The multicast signal, transmitted by a multicast network via the data communication network, comprises a plurality of encrypted unicast signals. One or more receivers are coupled to the multicast network via the data communication network and each receives one of the encrypted unicast signals of the multicast signal via the data communication network. Each of the one or more receivers decrypts the received unicast signal and broadcasts the decrypted unicast signal to one or more entertainment pods for consumption.

The machine learning model determines a score indicating a likelihood that the video content shows the type of prurient activity based in part on applying a three-dimensional filter to the second portion of the video content. The computer system then generates a video clip that includes at least the portion of the video content showing the type of prurient activity based on the score, and provides the video clip for display.

The at least two sets of video encoding parameters are provided to one or more neural networks to train them to predict valid values that correspond to values of the invalid set using an iterative training algorithm. Encoding parameters to encode are determined based on a prediction error of the one or more neural networks. Encoding parameters which are determined to be accurately predicted are dropped from the encoded data. A new video stream is encoded without the dropped encoding parameters.
