Abstract: A tab is provided for notebooks and binders. The tab is placed within the space otherwise occupied by a binding, and thus is protected from wear and does not appreciably increase the overall size of the notebook or binder. The tab may be located at a corner of the binding or at an intermediate point along the binding.

Abstract: A system for mounting a component to a portfolio including a tongue located on the component, the tongue having a tail portion and a tip portion, and a portfolio having a tongue opening formed therein. The top can be inserted into the tongue opening and component rotated relative to the portfolio until the tongue is generally received through the tongue opening to couple the component to the portfolio.
Abstract: A disc storage and display device is provided in which discs, such as CD, CD-ROM, DVD, and floppy diskettes for computers are inserted into transparent envelopes and the envelopes attached to rails on a rotary file structure. The envelopes may be rotated about a mandrel on the storage device to display the contents thereof The envelopes may be readily removed for access to the disc or the disc may be removed from the envelopes while on the mandrel. An articulated protective cover is provided to protect but permit easy access to the disc storage and display device.
Abstract: The rack permits a single player to play a large number of bingo cards in every game, and without preempting more than his fair share of table space. The rack has a multiplicity of long horizontal rods extending from the player's left to right and supported by a pair of end frames, for instance 4 or 5 such rods, parallel to each other. The rod nearest the player is closest to the table, and is spaced above it a little more than the thickness of two bingo cards. This same spacing is used between rods, i.e., a staircase spacing with the same spacing of the second rod both above and behind the first rod, etc. The bingo cards are mounted in back-to-back pairs in special clips mounted on the rods and pivotal between a vertical position and a horizontal position, reading one card of a pair in each position. Each clip has portions defining a pocket which has an open top and one open side, so that a marginal portion of the pair of bingo cards is received in the pocket.

Abstract: A binder for carpet samples has a sturdy slotted anchor attached to the binder back with the anchor raised from the binder back in the region of the slot. A binder post has a head at one end for engagement within the slot by a swinging movement of the post relative to the anchor. A pair of lugs on the post and post head coact with the anchor slot to limit rotation of the post during installation. The end of the post away from the anchor is threaded and receives a nut placed above a top flap of the binder. Strength, durability, convenience and economy of manufacturing are featured.
