A foam brush wand is detachably dockable to the base and in electrical and fluid communication with the foam brush wand having battery pack, a peristaltic pump, a reservoir chamber, a foaming chamber, an air pump, a brush and a momentary release switch. The base water supply and the base soap supply, when activated, are configured to travel by a water supply hose and a soap supply hose to a tee in the base where they are combined in a combined hose to a base quick coupler that is connectable to a reciprocal foam brush wand quick coupler, which has a foam brush wand hose to deliver the water soap mixture to bladder in the foam brush wand.

Abstract: Copolymers are formed of monomers of poly(dimethylsiloxane) and poly(alkylene oxide) of the following formula: Ax-XCH2CH2—[ByCz]n—X-Ax. In the formula, each X independently represents a —CH2— group or an oxygen atom, A represents a polydimethylsiloxane derivative, B represents a polyethylene glycol unit, C represents a polypropylene glycol unit, x and n independently represent an integer from 1 to 150, and y and z independently represent an integer from 0 to 150. The copolymers can be used as emulsifiers in personal care compositions.

Abstract: A method for mitigating the effects of cable wear in an active heave compensated hoisting system of an offshore vessel in a locked to bottom mode of operation is disclosed. The method comprises supporting an upper end of a string which is connected to a subsea well from a travelling block of the hoisting system, wherein the travelling block is suspended from a crown block via a cable. The method further comprises operating an active heave compensation system to control a drawworks of the hoisting system to pay in and out the cable to compensate for motion of the offshore vessel and maintain a target overpull in the string. The method further comprises adjusting a ballast system of the offshore vessel to vary the draft of the vessel, and controlling the drawworks in accordance with the variation in the draft of the vessel to cause a length of cable to slip through the hoisting system and maintain the target overpull in the string.

Abstract: A kit for cleaning an object such as the soles of shoes having debris accumulated during use. The kit includes a carrying case that accommodates a cleaning tool. A hand-held means for generating rotational movement is adapted to spin a shaft about a driving axis. At a distal end of the shaft there is an assembly of bristles that are adapted to rotate with the shaft. The bristles engage the sole of a shoe. The bristles preferably include Nylon® or a polyester. They are flexible and tend to sweep away debris from between for example golf shoe cleats, rather than scratch or abrade the soles of the golf shoes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a galvanization process that comprises a residue cleanup step which aims to provide many improvements and facilities to manufacturers and processors of metal wires in general. The process of this invention removes the use of lead of the conventional wire cleaning process for galvanization and incorporates a step with a stearate removing composition which maximizes the galvanization efficiency and reduces lead acquisition and energy costs to heat said lead, and avoids handling of lead and oxide formed on its surface. Thus, the process of this invention makes the environment less insalubrious and reduces the impact of this activity on the environment.

The brush applicator is movable toward the membrane to puncture the membrane and cause the hair coloring chemicals to be mixed together. In another embodiment, the device contains two or more hair coloring chemicals, at least one in at least one receptacle within the device. The device further comprises a cutting member in the form of a cursor, pull-member, rotatable element, or push-member to cut open the receptacle(s) within the device to release and thereby mix the hair coloring chemicals. Abstract: An applicator device for a film forming formulation and method of using the applicator device with a film forming formulation for obtaining sharp paint lines on textured surfaces is described. The applicator device comprises an applicator head having an adaptor and a supply reservoir having a neck for attachment to the adaptor of the applicator head. The applicator head comprises a brush comprised of aligned bristles with the bristles affixed in a brush retainer, a brush reservoir within the brush retainer for holding the film forming formulation within the applicator head, a flow orifice to provide flow of the film forming formulation to the brush reservoir, and an adaptor for attachment to a neck of the supply reservoir for supplying the film forming formulation.

Abstract: A refillable toothpaste dispensing toothbrush has a toothpaste containing capsule for dispensing toothpaste through the bristle head of the toothbrush. The toothpaste capsule can be filled using any standard toothpaste tube. Grooves in the toothpaste passageway prevent clogging of toothpaste in the toothbrush. In an alternate embodiment, the dispensing toothbrush also contains a sonic vibrating device.
