  • Patent number: 10995444
Abstract: The washing machine of the present disclosure includes an improved pulley for reducing the noise generated in the pulley. When the shaft is inserted into the shaft insertion hole, at least a part of the shaft is closely contacted with the shaft insertion hole to minimize the tolerance between the shaft and the shaft insertion hole, and the rotation shaft of the pulley and the center axis of the shafts may be made to coincide with each other, so that the noise generated by the rotation of the pulley can be effectively reduced. In addition, the spoke of the pulley includes the curved portion, thereby reducing the friction with the air and effectively reducing noise due to friction with air.

  • Patent number: 8162785
Abstract: A continuously variable conical pulley transmission having pairs of conical pulleys which are rotationally fixedly arranged on drive input and drive output shafts and of which in each case one is fixed to the shaft and one is axially movable, and between which a traction mechanism belt for power transmission circulates. In order that it is not necessary to provide otherwise unutilized regions of the conical pulley surfaces to allow for corresponding wear, it is proposed that a stop for limiting the transmission ratio, which stop acts substantially in the radial direction on the traction mechanism belt, be provided in at least one conical pulley pair. It is intended in particular that the peripheral surface of the drive input shaft serves as a stop. It is also proposed that a chain as a traction mechanism belt be correspondingly matched to a device of said type by virtue of the contour of the links of said chain being matched to the contour of the drive input shaft.

  • Patent number: 6364794
Abstract: A vehicle drive assembly includes a directional control transmission assembly and a variable speed drive assembly. A transmission drive belt extends between the variable speed drive assembly and the directional control transmission assembly to transmit force from the variable speed drive assembly to the transmission assembly when the transmission assembly is in a forward drive condition and when the transmission assembly is in a reverse drive condition. A main drive belt extends between the variable speed drive assembly and a source of power to transmit force to the variable speed drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a linkage assembly operable to move the variable speed drive assembly toward the directional control transmission assembly to change the variable speed drive assembly from a first condition in which the directional control transmission assembly is driven at a relatively low speed and a second condition in which the directional control transmission assembly is driven at a high speed.

  • Patent number: 4964841
Abstract: A continuously variable transmission is provided with a driving pulley comprising a stationary half pulley fixed to a driving shaft and a movable half pulley, and a driven pulley comprising a stationary half pulley fixed to a driven shaft and a movable half pulley. A V-groove is formed between the stationary half pulley and the movable half pulley and adjustable by moving the movable half pulley in the axial direction in each of the driving pulley and the driven pulley. An endless belt is wrapped to each V-groove, and rotation of the driving shaft is transmitted to the driven shaft steplessly. A slider gear disposed in the axial direction is connected one or both half pulleys of the driving pulley, and is threadedly engaged with a slider shaft and driven by a driving source and moved forward or rearward in the axial direction on the slider shaft, so that one or both half pulleys are moved forward or rearward in the axial direction and the distance between both half pulleys is adjusted.
