An opening is arranged between the cable fastening regions for inserting a fastener. An arm extends from the first or second longitudinal edge in the second direction so that the arm runs parallel to the first and/or second cable fastening region. A tab extends at a free end of the arm parallel to the first and/or second longitudinal edge and perpendicularly to a plane of the plate in a direction of an underside of the plate.
