Abstract: A combination manicure and pedicure station for performing manicures and pedicures. The combination manicure and pedicure station includes a housing having a top surface, a sidewall forming an enclosed interior volume, and a base. The housing includes at least one drawer slidably mounted within the sidewall thereof. The housing further includes a pedestal mounted to an angled support member, wherein the angled support member is affixed to the top surface. The pedestal includes both a recessed portion that receives a foot and a recessed channel that receives a container therein. The housing further includes a telescopically adjustable stand that is slidably affixed to the sidewall, wherein the stand includes a panel that is hingedly affixed thereto. The panel further includes a cushion member and a recessed channel thereon. Both the top surface of the housing and the panel each include an adjustable light for illuminating an extremity of a user.

The main frame has a hollow interior having a top side, a bottom side, and an open front end. The hanging mechanism is on the top side. The hanging mechanism is configured to hang the main frame from an object. The top slide is positioned on the top side and the bottom slide is positioned on the bottom side. The top slide is configured to slide in and out of the top side of the main frame for positioning the top side. The bottom slide is configured to slide in and out of the bottom side for positioning the bottom side.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for moving an article based on dense storage, a storage medium, and a dense storage system. The method includes: upon detecting that a target shelf is blocked by at least one blocking shelf, instructing a first self-driven robot to remove the blocking shelf and/or a blocking storage box to make the target shelf not blocked by the blocking shelf or make a target storage box on the target self not blocked by the blocking storage box; instructing the first self-driven robot to carry the blocking shelf and/or the blocking storage box and perform a circular movement along a robot travelling passage; and instructing a second self-driven robot to move the target shelf from its current position to a workstation, or instructing the second self-driven robot to remove the target storage box from the target shelf and move the target storage box to the workstation.

Abstract: A secure storage device contains multiple compartments under a table top. The table top may move laterally to allow authorized users to access storage areas. A drawer in the device may also be accessed by an authorized user. The movement of the table top and drawer is directed by a central computer in communication with a biometric sensor located on the device. The central computer may be programmed to allow different types of access to the device based upon fingerprints or other biometric information from a user.

Abstract: A mobile data storage system includes a volumetric container of a mobile data center having IT equipment operating therein and an on-board high capacity storage (HCS). A storage compartment is configured within the container and is accessible from an exterior of the container. The storage compartment includes a plurality of individual storage slots each providing a docking port for connecting a removable data storage device (RDSD). At least one RDSD is inserted into a first storage slot of the plurality of storage slots. The RDSD facilitates rapid transfer of data to the MDC from edge data acquisition systems and to a data center facility. A management information handling system (IHS) is communicatively coupled to the HCS and to each docking port. The management IHS is configured to detect insertion of an RDSD into a docking port and coordinate a transfer of data from the RDSD to the HCS.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present specification discloses a multi-component eyelash case for the safe keeping and storage of false eyelashes and/or eyelash extensions. In one embodiment, the eyelash case includes a sleeve, a drawer having eyelash mounts therein and a biasing mechanism whereby the mechanism provides biasing of the drawer into a drawer compartment when elements of the biasing mechanism are brought to within a biasing proximity of each other, thus securing the drawer and preventing its unintended opening.

Abstract: A storage rack for storing and retrieving products to be maintained at a desired cryogenic temperature is provided. The storage rack includes an elongate mounting bar carrying a plurality of shelves, and an elongate stop bar that extends generally parallel to the mounting bar. The shelves are independently rotatable relative to the mounting bar towards and away from the stop bar, thereby enabling alignment of all of the shelves when the storage rack is to be stored, and also enabling easy access to each of the individual shelves. A handle projects upwardly and horizontally in a curved configuration from the stop bar and the mounting bar to provide a gripping surface for moving the storage rack. The shelves receive cylindrical vial containers with threadably removable lids to make retrieval and replacement of sample vials quick to perform, thereby avoiding temperature-induced damage to other samples in the storage rack.

Abstract: A connection assembly is disclosed for an ice maker that includes a base having a rail and a cabinet assembly having a glide. The glide slides onto the rail to removably connect the base and the cabinet assembly while aligning the cabinet assembly vertically and horizontally relative to the base. Preferably, the rail and glide have complementary geometries wherein the base and rail fit together such that the complementary geometries limit the relative vertical and horizontal movement of the rail and the glide to each other. In alternative configurations, the base may have a glide and the cabinet may have a rail. The connection assembly may also include a stop limiting the relative linear movement between the rail and the glide, further assuring proper alignment of the cabinet and the base. The connection assembly may also include a locking mechanism limiting relative linear movement of the base and the cabinet.

Abstract: We disclose a cosmetic box inspired by the traditional Asian design. The box comes equipped with electrical apparatus for drying and sterilizing make-up. A fan is mounted within the box. When the drawers are ajar, the fan blows air toward the user's face and hair. When the drawers are removed, the user may insert her hands into the drawer cavity to dry her nail polish. Ultra-violet light bulbs are also mounted within the box. The bulbs assist in the sterilization of nail polish as well as the contents of the box.

