Abstract: A system for cover for fuel filters that includes a flexible cylindrical sheet member is disclosed. The sheet member includes a top wall at a first end and a second end that is open. The cylindrical sheet member snugly receives the fuel filter being protected. The sheet member is made out of thermal insulating material such as neoprene. To further conform the open end to the outer shape of the diesel fuel filter, a strap member with pressure sensitive hook and loop fasteners is used.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a carry bag, the carry bag includes a body having sidewalls and at least one handle disposed on the body. The body is hollow and dimensioned to receive one or more objects that are to be kept either cooler or warmer than the ambient temperature surrounding the body. The sidewalls of the body are constructed from an outer layer that corresponds to an exterior side wall of the body, a heat reflective layer that corresponds with an interior side wall of the body, and an insulative and pliable foam filling disposed between the outer layer and the heat reflective layer. The at least one handle is adapted to swing out of the way when not in use, so that the opening of the bag is unobstructed, thereby allowing the easy placement or removal of items to/from the bag.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include cover assemblies for baskets of aerial work platforms and methods of fabricating a cover assembly for a basket of an aerial work platform. In an illustrative embodiment given by way of non-limiting example, a cover assembly for a basket of an aerial work platform includes a flexible cover. The flexible cover includes an interior guardrail portion and an exterior guardrail portion. The interior guardrail portion is configured to be received adjacent an interior surface of a guardrail of a basket of an aerial work platform. The exterior guardrail portion surrounds the interior guardrail portion, and the exterior guardrail portion is configured to be received adjacent an exterior surface of a guardrail of a basket of an aerial work platform. A retrieval mechanism is configured to draw the exterior guardrail portion toward the interior guardrail portion.

An inner pouch is applied to the outer pouch and includes a continuous sidewall with an open end and a closed end. The outer pouch is constructed of a material having a water-resistant and a fire-resistant material characteristic, and the inner pouch is constructed of a fabric having an insulative material characteristic. Seams are formed in the sidewalls of each of the inner and outer pouches between the respective open and closed ends. When the inner pouch is applied to the outer pouch such that the inner pouch is nested within the outer pouch, the seam in the inner pouch is offset from the seam in the outer pouch.

Abstract: An apparatus for shipping a flowable material in a cargo compartment of a transport includes an enclosure forming a chamber therein to house the flowable material. The enclosure is made of braided or woven fabric. The inner surface of the fabric is coated whereby the fabric is impermeable to the flowable material. The enclosure has at least one closable opening serving as an inlet or outlet to the chamber, and is pliable such that it can be housed within the cargo compartment in any orientation.

Abstract: Woven textile structures constructed using dual-loom technology are provided. Filaments are woven in such a way as to create a first set of different discrete layers of the same fabric in some regions of the textile and a second set of discrete layers of the same fabric at other regions of the same textile. The different layers are used to construct various textile structures such as a woven bag.

Abstract: An improved liner having an elastic securing mechanism that may be placed in a vessel to form and maintain a barrier between the vessel and objects contained therein. The liner includes an elastic securing band secured around the perimeter of the open top end of the liner using a plurality of spaced-apart tack welds or rivets. In one embodiment, the liner material is folded over the elastic and ultrasonic sealing is used to burn through the elastic and seal the folded liner material to itself thereby securing the elastic to the liner. In use, the liner is placed within a receptacle of the vessel and the open top end is folded outward and downward over a rim of the vessel such that the elastic engages an outside of the vessel to form a secure and snug fit of the liner to the vessel. Advantageously, a failure to a portion of the elastic is limited to that portion of the elastic only and propagation of the failure is limited by the rivets.

Abstract: An underwater oil well blowout spill containment system includes a folded curtain positioned in a magazine around a deep water well head and blowout preventer (BOP). The magazine is positioned around the well-head and BOP and leaves room for required construction and maintenance. In the event of a blowout, the curtain is drawn upward from the magazine and cinched to contain leaking oil. A hose is connected to a port on the magazine to draw the oil to a tanker on the surface.

