    Abstract: An ammunition compartment is located in the grip of a firearm's handle. The handle has a hinged door that opens to the compartment. The ammunition is mounted on a strip clip which slides into grooves in the inner walls of the compartment. The strip clip has a tab which extends outside the compartment when the door is open so that the ammunition can be quickly pulled from the compartment to load the firearm.