The service module further includes a plurality of galley insert modules for controlling each galley insert, and an insert power and control unit for each galley insert for controlling power to said insert. The entire system is controlled by a galley power and control unit for controlling each of the insert galley power and control units, and an AC distribution unit for distributing power to the insert power and control units.

Abstract: A container data center includes one container body and at least one cabinet set that is arranged in the container body in one direction. Each cabinet set includes at least one cabinet, and a direction in which the at least one cabinet is arranged is perpendicular to the direction in which the cabinet set is arranged. Bottoms of all cabinets in each cabinet set are fastened on one shock absorbing platform, and a bottom of the shock absorbing platform is fastened to a bottom of the container body by using multiple shock absorbers. The container data center can reduce an impact of vibration and a shock on a data center pipe in a transportation process.

Abstract: A mobile industrial rack system which includes a flue spacer, a carriage spacer, and a synchronous motor control that individually and collectively allows the rack system to be used on unleveled surfaces. The industrial rack system is therefore well suited for storage facilities in which it is not possible or not desired to level an otherwise unleveled floor.

Abstract: The storage system includes multiple cabinets within an enclosure mounted in a bed of a truck, such as a pickup truck bed. The cabinets each include rear walls which are hinged together at rear corners thereof to allow the cabinets to pivot relative to each other. An innermost one of a series of cabinets is slidably mounted within the enclosure so that it can slide into and out of the enclosure along with the other cabinets hinged thereto. Each cabinet has doors which can be selectively opened to allow for access into an interior of the cabinets. The cabinets have a storage position where they are contained within the enclosure and a deployed position where they are slid out of the enclosure and pivoted to provide easy access to contents of the cabinets outside of the truck bed.

Abstract: An adjustable storage system provides a space efficient system of storage cabinets. The system includes a rectangular base platform with a pair of primary rails running along the length of the base platform. A plurality of primary storage cabinets is slidably engaged with the primary rails. Each of the primary storage cabinets has a pair of doors on one side and a handle on an adjacent side. A secondary rail running above the primary cabinets and parallel to the primary rails supports a plurality of secondary storage cabinets that are each slidably engaged with the secondary rail via a rolling mechanism. A rotating joint in the rolling mechanism allows the secondary cabinets to be rotated about the vertical axis for greater accessibility. The system can also include a counter top attached to a terminal end of the primary rails via a plurality of support beams.

The front wheel assemblies contact the ground. The rear wheel assemblies are rotatably and slidably mounted respectively in the rail slots of the tracks. The retractable cabinet device is arranged in a compact and retracted configuration when idle to occupy less space and therefore facilitates use of indoors space where the retractable cabinet device is placed. Furthermore, the retractable cabinet device is stable and may be positioned in the using extracted or retracted configuration.

The aisle is selectively configured to be located between two of the plurality of shelves. The plurality of ladders are spaced apart from and stored at an end of the at least one mobile shelf for slidable access into the aisle. Each ladder engages with a pair of fixed rails that span at least a length of the fixed shelves. A number of ladders correspond with a number of selectively defined aisles.

Abstract: A gaming terminal for conducting a wagering game includes a main body having a cabinet door and a top box positioned above the main body. The cabinet door has a closed position and an open position. The top box includes a crown that is moveable from a first position that prohibits access to the top box to a second position that provides access to the top box. The gaming terminal further includes a latching assembly for securing and releasing the crown. The latching assembly is configured to release the crown in response to the cabinet door being in the open position so as to permit movement of the crown from the first position to the second position. The latching assembly is further configured to secure the crown in response to the crown being moved from the second position to the first position when the cabinet door is in the closed position.

Abstract: A server cabinet assembly includes a number of chassis arranged on a floor in a row, a sliding rail mounted on the floor, a sliding plate slidably supported on the rail, and a supporting frame to accommodate servers. Each chassis includes a bottom wall defining a pair of sliding slots perpendicular to the sliding rail. The sliding plate defines a pair of slots in a top surface thereof. The supporting frame includes a bottom plate, and a number of rollers mounted to the bottom plate. Each two of the four roller assemblies are respectively connected to the two rods. Each roller assembly includes a shelf and a pulley. One end of the shelf passes through one of the holes to fix the shelf to the rod. The pulley is arranged to the other end of the shelf. The pulley rolls along the guide rails when the bottom portion slides along the sliding rails.

Abstract: A control device for a mobile storage system includes a data entry device, such as a numeric keypad. The user enters an access code on the keypad, and the access code is compared against a data table including a list of security levels associated with access codes. If the access code entered is included in the data table, the user is permitted to control the mobile storage system according to the access rights granted by the security level associated with the access code. Each of the access codes and attempted commands entered in the numeric keypad are recorded in an activity log. The activity log is downloadable to a computer for later review.

