Based on workout results like heart rate, power, speed, cadence, etc., what can be measured by integrated or independent electronic measuring devices, someone can compare those results and conclude the best possible positions of saddle and handlebars for particular rider. It is an apparatus that can simulate almost any position of the bicycle saddle and handlebar assembly with the reference to the Bottom Bracket centre (FIG. 1-4) as a starting 0/0 position. The saddle (FIG. 1-1) and handle bar assembly (FIG. 1-2) can be moved independently with respect to the bottom bracket. The obtained position of the saddle and handlebar position can be easily recorded for future adjustments of the machine, by means of Horizontal (X) Scales (FIG. 1-3) on the Seat Slider (FIG. 1-5) and Handlebar Slider (FIG.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of measuring a clearance of a hub bearing for vehicles. A hub is fixed to a lower jig when a row of hub-side balls is disposed and an outer ring is disposed on an outer periphery of the hub and a row of inner ring-side balls and an inner ring are disposed. A press-fit jig is contacted to the inner ring and a load of less than 5 kgf is applied to an outer surface of the outer ring to prevent its vibration and movement. A gauge is installed to a portion of the outer ring. The inner ring is gradually press-fitted by the jig. An amount of press-fit of the inner ring is measured from when the gauge begins to move when press-fitting of the inner ring is completed. The amount of clearance is simply measured.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device used to set twist angles. The device include a set plate which is supported at one end and a protractor plate at a second end. The hose is placed in position atop the two supports and the hose placed on top of the supports with couplers at each end. The user then clamps the first coupler in a horizontal position pointing toward one of two sides of the set plate. This is used as a reference from which a twist angle may be set at the other side of the tool. The other side of the tool includes a protractor in such a way that the elbow can be rotated in position relative to one of two scales. These two scales are color coded such that for acute angles, the user will know to point the first end horizontally in the red (?) direction and for obtuse angles the user will point the coupler in the blue direction. Depending on which color the user selects will match it up and the elbow twist angles will be properly set. The hose is easily unclamped from the device and crimped.
