The cup body has first and second ends and an inner sidewall forming a cup cavity. The inner sidewall includes a first positioning notch. The ring is at least partially disposed within the cup cavity adjacent to the first positioning notch and includes an inner ring surface and defines a ring cavity. The ring is constructed from a compressible material that is positionable in a first, expanded configuration and a second, compressed configuration. The cosmetic substance has first and second ends and an elongated body therebetween. At least a portion of the elongated body is disposed within the ring cavity. Upon disposing at least a portion of the cosmetic substance within the ring cavity, the ring is adapted to apply a retaining force thereto.

Abstract: A drywall finishing apparatus includes a water reservoir connected to a water distribution element. The water distribution element applies water to a finishing pad. The finishing pad is designed to allow water to flow through and reconstitute already applied drywall mud. The reconstituted drywall mud can then be smoothed out with the finishing pad. The finishing pad creates a hydroplaning effect to glide over the drywall mud.

Abstract: A container closure is provided and includes a cap, a stem, and an applicator. The cap is formed to secure to a container. The stem includes plurality of bends to form a body, a base positioned at one end of the body, and a head positioned at another end of the body that is opposite the base, the stem secured to an inner surface of the cap. The applicator includes a plurality of strands that are formed into a rope by single fibers. The plurality of strands provide a core that is secured by the head.

Abstract: The present invention has as its object the provision of a two-liquid mixing-type aerosol product having high storage stability and being capable of easily forming a highly viscous discharge material with high functionality. The two-liquid mixing-type aerosol product of the present invention has a double-structure container including a propellant filling space and two liquid concentrate filling spaces and having a discharging mechanism for simultaneously discharging the contents in the two liquid concentrate filling spaces. The propellant filling space is filled with a propellant composed of a compressed gas. A first liquid concentrate filling space is filled with a first liquid concentrate composition, and a second liquid concentrate filling space is filled with a second liquid concentrate composition. The first liquid concentrate composition and the second liquid concentrate composition have different properties and each have a viscosity of from 1,000 to 125,000 mPa·s at a temperature of 20° C.

The portion of the hidden element is revealed in a shape corresponding to the body part.

Abstract: A device and method for treating an ingrown nail condition is provided. The method prevents a phenol solution that is applied during a P & A procedure from coming into contact with the surrounding skin and nail bed. The device is essentially a plastic tube which comes in different lengths and widths and has a specially shaped aperture located at one end. A stick-shaped cotton applicator is inserted through the tube so as to ensure direct application of the phenol solution onto only the nail matrix. As a result, the phenol solution is prevented from coming into contact with the skin and nail bed, thereby reducing post-operative healing time, post-operative infection and post-operative pain.

Abstract: A cosmetic product includes a mascara composition and a treatment device, whereby the mascara composition is applied to the eyelashes by softening the mascara composition via heat. The mascara composition is solid at room temperature, however is softened at elevated temperature, so it may be applied to the eyelashes. The treatment device includes an applicator for receiving, heating to soften, and applying the softened mascara composition to the eyelashes. Once the softened mascara composition is applied to the eyelashes, the mascara composition is quickly cooled and thus solidified by the atmosphere. The mascara composition thus applied to the eyelashes provides a firm film covering the eyelashes, which is not softened at body temperature, and thus provides enhanced wearability. A cap detachable to the applicator is provided with a loading mechanism for delivering pieces of the mascara composition one by one to the applicator.
