The mobile storage unit also includes a base supporting the plurality of walls. The mobile storage unit may further include wheels to allow for transport from one location to another location.

Abstract: An apparatus for displaying procedural information cards on a computer video monitor includes a central shaft having an upper end and a lower end, the upper end capped by an upper cross member having an upper planar arm extending in one direction from the shaft, and an upper arcuate arm extending the opposite direction. The lower end is terminated by a lower cross member having a lower planar arm and a lower arcuate arm. The apparatus includes means for affixing the apparatus to a surface on a computer video monitor. The arcuate arms of the apparatus extend outwardly from the monitor to facilitate installation and flipping of the cards. Each of the arcuate arms comprises a generally semi-circular ring, and means for preventing inadvertent removal of the cards from the arcuate arms.

Abstract: An organization system comprising a white board system, a wall calendar, reminder notes, and a planner, all of which are commonly color coded, wherein each color is associated with an individual user of the system. The tools (i.e., the white board system, the calendar, the notes, and the planner) may be used individually or collectively as an entire organization system.

Abstract: A system for mounting a component to a portfolio including a tongue located on the component, the tongue having a tail portion and a tip portion, and a portfolio having a tongue opening formed therein. The top can be inserted into the tongue opening and component rotated relative to the portfolio until the tongue is generally received through the tongue opening to couple the component to the portfolio.

Abstract: An improved mirror for use with card index files. The mirror comprises a substantially rectangular flat portion which is reflective. Attached to the rectangular portion is an attachment portion for attaching the mirror to a standard card file. This attachment portion takes the form of specially shaped extensions. The extensions define cut out portions which fit over rails in the card file. The cut out portions are small enough to hold the mirror to the card file, yet large enough to permit the mirror to be easily moved while it is in the files. The mirror is manufactured for a flexible plastic so that the mirror may be easily snapped into place by a user.

Abstract: In the field of library science wherein literary, artistic and shelved collections of various materials are descriptively classified by rows of catalog cards maintained upright in open top, pullout drawers, a rigid, inexpensive, light weight, V-shaped, suspendible separator, provided with an upwardly open, finger-clearing mouth, has a handle integral with its rectangular, transparent, rearmost leg for ease of insertion in a chosen drawer between a pair of pre-selected cards, operating to maintain the two cards tilted in opposite directions such that the card engaged by the transparent leg therebehind is conveniently held at a proper, rearwardly tilted angle for full, unobstructed viewing through the transparent leg of the call number and other data on the front face of the rearwardly tilted card, thereby freeing the hands of the user for rapid, accurate copying of all or portions of such data as may be desired without risk of losing his place.

Abstract: Disclosed is a picture viewer for viewing a stack of pictures sequentially through a viewing window. The picture viewer comprises a housing member, a slider member, a bias means for urging the stack of pictures against the viewing window, and an exchange means for sequentially changing the picture that is presented at the viewing window. The exchange means comprises: (a) a retentive element to hold one picture in the housing member when the slider member is moved out of the housing member and (b) a separator bar which pushes the remainder of the stack out of the housing when the slider member is moved out of the housing. Alignment means are provided to maintain the separated picture in alignment with the remainder of the stack so that jamming does not occur when the separated picture is returned to the stack.

Abstract: A file card for use in a filing system for compact filing of information. Such a system includes a file receptacle for a plurality of the file cards. The cards include fulcrum means adjacent their bottom edges and are normally supported in the file receptacle in substantially vertical positions. However, by manually fanning apart any pair of the file cards at their top edges, the fulcrum means of these and adjacent cards cooperate with one another and with the file receptacle to automatically fan apart the upper portions of file cards adjacent the manually fanned apart cards, thereby making visually scannable the information on the upper portions of such cards. In one embodiment the file cards are merely divider cards, and data cards are inserted between them. In this instance the data cards are supported by a data card support arrangement which is integral with the file receptacle, and holding elements are provided on the file cards to position the data cards against desired ones of the file cards.
