Abstract: False eyelash apparatus and methods for applying false eyelashes. A false eyelash holder for holding a false eyelash has a support member for supporting the false eyelash and is adjustable to cause inversion of the false eyelash from a convex shape to a substantially concave shape. An inverter-loader device is configured to receive the holder and operable to adjust the holder to cause the false eyelash inversion. An applicator for applying an inverted false eyelash to an eyelid may have a unitary structure or may be a clamp for gripping the inverted false eyelashes. The applicator is operable to carry the inverted false eyelash for allowing the applicator to roll the false eyelash lengthways onto an eyelid and allowing the rolling false eyelash to release from the applicator. The applicator may be disposable.

Abstract: A nebulizer capable of reliably intermittently applying a biological tissue adhesive is provided. A biological tissue adhesive nebulizer includes a first tube 30 for injecting a first solution containing a first component, and a second tube 30 for injecting a second solution containing a second component that promotes clot formation of the first component. The first solution injected from the first tube and the second solution injected from the second tube are mixed to generate and spray a biological tissue adhesive. A partition wall 34 is provided between a distal end 31 of the first tube and a distal end 31 of the second tube.

Abstract: The marker rotation and retention device maintains multiple markers together, making it easier for a user to maintain the markers as a set. Optionally, the marker rotation and retention device includes angular rotation stops that are able to hold the angular position of specific marker with respect to its neighbors. This allows the user to easily withdraw and replace a specific marker by keeping the entrance to the cap exposed.

Abstract: Multifunction writing instrument comprising a body extending in an axial direction and housing at least two retractable writing elements and a ring portion movable in rotation. The ring portion having at least as many pairs of guide surfaces as retractable writing elements. The writing elements include buttons. Each button is configured to cooperate with a respective one of the pair of guide surfaces of the ring portion. Actuation of the button of a writing element facilitates movement of the writing element from the retracted position to the writing position and returns any of the other writing elements in the writing position to the retracted position, whereby at most, one writing element is in the writing position.

Each of the ratchet and the ratchet wheel is hollow and cylindrical. The ratchet wheel is inserted into the ratchet. At least one inclined surface is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the ratchet wheel, and an abutting portion matched with the inclined surface is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the ratchet. The screw rod is inserted in the ratchet wheel. The nut is fixed on the pen body. The piston is mounted on the head the upper end of the screw rod. The spring abuts between the nut and the ratchet wheel.

Abstract: A multicolor marker assembly for making a multicolored mark on a bingo card includes a bottle that has a plurality of chambers being integrated therein. Each of the chambers contains a fluid pigment of a respective color. An applicator is removably coupled to the bottle and the applicator is comprised of a fluid permeable material to absorb the fluid pigment contained in each of the chambers. Additionally, the applicator releases the fluid pigment in each of the chambers when the applicator is pressed against a surface to make a mark comprising a plurality of colors. A cap is positionable over the applicator to inhibit the applicator from releasing the fluid pigments.

A sponge assembly with a sponge that paints a surface is attached to the painting tool by a rivet. The sponge is fixed to the sponge assembly by fastener that rotates around the rivet. A wheel rotates in the trough to collect and transfer the paint from the trough to the sponge assembly. A first side and a second side parallel to the first side are attached to the handle and the trough. An arm holding a swipe that cleans the surface is attached to the trough.

The lip gloss forms a core of the body and the lipstick forms a sheath that coaxially envelopes the lip gloss core. The body has an upper lip liner part that extends along a first side, and a lower lip liner part that extends along the a second side of the body opposite the first side. The cross-section of the body is a pendant shape. An upper half of the pendant shape is wedge-shaped and defines an apex. A lower half of the pendant shape is semi-circular shaped and defines a rounded portion. The upper lip liner part is positioned in the apex and the lower lip liner part is positioned in a center of the rounded portion.

Some examples of such an implement include a handle, a rod having a top end and a bottom end, the top end of the rod being coupled to the handle, and an applicator having a proximal end attached to the bottom end of the rod. In some examples, the applicator includes (i) a first portion made of metal, ceramic and/or glass and (ii) a second portion made of another material and having a plurality of structures for applying the product to the surface. Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for the deep cleaning of surfaces, which comprises a support for at least two reservoirs arranged side-by-side and provided with deformable walls having uniformly perforated faces essentially facing the direction of the surface to be cleaned. At least one reservoir can contain a granular material for cleaning the surface and at least one reservoir can contain a fluid substance for the flowing of the granular material onto the surface. By means of the pressure exerted by a user on a support of the reservoirs in the direction of the surface to be cleaned, the granular material and the fluid substance flow from the corresponding reservoirs and are mixed together on the surface to be cleaned. A tangential movement of the reservoirs onto the surface conveys a compound of granular material and fluid substance onto the surface with a cleaning effect.

Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-colored pencil comprising a pencil lead embedded in a body made from toner powders of one or more colors, wherein the body is typically cylindrical in shape and made by compressing said toner powders against the lead. The pencil body preferably consists of two or more colors so that the colors are vertically separated. The pencil of the present invention, once sharpened, can be used to write and draw lines like any other pencil, but can also be used to draw colorful pictures using the different colors on the pencil body and the pencil lead. When new, the pencil can draw in different colors even without sharpening.

Abstract: A writing instrument, which has an inner and outer writing element with separate writing medium reservoirs. The writing elements are coaxially mounted in an outer barrel and axially moveable with respect to one another. A driving mechanism may be actuated to allow a user to selectively extend one writing element. The inner and outer writing elements may have an inner sleeve therebetween to improve, for instance, rigidity of the outer writing element and to prevent contamination of the writing medium reservoirs. An outer sleeve may also be provided over the outer writing element. The outer sleeve can function to hold various components of the outer writing element together, and to allow for clean and easy refill of the outer writing element, especially when the outer writing element is a nib-type writing element with a filler-type reservoir. The writing instrument is designed so that a user can replace the inner and/or outer writing elements when their respective writing medium have been expended.

Abstract: An artist's painting brush and method for using same wherein one or more chambers are located in the handle of the brush for the containment of one or more colors of paint having fluid viscosity. The handle is hollow and has a cap on one end for the addition of paint and securing of same therein. Inside the hollow handle is a barrier that separates the paint from the second end of the handle. The second end of the handle contains an absorbent means that absorbs the paint prior to application. On the outside of the handle are activation means to correspond to each reservoir that allows the barrier between the reservoir and the sponge to be breached. The sponge then absorbs the paint and pre-mixes any combination thereof. Upon depression of the second end of the handle wherein there exists a plurality of bristles for the application of the paint, the pre-mixed color or single color paint absorbed in the absorbent means is transferred to the canvas or other artist's media.

At least a portion of a hair strand to be dyed is wet with the oxidative hair dye composition and the oxidizing-agent-containing solution from the liquid-permeable inserts so that a reactive hair dyeing mixture is formed on the hair strand. The hair dyeing mixture is worked or massaged into the hair strand by hand. The individual hair strand may be uniformly dyed or dyed in a point-like or spot-like pattern.
