Abstract: A multifunctional tool for holding and handling hot items and products is described. The tool has a horizontal support section. A vertical gripping section is at one end of the horizontal support section. An upper end of the vertical gripping section has a hook element. A pair of arms project downwards from the horizontal support section. A reinforcement section also functions as a second gripping section. The reinforcement section is fixed to ends of the arms and extends diagonally until it joins an end edge of the horizontal support section. A covering layer of thermal insulating material is attached from a top of the hook element, through the vertical gripping section and to the underside of the horizontal support section whereby a gripping surface is defined for the user. The gripping surface allows the user to avoid direct contact with the tool and thus avoid contact with hot parts, items or products that will be grasped by the tool.

Abstract: A spray canister dispenser for mounting to a spray canister to allow for more convenient actuation of a nozzle. The spray canister dispenser includes a housing that removably mounts to an upper end of a spray canister. A first channel is disposed on an interior sidewall of the housing and can align with a lip of the spray canister to selectively couple thereto. An actuator assembly having a trigger handle and an actuator extends from a moveable plate secured to the housing and can transition between a dispensing and resting configuration. In the dispensing configuration, the actuator is forced against a spray canister nozzle to dispense substance therefrom. In use, the trigger handle is positioned on a forward side of the spray canister, wherein the housing is on a rearward side of the canister. An aperture is disposed within the trigger handle to allow the substance to be dispensed therethrough.

Abstract: A beverage holding container to hold a can therein, the beverage holding container including a can-holding member to store the can therein, a fixed member having at least a portion thereof inserted within the can-holding member, a pivoting member pivotally connected to the fixed member to pivot from a first position to a second position, and a covering member connected to the pivoting member to keep the can enclosed when the pivoting member is in the first position.

Abstract: An apparatus for grasping a cooking receptacle comprises a handle portion comprising an upper arm and a lower arm, the upper arm comprising an upper distal end and an upper proximal end, and the lower arm comprising a lower distal end and a lower proximal end; a hinge member connecting the upper proximal end of the upper arm to the lower proximal end of the lower arm; and a clamping portion comprising, a head portion, a holding member and a supporting member, the head portion disposed at the upper distal end of the upper arm, the holding member disposed on the head portion comprising a receiving groove, and the supporting member disposed on the lower distal end of the lower arm comprising a supporting surface.

Abstract: A detachable handle for a child's sippy cup. The sippy cup includes a cup portion and a lid portion coupled to the cup portion. The lid portion includes a drinking spout having apertures. The detachable handle includes a ring portion that engages the lid and/or the cup portion, and a pair of grasping portions that extend axially and radially away from the ring portion. Hook portions are radially aligned with, and extend axially opposite the grasping portions, and are engageable with an upper surface of the lid portion. Moving the grasping portions radially inwardly causes the hook portions to move radially outwardly for disengagement from the upper surface and removal of the handle from the sippy cup.

Abstract: The bottle holder is formed of a synthetic fiber rope, allowing various portions of the rope to be fused together by heat or solvent. The ends of the rope are melted and pressed together to form a relatively large endless loop. The facing portions of this loop are then partially melted and pressed together to form a single fused handgrip portion having loops extending from opposite ends thereof. One loop is preferably larger than the other, the larger loop being adapted to fit around the base of a beverage bottle and the smaller loop being adapted to fit about the bottleneck. The fused central or handgrip portion of this structure is then helically wound with a smaller diameter cord to form a handgrip, the ends of the cord being captured by the juncture of one of the rope loops and by a bight in the cord.

Abstract: A can holder assembly has an interior section. The assembly is positionable adjacent to the side wall of a can and a laterally spaced exterior section. Lower and upper portions couple the sections. The interior portion has a vertical free edge positionable in contact with the side wall of a can. The can has upper and lower ledges. A lower retainer is fixedly coupled to the interior section beneath the lower ledge. An upper retainer is pivotally coupled to the interior section above the lower ledge. A handle has a pivot pin pivotally supported above the upper portion of the handle. The handle has inner and outer ends. The inner end supports the upper retainer. The outer end is adapted to be manipulated by a user. A spring is provided between the upper portion and the handle. The spring urges the outer end upwardly and the upper retainer downwardly.

Abstract: A sand bottle assembly on a golf car includes a bottle and a mounting bracket. The bottle is defined by a longitudinal hollow body having a bottom portion and a top portion. The hollow body defines a vertical axis. A spout is formed at the top portion and is adapted to dispense sand contained in the hollow body. An extension portion is disposed along a sidewall of the hollow body. The extension portion includes a raised sidewall portion. The mounting bracket is adapted to be connected to the golf car and matingly receive the extension portion of the bottle in an installed position. The mounting bracket defines an engaging portion adapted to engage and retain the raised sidewall of the extension portion in a secure position along the vertical axis in the installed position.

Abstract: A new beverage bottle handle attachment for easy holding of a beverage bottle, in particular a two liter beverage bottle. The inventive device includes a top cap defining a top cavity adapted for receiving a top of a bottle therein. The top cap has an opening of the top cap adapted for extending a top spout of a bottle received by the top cavity. An elongate handle strap is extended from the peripheral edge of the top cap. The handle strap has a keyhole slot therethrough located towards the free end of the handle strap. A bottom cap defines a bottom cavity adapted for receiving the bottom of a bottle therein. A slide tab is extended from the side wall of the bottom cap. The slide tab is inserted through the keyhole slot of the handle strap to link the top cap to the bottom cap.

Abstract: A new baking utensil for the handling of bakery pans, and particularly for the handling of pizza pans. The inventive device includes an elongate lower arm with a pan supporting end region having a notch being for accepting a lip of a pan. Extending from the pan supporting end region is a pan stopping flange. An elongate upper arm having a pan grabbing end region at one end is pivotally coupled to the lower arm at its other end so that the upper arm is pivotable between an open position and a closed position. Extending from the pan grabbing end region is a pan grabbing flange which is positioned in relation to the pan stopping flange such that a lip extending from a pan is held between the pan grabbing flange and the pan stopping flange when the upper arm is positioned in the closed position.

Abstract: This invention relates to an improvement on the conventional baker's peel. The device is equipped with an elongated handle and lever actuated clamping means which enables the user to remove a hot baking pan from an oven while the baked goods thereon can remain in the oven for browning. The peel also functions in a conventional manner to enable the removal of the hot baked goods from the oven after sufficient browning.

Abstract: A roofing tool comprises a trowel blade and a pivotal clamping arm for use in the installation of torch-fused roofing material. A shaft is mounted to a shank which extends from the trowel blade and mounts the trowel handle. The shaft pivotally mounts the clamp arm. The clamp arm is configured so that the forward portion of the arm and the forward tip of the trowel blade cooperate to form a clamp.

Abstract: A detachable handle for use on erasers having absorbent material attached to a flat, rigid backing plate such as the common blackboard eraser. A "C" shaped rigid strap contains "C" shaped notches in the ends thereof. These notches are disposed to face one another and to engage opposite edges of the eraser backing plate. The notches are sized to frictionally retain the backing plate thereby providing a handle to control the eraser during use.

Abstract: A resilient strap, having each end gradually turned back on itself, forming U-shaped ends, is provided with a concave bend in the lateral surface of the strap between the U-shaped ends. A handle element having an oblong-like opening is secured to the opposed convex surface of the strap. In use, the U-shaped hook-like ends secure portions of the opposed rims of a container such as a metal can, thereby providing a clamping handle attachment for the container.

Abstract: An adjustable aerosol can holder which securely engages a can by its upper rim and bottom and has a trigger-operated actuator for depressing the firing head of the can to fire same.
