A plurality of tubes may each lead to the writing surface of the nib. The tubes may form a plurality of openings on the writing surface. The openings may be arranged in clusters of one or more openings. Each cluster of openings may lie approximately along a circumference of a common circle. There may be a separate ink reservoir within the tubular housing for each cluster of openings.

Abstract: A brush system including a brush body, bristles attached to the brush body, and a sponge attached to another part of the brush body. The brush system is arranged to dispense at least two of a topical numbing agent, an antiseptic, and a washing solution. The topical numbing agent is adhered to a surface of the sponge to facilitate applying the topical numbing agent if the surface of the sponge is rubbed onto another surface. The brush body may be arranged to dispense the washing solution in proximity to the bristles if a scrubbing force is applied to the bristles. A bladder may be positioned below the bristles and may be arranged to contain the washing solution. The bristles may contain a channel generally deposed within the bristles. The channels may act as a via between the solution contained within the bladder and an outside surface of the bristles.

Abstract: A writing instrument is made of different colors. That difference includes the writing core as well is the outer sleeve. The writing core having different colors is produced by extrusion of the core. The extrusion can create different layers, different stripes or just blobs of different colors. The writing core could also present a logo by way of extrusion or molding. The writing core will produce different color stripes on paper. The outer sleeve surrounding the core can also be co-extruding and also in different colors. The outer sleeve would have to be somewhat harder than the core but both could be subjected to a pencil sharpener. The writing core could also be encased in wood or plastic whereby the casing in wood or plastic would have to be manufactured in two halves to encase the extruded writing core. The wood or plastic material could be surrounded by a sheet having colors thereon. The extruded outer sleeve could also contain a retractable ball point pen.

Abstract: The invention relates to a double-duty applicator for solid and liquid mediums, comprising a columned bearer and an outer tube combined to contain solid medium, and extending from a double-stage columned base. At the other end of said base is fixed a soft tube containing liquid medium. Said outer tube covers the outside of the bearer, with inner threads on the inner wall therein, which matches with outer threads of the bearer. The bottom end of the outer tube is fixed outside a smaller columned flange of the base through fastening slots, and a limiting mechanism is positioned between the bottom of the bearer and the base to limit the turning of the bearer. The invention adds a liquid medium applicator to the conventional solid medium applicator structure, and combines both applicator structures together, thereby making it easy to carry and use.