Abstract: A mobile storage unit for a mobile storage system includes a pair of axially extending wheel units, each of which defines spaced apart end areas and includes a wheel arrangement. A storage unit support structure is interconnected with the wheel units, and includes upright support members and shelf support members. A pair of upright support members are engaged with and supported by the end areas of each wheel unit. A lowermost shelf support member is secured to an end area of one of the wheel units. The lowermost shelf support members are secured to the upright support members and to the end areas of the wheel units. Each end area of each wheel unit includes an upwardly facing engagement surface, and the lowermost shelf support member is secured to the upwardly facing engagement surface. The upright support members are also supported by the upwardly facing engagement surface.

Abstract: A mechanical safety braking device for use with a mobile storage unit forming a part of the mobile storage system. The device includes an actuating member disposed on a mobile storage unit that is operably connected to a braking mechanism engaged with a motive system for the mobile storage unit. When the actuating member is engaged, the mechanical connection between the actuating member and the braking mechanism causes the braking mechanism to slow and ultimately cease the operation of the motive system and consequent movement of the mobile storage unit.

Abstract: A narrow slot roller and guide system for high density mobile storage systems having a plurality of storage units. The roller and guide system includes a longitudinally extending axial guide defining a first slot in a floor and a drive rail parallel thereto defining a second slot in the floor. The axial guide includes a roller arrangement adapted to engage a downwardly extending guide member coupled to the carriage of the storage units. The engagement of the roller arrangement and guide member serves as a guide for the storage units as the storage units are moved axially along the axial guide and drive rail. Further, the present invention limits the width of the first and second slots to a very narrow width, e.g. less than one half inch, thereby easily permitting disabled individuals to freely travel across a floor in which the roller and guide system is mounted.

Abstract: An electric drive mechanism for a body, wherein the body has a plurality of load bearing track engaging wheels that allow the body to move back and forth along a track. An electric motor drives a non-load bearing drive wheel that is attached with respect to the body so that it engages a stationary surface adjacent the body through a drive coupling means between the electric motor and the drive wheel. Actuation of the electric motor causes rotation of the drive wheel which moves the body along the track. Typically a first controller controls the movement of the body in one direction and a second controller controls the movement of the body in the other direction. Other features include a low power warning system, the inoperability of other motors when one is being operated and a disable facility if a motor has not been active for some time.

Abstract: The present invention is a mobile storage unit for use within a mobile storage unit system that includes an environmental monitoring system on the storage unit. The monitoring system includes one or more sensors disposed on one or more of the mobile storage units that are configured to sense a particular environmental condition in the environment surrounding the mobile storage unit. The sensors are each operably connected to a controller associated with the mobile storage system that is capable of receiving signals from the sensors and analyzing the signals to determine the presence or absence of the environmental condition to be sensed by the sensors. If the condition is present, the controller can transmit an alert signal to an alarm system or to a separate notification device, such as a telephone or computer terminal, in order to alert an individual or the appropriate authorities to the presence of the hazardous environmental condition in the vicinity of the mobile storage system.

In the storage position the moving surface lid (14) is flat with the surrounding work surface (10) having been lowered by a manual force and held in place by a suitable catch or latching mechanism. A counterweight (15) greater than the weight of the household item is suspended by way of a wire and pulley system (1a, 1b, 1c) that in turn powers the platform and displaces the lid, on which the household item is located, upwardly.

Abstract: A mobile storage unit system includes a vehicle guide arrangement that navigates a forklift or other vehicle along aisles formed between mobile storage units. The vehicle guide arrangement allows an operator to identify the aisle containing a desired loading or unloading point and the guide arrangement defines a path of travel for the vehicle along that aisle to ensure that the vehicle has sufficient room to perform the loading and unloading functions. The mobile storage unit system may also include one or more perceptible indicators, such as lamps, that provide the operator a signal when an aisle is fully open and ready to receive the vehicle. A corresponding signal may also be provided to the vehicle guide arrangement so that the vehicle is not navigated along an aisle until the aisle is fully open. This ensures that the vehicle has the space needed to maneuver during the loading and unloading process.

Abstract: The present inventions provide self-supporting drawer type storage carts for the storage of pallets or other loads, including heavy and relatively fragile loads, that may be smoothly moved between an open or forward position and a closed or rearward position.

Abstract: A printing apparatus including a first component having a photosensitive member and a transcribing portion transcribing a toner image formed on the photosensitive member onto a web, and a second component having a web guide portion guiding the web transported to the transcribing portion and a fixing portion fixing the toner image transcribed onto the web, the first component and the second component being able to be connected/divided, the first component is provided with a transcribing portion base supporting the transcribing portion, the second component is provided with a web guide portion base arranged at a position opposed to the transcribing portion base supporting the web guide portion, and an adjusting member for restricting a position of the second component relative to the first component is provided between the transcribing portion base and the web guide portion base.
