Also included is a second frame half having a second frame first side, a second frame second side, a second frame bridge, and a second gap. A first handle is affixed to the first frame bridge while a second handle is affixed to the second frame bridge. A first track system extends from the first frame half toward the second frame half while a second tracking system extends from the second frame half toward the first frame half. A pinion track system is disposed between the first track system and the second track system. The first and second frame halves are movable relative to each other via the first track system, the second track system and the pinion track system.

Abstract: A molded double frame display hanging frame system that is easy to assemble to hang a display object on a vertical surface. The system includes a square or rectangular platform with four, straight perpendicularly aligned outer edges. Attached to the platform's outer edges is the outer frame. Formed on the center region of the platform is a four sided, raised inner frame structure that allows an inner frame to be selectively attached to the front surface of the platform. A plurality of holes are formed at the inside corners of the mounting area adjacent to the inner frame structure which receive pin connectors that hold the display object over the mounting area. A transparent panel may be placed over the display object and held in position by the inner frame. The platform, the outer frame, and the inner frame may be made of molded composite material.

Abstract: A framing kit includes a frame body, a plurality of printable sheets, and an alignment tool. Each printable sheet has a pre-cut frame sticker with a size corresponding to the picture frame body such that an item being mounted is viewable through a frame sticker window when the frame sticker is attached to the picture frame body. The frame is customized by printing images, patterns and text on the frame sticker of one of the sheets in a characteristic style suited to the item being mounted and then attaching the frame sticker to the frame body. The alignment tool has a recess with walls and an elevated floor against which the picture frame body and the frame sticker register for alignment when attaching the printed frame sticker to the frame body. New frame stickers may be printed to replace the frame sticker attached to the frame body. For example, a new frame sticker may be created in order to mount a different item in the frame body.

The image (20) is mounted on a raised portion (14) around which is arranged a further raised portion (16) as a mounting panel (8). The portions are separated to provide a gap (30) there between which gives the illusion that the image and the mounting panel (18) are floating. This effect accentuates the image which is additionally enhanced by the choice of color of the mounting panel (18). The portions are located on a backing panel which extends beyond the perimeter of the mounting panel to provide an additional framing feature. The backing panel (12) and mounting panel (18) are made of durably rigid materials such as Perspex® or aluminum so that the apparatus can be mounted without a frame.

Abstract: A flat panel display installation and method employ a wall bracket assembly for installing a flat panel display on, and at a spacing away from, a support wall. A background member is connected to the wall bracket assembly and is located behind the flat panel display in the spacing. The background member extends past an outer periphery of the flat panel display to be visible as an ornamental backdrop against which the flat panel display is viewable.

Abstract: A specialized fastener cover is suitable for attaching to a fastener used to attach one object to another. The fastener cover includes a decorative faceplate and a method of pivoting the faceplate between two positions. In one position, the fastener can be inserted into the two objects to hold the objects together, or can be removed from the objects to release them from each other. When the faceplate is pivoted to the second position, the decorative faceplate conceals the fastener. The fastener cover can be used to cover fasteners attaching a variety of objects to each other.

Abstract: A three-dimensional supporting frame includes a blank. The blank includes an image receiving surface, a back surface opposed to the image receiving surface, a center portion defining a perimeter, and at least three foldable extensions extending from the perimeter. Each of the foldable extensions includes no less than four folds to be folded toward the back surface to form the three-dimensional supporting frame. A tab line is scored in one of the folds of each of the at least three foldable extensions, the tab line to be released to form a tab to be secured to the back surface when the folds are folded. An adhesion promoting layer is present on the back surface at the center portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a digital frame cover comprised of two basic components which are utilized in conjunction with each other to decorate the front perimeter of a digital frame. The two primary components of the digital frame cover being (1) a hollow rectangular cover comprising cutouts at various locations, and (2) a “decorative wrap” of interior dimensions which allow the decorative wrap to fit snugly over the exterior of the cover. The cover slides/snaps onto the digital frame. The decorative wrap adheres to, or is magnetically attached to the cover. At the user's prerogative, the decorative wrap may be configured to display one or more of a selection of user-selected designs (i.e., wording, pictures, or appliqués).

Abstract: A picture frame molding according to one embodiment includes an elongated body that has an exterior wall, a first channel formed therein for receiving a first member, and a second channel formed therein for receiving a second member. The first and second channels are at least substantially parallel to one another. The interior angled wall includes a track that receives an object, such as matboard. The track faces away from the exterior wall and is formed between and at an angle to the first and second channels.

Abstract: A specialized fastener cover is suitable for concealing a fastener used to attach one object to another. The fastener cover includes a decorative emblem and a method of pivoting the emblem between two positions. In one position, the decorative emblem conceals the fastener. When the emblem is pivoted to the second position, the fastener can be accessed so that it can be inserted in fastener receptacles in the objects to attach the objects to one another or removed from the fastener receptacles to separate the two objects. The fastener cover can be incorporated into an attachable object, such as a license plate frame to be attached to a vehicle.

Abstract: A creased and perforated printable sheet is used with methods to produce framed printed pictures. The sheet comprises a flat sheet of media having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and sheet edges between the first side and the second side. Perforations and creases are included within the first side and the second side of the sheet of media, and, when folded, produce a three-dimensional effect. The creases and the perforations define a picture region on the first side of the sheet of media and picture frame regions on the second side of the sheet of media. The picture region and the picture frame regions comprise surfaces having a material composition and texture that accepts and maintains marking material applied by printing devices. The perforations also define removable discard regions and tab slots. The removable discard regions are positioned only between the picture frame regions and the sheet edges.

The grooves are cut into a surface of the frame block and have a predetermined depth for receiving a clear plastic protector frame for an object to be displayed. The grooves and ridges form an area for display in which a two- or three-sided clear plastic protector frame may be mounted, each of which protects the object to the displayed. The colored surface of the filler material may then be positioned proximate to the first interior surface where the filler material may be secured to the first interior surface by any preferred means as desired by an individual.

A heating light (such as light bulb) is located at the base of the ornamental tube utilizing generated light for projecting onto the ornamental tube, at the same time, heating up the base to form bubbles in liquid. Rising bubbles move spangles upward; meanwhile, the light is reflected from the spangles to give a flame-like visual effect. The central portion of the panel includes a hollowed-out display area for displaying a photo, a picture, or embedding a glass window in it, as wishes. The said display area further enables clock hands and its dials to be mounted to achieve the effect of showing time.

The center is then removed using a beveled cutter in order to display the depth of the matte board. The process includes attaching the sheet material to a transparent polymer sheet, cutting the printed sheet material along the marked cut path to form a cutout in the printed sheet and removing the cutout portion of the printed sheet material which does not have adhesive applied thereto. The process can also utilize a zone coating of ultraviolet activated adhesive applied over the printed artwork, then passing the polymer sheet having the printed sheet attached thereto through a pair of rollers for removing air bubbles and directing ultraviolet light through the polymer sheet onto the adhesive to activate the adhesive.

The transparent polymer sheet is heated and folded to form a backing for the picture frame.
