside a bore formed by the main base bore and the chassis bore, and on the metal positioning plane 3-1. A shaft 5 is planted inside the step-shaped metal 3. A washer 1 is installed at one end of the shaft 5. The metal, the chassis and the main base are positioned against each other vertically and horizontally. In such pattern, any ill effect of the declination of the metal has been prevented, in consideration of the case that tape recorder, video player, or camera falls onto the ground, so that the normal operation of the appliances is ensured.

  • Publication number: 20020050055
Abstract: In a separate process from a boring process, the prealignment is performed beforehand on the circuit board, employing an alignment device, to create the positional data indicating the position of boring the hole in a pattern within the circuit board. In the boring process, the circuit board is carried into the working apparatus. The panel alignment is made on the circuit board. The positional data for positioning the circuit board on a table of the working apparatus is created. The synthesis of the positional data created by the prealignment and the positional data created by the panel alignment is performed to calculate the boring position of the circuit board on the table. The hole is bored at the calculated position in the circuit board, employing a boring machine of the working apparatus. Thereafter, the circuit board is carried out from the working apparatus.

  • Patent number: 6138343
Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a variable insulated helically wound electrical coil is disclosed. Insulated rectangular wire is fed from a supply reel to a coating zone and within the coating zone liquid resin insulation is selectively applied to the wire so it has additional insulation only in those areas of the coil where the dielectric strength is needed. The insulated wire is fed through a curing station to allow curing of the additional insulation prior to winding the cured insulated wire into a coil. The cured insulated wire is wound into a coil of predetermined shape at a winding station whereby the portions of the wire having the additional insulatin are located in the areas of the coil where the greatest dielectric strength is needed. The timing of the resin application to the wire is coordinated with the winding of the coil so that the proper insulation thicknesses are achieved at the required locations in the coil.
