The adhesion reinforcing portion is formed of a material having higher adhesion to the anisotropic conductive film than a material constituting the surface of the terminal, and is adhered to the anisotropic conductive film.

Since an excessive sealant is absorbed in the groove-like organic passivation film removing portion of a larger width at the corner, the sealant can be prevented from protruding to the inside of the display region.
