In this way the rod can precisely space the proposed locations for fence posts apart from each other. A can of spray paint is provided to mark the proposed location of the fence posts.

The polymer stall divider can be formed of a polymer material clad onto the outer surface of a steel structural member and then bent into shape to form the desired configuration. The divider can be formed in sections with adjacent sections being connected by an internal connector formed of selected materials to provide the desired flexibility and durability characteristics. A mounting bracket formed of a pair of opposing clam shells can be utilized to secure the stall divider to the frame of the barn, thus providing an easily installed divider structure.

The driving section displaces the prevention section to the prevention release position when it is pressed by an end of the shaft inserted into the normal position of the axial direction of the cylindrical section.

It also has an undercut portion above the flared tip for disengaging from threads of the nut when the flared tip is retracted into the wall of the drive tube. Until the shaft is properly positioned in the tube, the threads of the bolt and nut are prevented from engaging to tighten the clamp. The flared tip may have threads to permit easy assembly with the nut and the strap.

The fastener that secures the connector fitting to the second tubular section is positioned to not allow the screw fastening the connector fitting to the first tubular section to disengage or loosen.

In one embodiment of the apparatus, the clamp apparatus facilitates applying compression force on the elbow. The clamp apparatus includes a lower elbow clamp, a riser clamp, and a bridge. The lower elbow clamp is positioned adjacent an interface between the elbow and the thermal sleeve of the jet pump riser pipe assembly. The riser clamp is secured to the riser pipe of the jet pump riser pipe assembly at a location adjacent an interface between the riser pipe and the elbow. The bridge rigidly couples the lower elbow clamp and the lower clamp so that as the respective clamps are secured to the lower riser assembly, a compression clamping force is placed on the piping and welds at each clamp.

    Abstract: Apparatus for supporting the lower riser assembly of a jet pump in a reactor pressure vessel (RPV) of a nuclear reactor. In one embodiment of the apparatus, the clamp assembly provides structural rigidity to the lower rise assembly. The clamp assembly includes a lower thermal sleeve clamp and a riser clamp. The lower thermal sleeve clamp is positioned adjacent an interface between the elbow and the thermal sleeve of the jet pump riser pipe assembly. The riser clamp is secured to the riser pipe of the jet pump riser pipe assembly at a location adjacent an interface between the riser pipe and the elbow. The lower thermal sleeve clamp and the riser clamp also are coupled to each other so that as the respective clamps are secured to the lower riser assembly.

The joint stick passes through a hole of a transverse lumber and an opening of the flange portion of the joint, while the flange portion is inserted in a slit at the edge portion of the transverse lumber.

Short pieces of a bar cut to length from a bar of commercial standard shape and size are used to attach the anchor bases of two-part pipe anchors to the structural support. The anchor bases have bar end locating formations including recesses and protuberances to receive in accurate positions thereon one end of each short piece of a commercial bar. The opposite or distal end of each short piece of a bar will be secured to the structural member. The usual clamping wedges are used to clamp the long length of pipe to the anchor bases.

    Abstract: Attachment assembly for handles include a flexible strip which passes around a tool shaft or the like, and has opposed ends which mate to form a cylindrical male thread. This thread is engaged by a female thread in a hollow handle. Between the hollow handle and the shaft is a saddle through which the strip passes, it is rotatably mounted by a cylindrical tube in a recess in the hollow handle. It has a recessed rim which engages the tool shaft on tightening of the female screw. Another version mounts an angled D handle rotatably on the saddle cylindrical tube, by a concentric outer cylindrical tube. A nut engages the male cylindrical thread, and pushes the saddle against the tool shaft. The strip can accommodate tool shafts over a diameter range varying by a factor of four.

Therefore, it becomes unnecessary to conduct a welding operation which has heretofore been needed to connect the joint portion of the branch pipe to the main pipe. In addition, there is no fear of fuel leaking out through the joint nor risk of the branch pipe coming off.