Abstract: This product is an invented Handstrap (loop) for Casual Open-Bag. As the present invention is not composed by the two separated handstraps (loop), but by a single strap that goes through all four punctures forming the bag straps, firstly 1) in the production process of shopping bags, the current 2 strap×2 knots=4 knots formation can be reduced to 1 strap×2 knots=2 knots not only allowing for decrease in labor costs, but the ends are processed through a mechanized treatment instead of manual labor, productivity can also be increased, 2) for the convenience of the transporting person, the straps may be adjusted to be longer or shorter, furthermore, 3) as the opening of the carrying bag is closed, not only cosmetically is it aesthetically improved, but the risk of losing the contents decrease.

Still further, the present invention provides a method of using the portable waste containment device of the present invention.

The apparatus has a frame for supporting the receptacle, the frame having a shape that defines an opening through which the receptacle is draped, at least one straight member defining an opening for receiving the flexible receptacle, and a flexible, closed-loop member for securing the mouth of the receptacle to the frame. The frame also has at least two retaining surfaces extending from the frame for retaining the flexible, closed-loop member. The apparatus can be used as a tool to collect leaves or other yard debris directly. The receptacle has a hatch that can be opened to deposit the collected debris into another receptacle or other location.

Abstract: A covering mesh bag used for planting fruit and vegetables is disclosed. The covering mesh bag includes a mesh bag and two cords separately disposed along two edges of opening of the mesh bag. Two ends of each of the two cords are outside the mesh bag. There is a zipper at the bottom of the mesh bag. The opening of the mesh bag can be girded by pulling the two cords and the cords can be tied to a branch of a fruit tree or treillage. The zipper is used as a closeable opening for observing the fruitage covered in the mesh bag.

The one-pull, easy open mechanism is a line of easy open stitches which sews a small strip of hard paper with the wall of the mesh bag at its second end. The two mechanisms can be pre-set in parallel or integrated in a same line with the small strip of the hard paper overlaid on the drawstring.

Abstract: A system for receiving, storing, and removal of waste, laundry or other items comprises a frusto-conically shaped holder and a bi-frusto-coically shaped holder liner. The holder is open at a narrower top end and at a wider bottom end. The liner is held in place in the holder by folding a top portion of the liner above a middle section of the liner over the holder's top end, and fastenign wit with snaps. The shape of the liner allows filling of the liner with waste or other items to approximately the entire volume of the holder. Once the liner is full, it can easily be removed by lifting the the liner's top portion to free it from the holder, and then lifting the holder away from the liner. In this way, the necessity for lifting a heavy bag of waste or other items is avoided. The liner's opening is secured in a closed configuration through use of twist ties or by a drawstring integral with the liner's middle section.

Abstract: A Christmas tree bag for a cut evergreen tree is provided which consists of a flexible cone shaped enclosure having an entrance, so that the evergreen tree can be inserted therein. A structure is for sealing the entrance of the flexible cone shaped enclosure to prevent needles from the foliage of the evergreen tree to exit therefrom, especially when being transported from one location to another.

Abstract: The present invention entails a convertible cover-tote apparatus that is positionable between a ground covering position and a tote or carrying position. The cover-tote apparatus includes a cover or blanket that is formed from a sheet of nylon, polycotton, cotton or other synthetic fabric. The cover has a plurality of eyelets fixed to the cover at a position approximately midway between the cover's center and outer border. A drawstring is interweaved through the eyelets and encircles the center of the cover at a location approximately midway between the cover's center and outer border. The drawstring defines the border between a center and outer section of the cover. In the ground covering position, the cover is extended over a surface that a user can sit or lie thereon. The cover-tote apparatus is positionable from the covering position to the tote position by drawing the eyelets together with the drawstring.

The second storage panel hangs down in front of the dressing room bench, so that the pockets can hold in an organized manner small equipment. The third padded panel sits upon the floor so that ice skates can rest upon it for protection.
